The purpose of this study is to draw employee support program at the company level through field survey of foreign laborers' satisfaction level of working life. To analyze the factors that determine working life satisfaction, regression analysis was conducted. Satisfaction level of working hours(t=2.469), living environment(t=2.140), post offices/banks (t=3.024) showed a statistically significant. Also these variables, working hours, living environment, post office/banks are verified to be very important for improving the level of their working life. Through these findings we can understand that employee support activities, providing user-guide of bank and post office, compliance with standards for working hours, improvement of the living conditions (accommodation, meals, etc.), the leisure time program support, the children care support and active utilization of foreign workers and strengthen the educational program, are necessary to improve the satisfaction level of foreign laborers' working life in Korea. It is recommended that managers need to recognize that careful consideration of living and working condition could contribute to stable settlement and increase working life satisfaction for the foreign workers at company level.

본 연구의 목적은 학습자의 핵심역량 제고를 위한 과학 교사교육 개선 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. OECD에서 핵심역량을 '학생들이 향후 사회적 삶을 성공적으로 살아가기 위해 필요로 하는 능력'으로 재정립한 이래로 여러 나라에서 '역량기반 교육과정'을 강조해왔다. 본 연구에서는 국외의 역량기반 교육과정 선도국과 국내의 외국인학교 및 국제 중학교를 방문하여 관계 전문가들을 대상으로 교과교육 혁신 사례를 수집하고, 각 사례별로 교사 및 학교장을 대상으로 심층면담을 통해 학습자의 핵심역량 제고를 위해 요청되는 과학 교사전문성 개선 방안을 살펴보았다. 연구결과에 따르면 개별 교사 측면에서는 학습자의 역할 변화에 따라 교사의 역할 변화도 요청되며, 교사는 학생들에게 핵심역량의 모델이 되어야 하고, 교사역할의 다면화가 요청되며, 연구자로서의 교사가 요청됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 교사공동체 측면에서는 교사들의 학습공동체 조직이 필요하며, 교사들의 지식기반을 구축해야 하고, 미래의 교실에는 다양한 전문가를 투입해야 하며, 지역공동체 및 다른 전문가 집단과의 파트너십을 구축해야 한다는 요구가 수렴되었다. 본 연구의 결론 부분에서는 연구결과를 토대로 핵심역량 기반 교육을 실현하기 위한 제도적, 정책적 지원방안을 제안하였다.

The statistics of the safety accidents in labs show that the biggest reason for them is researchers' carelessness and insecure actions. In this way, the safety accidents in labs are affected a lot by researchers' safety consciousness. Therefore, in order to prevent the safety accidents in labs, this study aims at measuring the degree of researchers' safety consciousness, grasping the elements affecting their safety consciousness and suggesting the measures to improve the lacking safety consciousness. To accomplish this goal, a survey was conducted and analyzed on the safety consciousness of 1,226 researchers working at 10 government- supported research institutes in Daedeok R&D Complex. As a results, the measures to improve researchers' safety consciousness will be suggested as follows. First, in an environmental aspect, improvement of labs' environment exposed to danger, interest and participation of CEO, regular discussion on the safety in labs, installment of safety equipments in labs, and enlargement of individual labs are necessary. Second, in an educational aspect, the safety education offered by institutes need to be enhanced, experiential safety education fit for the characteristics of research should be applied, the time for safety education must be observed, and the communication among team members through the collective education in department units and safe culture through the campaigns to enhance safety consciousness have to be established. Third, in a systematic aspect, sanctions have to be imposed on the researchers who do not attend safety education, the number of safety supervisors and safety budget of labs should be increased, a safety certification system need to be introduced when a lab is built, the problems in safety have to be open to all departments and rewards for the persons of merit in labs should be extended.

Increasing number of churches are adopting church social volunteer programs. A major issue in organizing social volunteering concerns the management that are most effective for recruiting member participation. Grounded in previous research and discussion, this study develops and estimates a model identifying the relationships of religiosity, church social volunteer recruitment management, and level of church members’ social volunteering. Using survey data from 1,490 church-going Christians and employing multiple regression method, this study demonstrates the importance of organizational intervention such as church social volunteer recruitment management to promote Christians’ social volunteering. This study discusses directions for future research on same research topics.

This study analyzed Korean traditional foods and western foods in the field of 'dietary life' in Practical Arts curriculums, and developed the fusion-food cooking activity program for elementary school students. Firstly, potatoes, dumplings coated with bean paste, simple side dishes are discussed in the first curriculum. The second curriculum discussed only traditional foods and the third curriculum considered more traditional foods than western foods including bread. From the fourth curriculum to the sixth, traditional foods were mainly discussed and both traditional foods and western foods were mentioned evenly in the seventh and revised 2007's curriculum. Secondly, this study developed 'fusion-food cooking activity' program which helps students not only to learn the meaning, kinds, history, and related customs of Korean traditional foods; kimchi, Korean pizza, rice cake, but also to learn and practice cooking fusion-foods covering traditional foods.In conclusion, it can be assumed that the 'fusion-food cooking activity' program developed in this study improves interest in Korean traditional foods amongst elementary school students, and helps students to understand the reputation and value of traditional foods. Therefore fusion-foods cooking activity containing traditional foods which are not discussed in this study should be studied and developed more in the future.

The main purpose of this study is to understand the marketing approaches and strategies that are used to disseminating biodegradable fishing gears and distinguish the cognition and the non-cognition group's attitudes on the product. We used a technology acceptance model for analyzing product attributes and its impacts on fishers' purchase. The result of this research shows that 'perceived usefulness and easiness of use' have positive effect on 'purchase intention,' and then give impacts on 'purchase intention' for the entire respondents. For the cognitive respondents these factors have influence on 'attitude' but they do not affect 'purchase decision.' However, 'perceived usefulness and easiness of use' have much positive impact on 'purchase intention.' In the non-cognition group, the 'perceived intention' and 'company and country of manufacturers' have direct positive effect on 'purchase intention' through 'attitude' and also 'on 'purchase intention.' This research provides some meaningful policy implications on further development and technology marketing of biodegradable fishing gears.

This study analyzed effects of different sound treatments in frequencies and intensities on digestion and immune physiological processes of the beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua larvae. Without effect on egg hatch, sound treatments with 100-5,000 ㎐ at 95 ㏈ suppressed feeding behavior and inhibited a digestive enzyme activity. In addition, two dimensional electrophoresis of midgut luminal proteins indicated a marked difference of the sound-treated larvae. In response to 5,000 ㎐ at 95 ㏈, larvae showed a significant decrease in hemocyte nodule formation against fungal challenge along with significant suppression in phospholipase A₂ activity in hemocyte and plasma. With increase of sound frequencies, the treated larvae showed an enhanced susceptibility to insecticides. Such sound frequency effect was significantly modulated with different sound intensities. These results suggest that sound treatment may give adverse stress to physiological processes of S. exigua larvae and may be applied to a nonchemical insect pest control.

개방화 시대를 맞이하여 국경은 무너지고 범죄는 글로벌화되면서 우리 교정 은 이제 외국인범죄의 위협 앞에 큰 과제를 떠안게 되었다. 비록 구성비는 전체 의 2%에도 미치지 못하지만 매년 20 - 40%씩 증가하고 있다. 형사사법당국은 외국인범죄에 효율적으로 대응하기 위한 다양한 대응책들을 발빠르게 강구하고 있다. 그러나 약물남용사범, 폭력단범죄, 고령범죄 등 최근의 범죄동향의 특징과 맞물리면서 우리 교정은 준비 없이 맞이한 위기 앞에 외국인수형자를 방치한 것이 아닌가 하는 우려마저 든다. 그러나 교정은 형사사법의 마지막 단계라는 점에서 교정처우의 본연의 자세가 특히 중요시되는 것이고 상대가 외국인이라 하여 교정의 포기나 다름없는 형기동안 잡고만 있다가 내보는 것이 허용되어서는 안 되는 것이다. 오늘날 교정에 있어 세계적 관심사는 수형자에게 UN피구금자 처우최저기준규칙이 준수되고 있는가 하는 점에 있음은 주지의 사실이고 나아가 수형자가 외국인이라는 점에서 자칫 인권문제와 결부하여 외교적 마찰의 우려도 있는 만큼 글로벌 스탠드는 준수되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 향후 국내체류 외국인 120만 시대에 외국인범죄는 현재보다 더 큰 폭으로 증가할 것이 예상되는 이 때 본고는 외국인수형자의 처우에 있어 우리 교정당국이 안고 있는 현재의 문제 상황, 나아갈 방향이 무엇인지를 짚어보고 교정효과를 높일 수 있는 방안을 나름대로 제시해 보려고 한 것이며 따라서 결론으로서 다음과 같은 제언을 하기에 이른 것이다. ⑴ 외국어 구사능력을 갖추는 문제, 다만 향후로는 소수자 배려 차원에서 소수 수형자의 모국어 중심의 외국어 구사능력을 확보할 필요가 있다는 점이고, ⑵ 과밀수용과 시설부족 해소를 위한 시설의 확충과 국제수형자 이송제도를 활성화하는 문제, ⑶ 국적별 전문교도관제 도입 혹은 동일언어권별 전문교도관제 도입의 문제, ⑷ 수용을 둘러싼 생활조건 배려의 문제, ⑸ 외국인 수형자에게 시행 가능한 사회복귀프로그램의 개발 문제, ⑹ 가석방제도의 확대 시행의 문제, ⑺ 외국인수형자관련문제를 총괄하는 전담기구 설치 등이다.

본 연구는 우리나라의 대표적인 해항도시이며, 우리나라의 해양수도 및 동북아 관문항을 지향하는 부산광역시와 인천 광역시의 해양환경 관리역량을 비교·분석하고 이의 제고방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구 는 해양환경지표로서 수온(C), 염분(‰), 수소이온농도(PH), 용존산소(DO: ㎎/ℓ), 화학적 산소요구량(CDO: ㎎/ℓ), 용존무기질 소(DIN: ㎎/ℓ), 총질소(T-N: ㎎/ℓ), 용존무기인(DIP: ㎎/ℓ), 총인(T-P: ㎎p/mℓ), 규산규소(Sio2-Si), 부유물질(㎎/ℓ), 클로로 필(Chi-a: ㎍/ℓ) 등의 총 12개 지표들을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과, 부산광역시와 인천광역시의 경우 2000년도부터 2003년도까지 는 해양환경상태가 악화되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부산광역시 및 인천광역시의 해양환경상태를 악화시키고 있는 해양환경지 표는 총질소, 용존무기인, 총인 등으로 나타났고, 이들 해양환경지표들은 해가 갈수록 악화되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

유류에 의한 해양오염은 해양환경에 심각한 영향을 미치기 때문에 사전에 방지되어야 함이 최선이다. 하지만 일단 사고가 발생한 경우는 신속한 방제조치와 아울러 피해자에 대한 신속하고도 적정한 손해배상이 이루어져야 한다. 이는 피해 국민들의 생존권 보호차원에서도 구체적으로 실현되어야 할 과제이다. 해양사고에 의한 유류오염 피해가 발생할 경우 가장 큰 영향을 받는 것는 해양 생태계 파괴에 따른 어업 피해라고 할 수 있는데, 지금까지 국내 유류오염사고에 대한 국제기금의 어업피해 보상율은 피해 청구액 대비 약 10～30%로 인접국이나 유럽 국가에 비해 현저히 낮은 수준이다. 이 연구에서는 최근 허베이 스피리트호 사고 피해보상 진행과정에서 나타난 문제점을 분석하여 국내 해양 유류오염사고 손해배상율 제고방안을 제시한다.

21세기 지식기반사회에서 기술 발전 속도는 가속화되고 있으며 조직 목표를 달성하는데 영향을 줄 수 있는 시장, 거버넌스 및 사회적 가치의 미래 모습에 대한 불확실성이 증대하고 있다. 이러한 기술과 사회 발전의 가속화 및 증가하는 불확실성에 대응하기 위해서 다양한 미래사회 전망을 바탕으로 미래유망기술을 도출하는 기술예측의 필요성은 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 기술예측에는 다양한 예측 방법론이 이용 가능하나 예측의 목적 및 재원 등에 따라 선택되어야 한다. 델파이 방법이 오랫동안 주로 사용되어 왔지만 최근에는 시나리오 또한 많이 활용되고 있다. 시나리오는 사회, 경제 및 정치 등의 환경요인의 복잡성과 불확실성을 폭넓게 고려할 수 있으며 미래의 다양한 모습을 이야기 식으로 전달하기 때문에 매우 효과적인 전략적 도구로 활용된다. 전세계적으로 진행되고 있는 기후변화, 화석연료의 고갈 등으로 세계 각국은 신재생에너지에 대한 높은 관심을 갖고 기술개발 및 보급 등을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 하지만 신재생에너지 분야의 가용잠재량은 지역적으로 큰 편차가 있으며 기술적 진보, 환경규제 및 화석 연료의 가격전개와 밀접하게 연관되어 있어 그 발전추이를 예측하기 어려운 면이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 불확실성을 반영하여 신재생에너지 분야에 대한 다양한 미래 시나리오를 작성하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 향후 본 연구의 시나리오 기반의 예측 프로세스를 국가과학기술예측에 활용함으로써, 기존의 델파이 위주의 단정적 예측의 단점을 보완한 전략적 예측을 강화할 수 있을 것으로 전망된다.

In this study, we suggest a standardization of the logistics terminologies in Korean Standard to improve its consistency. To support this work, some principles for terminology selection and corrections are studied based on the guideline in international standard. The revised terminologies are summarized in Appendix for 20 logistics-related Korean Standards.
