        Landscape is an environment factor for improving life, a social resource for establishing image and identity of the area and also a tourist resource for earning profit.         The purposes of this paper are first, to develop and adapt auditing methodology of rural amenity resource investigation and second, to propose strategic planning of amenity web data base system. Relating with auditing methodology, we make the life cycle of rural amenity resource investigation based on value chain method. we make 8 stage of auditing process and 105 auditing items in details. We adapt these guidelines in real world and then improve developed methodology. Therefore we expect to promote the quality and accuracy of investigation project using these guidelines. Relating with blue print of strategic planning, we first analyse external environment about Competitors, Suppliers, New entrants, Buyers, Substitutes with 5 force model for amenity information system. We second make the blue print of strategic planning of amenity web data base system project. Then we propose the FIRST, BEST, MOST strategy of amenity web data base system and the web hub system.

        Wind energy, which is one of renewable energy, would be useful resources that can be applied to making energy recycling villages without using fossil fuels. This study analyzed energy potential on wind power considering weather condition in three rural villages and compared with energy consumption surveyed. A wind turbine system in the 5kW class can generate 26.1%, 73.9% and 39.5% of the yearly mean consumption of electric power per house in Makhyun, Boojang and Soso respectively. A 750kW wind turbine system can generate 1.7%, 30.3% and 22.1% of the total amount of electric power consumption in three study villages respectively. Wind power energy density was too low in Makhyun and Soso, so it is determined that the application of wind turbine system is almost impossible. Wind energy potential was generally low in Boojang either, but it is evaluated that there is a little possibility of wind power generation relatively. For practical application of renewable energy to rural green-village planning, assessment of energy potential for the local area should be preceded.

        Campus landscaping has been disregarded in its importance so long and there were cases little attracting even in designing and constructing campus-scape. In this regard, this study aims at not only providing an emphasis on the role of landscape in campuses having been negligible by far, but seeking for possible initiatives to drive it out actively. As for the part of campus landscaping plans, we focus on extramural landscape best fit for its customized functions, and harmonious spacial relationship from one location to other within the campus as well as connectivity bridging between in and out of the buildings in such a way of inspiring organic spacial order as a whole in the campus. It also takes an analytic outlook on the present situation and futuristic perspective as well in an attempt to organize creative campus-scape, while making assessment of what kind of specified problems exist recently with regard to functional and landscape-related aspects in external spaces of the campus targeted for this study. We hope our effort in pursue of landscape-oriented campus environment would be of great help to renovate the college image just acting as a concern of only the campus constituents until now. Furthermore, it may expectedly serve to activate research/learning programs in connection with neighboring industrial firms, which affords effective accessibility to the colleges. Landscaping undoubtedly plays an important element in the territories conducive to spiff up the advertisement and image of campuses.

        In this paper, we present a grasp planning method using grasp taxonomy and object primitives. Our grasp taxonomy includes newly defined grasp methods such as thumb supported pinch and palm supported pinch, to enhance grasp robustness. On the target surface, locations of finger-print that will be contacted by the robot fingers are sampled. The sampling is made to be consistent to the grasp taxonomy, called preformed grasps, matched to the target object. We perform simulations to examine the validity and the efficacy of the proposed grasp planning method.

        Taekwondo, Korean traditional martial art as one of the ten Korean cultural symbols, has acquired a reputation for introducing and globalizing Korean culture together with its standing as official Olympic Game in 2000, Sydney, Australia. Nevertheless the World Taekwondo Headquarters, Kukkiwon, which is an exclusive Taekwondo institution only accommodates for three thousand persons. Considering the worldwide reputation of Taekwondo, the scale of Kukkiwon leaves a big supply problem. This study therefore suggests the plan to design Taekwondo park that playa major role of Taekwondo development in the 21st century and represent the cultural heartland of Taekwondo. The study considers four points. The points are as follows: 1) Necessary programs drawn by analyzing and assessing Muju city as a site for Taekwondo park, then a survey conducted for potential visitors to a Taekwondo park. Under the theme of "A World Cultural Heritage Upon Our Own Lives", the park plan intends to become a shrine of Taekwondo as well as a big tourist attraction. 2) Programs are appropriate for the terms of the investment under the auspices of government, by considering potential visits and the site conditions. 3) The meaning of Taekwondo and its history should be reflected in the space distribution and facilities allotment. Three meaningful zones: symbolic zone, training zone and culture zone are considered in planning program and space distribution. 4) The plan also intends to harmonize with local development by groping Muju city's uplifting, not only designs a Taekwondo park.

        This paper presents a task planning system for a steward robot, which has been developed as an interactive intermediate agent between an end-user and a complex smart home environment called the ISH(Intelligent Sweet Home) at KAIST(Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). The ISH is a large-scale robotic environment with various assistive robots and home appliances for independent living of the elderly and the people with disabilities. In particular, as an approach for achieving human-friendly human-robot interaction, we aim at 'simplification of task commands' by the user. In this sense, a task planning system has been proposed to generate a sequence of actions effectively for coordinating subtasks of the target subsystems from the given high-level task command. Basically, the task planning i s performed under the framework of STRIPS(Standard Research Institute Problem Solver) representation and the split planning method. In addition, we applied a state-partitioning technique to the backward split planning method to reduce computational time. By analyzing the obtained graph, the planning system decomposes an original planning problem into several independent sub-problems, and then, the planning system generates a proper sequence of actions. To show the effectiveness of the proposed system, we deal with a scenario of a planning problem in the ISH.

        본 연구의 목적은 골프운동참여자의 내기행동의 관계를 Ajzen(1991)의 계획행동 이론을 적용하여 내기태도 및 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제력이 내기 의도 및 행동으로 이동해 가는지를 변수 간 구조 방정식 모형 분석을 통해 이를 검증하는데 있었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울시와 경기도지역에 산재해 있는 골프장 및 골프연습장 13개소에서 내기골프경험이 있는 참여자로부터 600부의 표본을 표집하였으며, 이중 불충실한 73부를 제외한 527부의 자료가 연구에서 사용되었다. 회수된 자료는 SPSS 12.0과 AMOS 4.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 내기태도는 의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 내기에 대한 지각된 행동통제력은 내기의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 내기의도는 내기행동에 정(+)적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 내기에 대한 지각된 행동통제력은 내기행동에 정(+)적인 영향을 미친다.

        특수아동의 현재 학습수행 수준을 파악하고 장단기 목표를 작성하는 일은 개별화교육계획 작성에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 요소라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 특수아동의 개별화교육계획의 핵심적인 요소인 현재 학습수행 수준 파악 및 장단기 목표 작성을 위해 활동표본평가를 적용해 보고 그 경험 내용을 질적으로 분석하였다. 또한 활동표본평가 적용의 연구 결과의 제시와 함께 활동표본평가가 특수아동의 교육진단을 위한 검사도구에 적절함을 논하였다.

        본 연구는 부산 해안지역에서 친수공간벨트를 계획하기 위해 친수공간벨트 및 이에 관련된 친수공간클러스터의 개념을 제시하고 개별 친수공간들을 워터프런트 그린웨이를 통해 체계적으로 연결시켜 친수공간벨트를 계획하는 방안을 제시하며 부산 해운대구 해안지역을 대상으로 구체적인 적용사례를 제시한다.

        본 논문은 교행이 불가능한 두 대의 자동화 크레인을 운영하는 자동화 컨테이너 터미널의 장치장을 대상으로 국지적 탐색 알고리즘을 이용해 실시간 작업계획을 수립하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안방안은 실시간 제약조건을 만족시키기 위해 현재 이후 일정 시간의 작업만을 작업 계획의 대상으로 삼으며, 장치장의 동적인 작업 특성을 고려하여 새로운 작업이 요청될 때마다 작업 계획을 다시 수립한다. 또한, 교행이 불가능한 두 대의 크레인을 운영할 때 발생할 수 있는 크레인 간의 작업 부하 불균형을 해소하기 위해 작업 계획 과정에서 상대 크레인에 의한 사전 재취급과 사전 이적을 통한 두 크레인 간의 협업을 가능하게 하였다. 시뮬레이션을 이용한 실험 결과 제안 방안이 휴리스틱 방안에 비해 우수하며, 크레인 간의 협업이 작업 효율 향상에 도움이 됨을 확인하였다.

        This paper describes an efficient path generation method for area coverage. Its applications include robots for de-mining, cleaning, painting, and so on. Our method is basically based on a divide and conquer strategy. We developed a novel cell decomposition algorithm that divides a given area into several cells. Each cell is covered by a robot motion that requires minimum time to cover the cell. Using this method, completeness and time efficiency of coverage are easily achieved. For the completeness of coverage in dynamic environments, we also propose a path following method that makes the robot cover missed areas as a result of the presence of unknown obstacles. The effectiveness of the method is verified using computer simulations.

        Recently the number of rural development plans are increased and projects supported by government are various. These makes rural plans important. But there are many gaps between proposed plan and implementation. These gaps were wasteful in terms of resource management. This study examines differences between plan and implementation and the reasons why they are occurred. For this purpose, we did a case study which is focused on the four-year implementation of 2004-2006 "Unique Experience Village Master Plan" of Seochon, Chungbuk. As a result, we verified facts of gaps and causes, and two major causes were detected : one is the absence of operating and managing body(such as promoter of project, village leader, residences), and the other is inadequate master plan.

        In terms of the indicators by the type for the landscape plan per the district nit, geographic ecology indicators were the items such as water, water system, topography and climate, while biological ecology indicators were the items such as green zone size, green zone ratio, biotope size and distribution. The sensory and visual indicators were the items such as view point, view axis and skyline, and the accessibility indicator items for the green zone were applied as the socially used indicators. As for the application method according to each indicator, the water or water system was expressed and applied through the slopes and elevation topographic analysis drawings, the climate was expressed and applied through the main direction of the wind and the cold wind pass alley drawings. As for the green zone size and green zone ratio, the land use according to the status and housing area development was compared to present the measured figures. In case of the biotop size and the distribution item, the range was limited to the preparation of the biotope drawings for the focused preservation. As for the view point and view axis, the view point was selected according to the view point to prepare and apply the view analysis drawing in which the view area to be preserved is analyzed. As for the skyline, its landscape photo was composed with the housing area shape, and then skyline photography was applied as the plan in order to propose and consider the various shapes of the skyline. As for the accessibility to the peen zone, the network drawing was drawn to reflect the users' accessibility and continuity of the green zone formed and preserved according to the land use plan and then the drawing was prepared and proposed as the applicable plan.
