Interaction of dietary Magnesium, Calcium and Polyunsaturated fatty acid(vegetable oils)on 3-Hydroxy-3-Methylglutaryl Co-A reductase activity was studied for a period of 30 days using isocalories and isonitrogenous as a basal diet . The subject rabbits were divided into 18 feeding groups. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The ratio of α1-lipoprotein par lipalbumin is 0.34 for control group, 0.38 the highest group fed 0.1 Mg(II) 10ml plus perilla oil and basal diet, the lowest 0.25 group fed 0.1M Mg(II) 5ml plus sesame oil and basal diet. 2. The ratio ratio of α2-lipoprotein per lipalbumin is 0.64 for control group. 0.95 as the highest for the group fed 0.1M Ca(II) 15ml plus sesame oil and basal diet, 0.1M Ca(II) 5ml plus perilla oil and basal diet. 3. The ratio of β-lipoprotein per lipalbumin is 0.71 for control group, the highest 0.81 for the groups fed 0.1M Mg(II) 10ml plus sesame oil and basal diet, the lowest 0.37 for the group fed 0.1M Mg(II) 15ml plus soybean oil and basal diet. 4. In serum triglyceride, control group was 129.5mg%, the highest 155.4mg% for the group fed 0.1M Ca(II) 5ml plus sesame oil and basal diet, the lowest 85.7mg% for the group fed 0.1M Mg(II) 10ml plus soybean oil and basal diet. 5. In serum cholesterol, control group was 96.7mg%, the highest 152.5mg% for the group fed 0.1M Ca(II) 10ml plus sesame oil and basal diet, the lowest 80.5mg% for the group fed 0.1M Mg(II) 15ml plus soybean oil and basal diet. 6. In case of HMG-CoA reductase activity, control group was 0.95, the highest 0.98 for the group fed 0.1M Ca(II) plus soybean oil and basal diet. 7. Interaction between metal(II) ions and polyunsaturated fatty acid(vegetable oil) are soybean oil〉sesame oil〉perilla oil, for Mg(II). soybean oil〉perilla oil〉sesame oil, for Ca(II). Therefore, it is invetigated that the interaction between metal ion and polyunsaturated fatty acid is the higher, the cholesterol level is the lower, and HMG-CoA reductase activity is increased.

영남지방의 보리 보리줄무늬병 분포 및 발생실태를 조사파악하여 보다 효과적인 방제 대책 수립과 저항성 품종 육성 및 재배법개선을 위한 참고자료로 이용하고자 1982년 5월에 경남북 19개 군에서 228개 필지의 농가포장을 대상으로 하여 지역별 품종별 토양환경 및 재배조건별로 구분하며 이병경율을 조사 분석 하였던바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 영남지역의 보리 줄무늬병 발생실태를 지역별로 보면 경북지역보다 경남지역의 발병율이 높았으며 특히 함안, 미량, 월성, 의창등지에서 발병율이 높은 경향이었다. 2. 보리 품종별로는 밀양 6호는 거의 발병되지 않았으나 올보리 오월보리 등의 이병경율이 높은 경향이었다. 3. 토양조건별로는 배수가 불량할수록 이병경율이 높았으며 유효수분함량이 높은 토양나 식토양 및 식토에서 발병이 심한 편이었고 부분적으로 과습하기 쉬운 곡간지의 보리 재배포장이 평야지 포장보다 심하였으며 포장이 과습 할수 록 이병경율이 높았다. 4. 재배조건별로는 파종기가 빠를수록 발병율이 낮았으며 질소 시비수준별로는 보비 조건보다 다비 및 소비 조건에서 발병이 심한 경향이었다.

During the period from August 18 to August 19, 1972, a heavy rainfall was observed in Kyeonggi district. The total amount of rainfall over that period exceeded 450㎜. Some synoptic features of the heavy rainfall were studied by the use of synoptic data. The notable feature was the synoptic situation which built up a deep convectively unstable layer over Korea peninsula. The observed low level jet stream seems to be formed by the heavy rainfall activity.

시험은 흰빛잎마름병의 품종별 감수성과 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 구명코자 시비량을 보비재배와 다비재배로 구분하여 전남지역에서 수행 되었다. 흰빛잎마름병은 발생은 다비조건에서 심했으며 심한 발병은 수도 품종들의 등숙에 영향을 주어 수량 감수를 초래하였고 청미율은 품질을 저하 시켰다. 또한 조생계품종에서는 지엽과 차엽이 발병되었지만 중, 만생계품종에서는 지, 차, 삼엽이 발병되었다. 이러한 차이는 보비조건에서 보다 다비조건에서 더욱 뚜렷하였다. 이 병에 대한 저항성품종은 태백벼, 백운찰벼, 팔공벼, 밀양 42호이었고 밀양 30호, 금강벼, 낙동벼, 진주벼는 감수성이었으며 이러한 경향은 시비 수준간에 같은 경향이었다.

1980년 9월 1일부터 1981년 2월 28일까지와 1981년 9월 20일부터 1982년 2월 28일까지 부산수산대학(350˚ 07'.9N, 129˚ 06'.3E)에서 A-C pair 및 A-E pair의 오메가 전파의 위상차를 연속적으로 관속하여 년별, 월별, 일별의 재현성에 대해 검토하였다. 그 결과, 오메가전파의 이상전파로 인한 전후기의 실측 PPC 간의 차가 큰 10월을 제외하고는 양 pair 모두 같은 주기적인 변동을 하므로 년별의 재현성은 좋았다. 일별의 재현성에 있어서는 표준편차의 변동이 심한 일몰과도기는 재현성이 없었으며 주야간은 양호한 재현성을 나타내었다. 또한, 실측 PPC 간의 차의 월별변화가 컷으므로 양 pair 모두 월별의 재현성은 희박하였다

Accuracy of the position fix obtained by navigation with Omega in the capacity of worldwide navigation depends on the predicted propagation correction. The authors observe continuously the phase differences of the A-C pair and the A-E pair from April 17 to October 14, 1980, at Busan(35\ulcorner07'. 9N, 129\ulcorner06'. 3E), and analyze the characteristic of daily variation the relation between the theoretical PPC and the measu red PPC to study the accuracy of the position fix. The results are as follows: 1. The results of fourier's analysis for the theoretical PPC and the measured PPC are positive correlation in the coefficients ao, a2, a3 with A-C pair and in the coefficients aO-a3 with A-E pair, and those PPC are apparent to daily periodicity during all measured time. The initial phase is around to 280\ulcorner with A-C pair and 1800 with A-E pair. 2. Daily variatons of the phase difference tend to decrease and the time width to narrow from April toward July, but these variations are opposed to those from July toward October. 3. Mean value of total errors of the position fix by theoretical PPC is 2.67 miles and its standard deviationis O.90miles. 4. Mean value of total errors of the position fix by the measured PPC is 0.63 miles and its standard deviation is 0.217 miles.

본답후기인 8중-9상순에 걸쳐 끝동매미충 난에 기생하는 기생봉의 종류와 이들의 기생율을 남부 4개 지역에서 재래품종과 통일계통 품종 포장에서 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 난에 기생하는 실적으로 Gonatocerus sp. 2종과 Paracentrobia andoi 그리고 Anagrus sp. 1종 등 모두 4종의 난기생봉이 분포하고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 2. 기생율 조사 결과 Gonatocerus sp.의 평균 난괴기생율과 난립기생율은 각각 58.8%와 41.0%였고 Paracentrobia andoi의 경우에는 각각 6.2%와 5.3%로서 Gonatocerus sp.가 Paracentrobia andoi의 기생율 보다 훨씬 높안 우점종을 이루어 있었으며 이들 두 종이 같은 난괴에 혼재하는 율은 5.4%였다.

초 록 1975년 11월1977년 11월 사이에 광주지방의 논거미의 분포상과 계절적 밀도변동을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 광주산로 논거미로서 13과 24속 58종(7미확정종포함)을 확인하였으며 기중 한국산 논거미로 2종, 광주산 논거미로 22종을 추가하였다. 2. Cornicularia vulgaris OL(쌍코뿔 애접시거미)는 한국미기록종이었다. 3. 광주산 논거미의 우세과는 Erigonidae와 Lycosidae이며 특히 Erigonidae는 타지방에 비해 단연 우세하였다. 4. 우점종은 Gnathonarium dentatum(WIDER)가 , Oedothorax insecticeps BOES. et STR.가 로 월등한 우점현상을 나타냈다. 5. 기지 수원, 대구에서는 우세과 Lycosidae, 우점종 Pirate subpiraticus(BOES. et STR.)인데 비해 본지방에서 는 우세과 Erigonidae 우점종 Gnathonarium dentatum(WIDER)로 남북관계 내지 동서현상이 보였다. 6. 계절적 밀도 변동은 월동전인 11월이 최고이고, 월동후인 3,4월이 최저이며 7,8월이 중간 Peak인W자형 분포상을 나타낸다.

본 시험은 우리나라 씨감자 주요 생산지인 대관령지방에 분포되어 있는 역병군의 생리형을 조사 판별하기 위해 71-73년에 걸쳐 수행되었던 바. 1. 1971년에는 68계통을 분리 접증 했는데 Race 0, Race 1, Race 2, Race 3, Race 1.3, Race 1.4, Race 3.4, Race 1.3.4, Race 2.3.4, Race 1.2.3.4등 10가지 생리형이 간별 되었으며 그중 Race 0와 Race 3가 제일 널리 분포 되었었고 2. 1972년에는 62계통을 분리 하였던 바 Race 0, Race 1, Race 4, Race 1.3, Race 1.3.4등 5가지 생리형이 나타났으며 그중 전해에 이어 Race 0가 널리 분포되어 있었다. 3. 1973년에는 76계통비서 Race 0, Race 3, Race4, Race 1.3, Race 3.4 Race 1.3.4 등 9가지 생리형이 나타났던 바 Race 0와 Race 4가 가장 널리 분포 되어있는 생리형으로 나타났다. 4. 이로써 우리나라에는 Race 0, Race 1, Race 2, Race 3, Race 4, Race 1.3, Race 1.4, Race 3.4, Race 1.3.4, Race 2.3. 4,Race 1.2.3.4 등 11가지 Race가 존재함이 밝혀졌으며 Race 0, Race 3과 Race 4가 가장 널리 분포 되어있는 생리형으로 나타났다. 5. 이와 같이 생리형은 매년 기후조건의 차이에 따라 발생정도가 다름을 알 수 있다.

This paper is given for the first time as a list of spiders from Chuncheon area, in land of kang-weon-do, mid-eastern part of Korea. Materials were collected during the early August 1972 by the Biological members of the chuncheon girl's high school, in chuncheon area. In addition to this materials collected by paik and Nam kung during July 1973 at Mt. Sam-ak which is located on south-west of chuncheon were examined. 1) In this paper, tile authors record 105 species of spiders belonging to 22 families, including 4 undetermined species from chuncheon area. 2) The followings are newly added to the spider fauna in Korea. a) Curstulina sp. b) Zelotes asiaticus(BOES. et STR.) 3) These materials are not sufficient for general discussion of the spider fauna of chuncheon area, however, an outline can be summarized as follow: 21 northern species 5 southern species 3 cosmopolitan species 72 plaearctic species
