This study investigates the relationship between a native English-speaking teacher and EFL students in the response-and-revision process. The data consisted of drafts and revisions produced by three students in response to teacher comments and interviews with students. In order to examine how EFL students react to the feedback, teachers’ written feedback on the papers was evaluated by calculating frequency counts on the same types of feedback. We then examined the extent to which students made use of teacher feedback in their revisions. In addition, we supplemented our interpretations by extracting aspects of the students’ views through analysis of the interview data. All three students believe that only native speakers can correct language errors in their writing. Furthermore, the students prefer or indeed demand native English-speaking teachers as writing teachers. In fact, dissimilar student reactions to native English-speaking teacher feedback probably arise from whether and how they positioned themselves as a writer in the EFL writing classroom.

현대사회가 발전 할수록 대량산업화와 도시화가 심화되어 건축물의 초고층화 및 대형화가 증가하고 있으며, 안전적인 건축물 보다는 건물 및 제조사업장의 시각적인 디자인에 치우쳐 화재하중이 높은 건축자재의 내·외장재 및 고급스러운 장식물을 사용함으로써 그 위험뿐 만 아니라 화재발생시 대규모 인명 및 재산상의 피해를 가져오게 된다. 그리고 제조사업장화재는 화재로 인한 직접적인 손실 즉 물적 손실은 물론 생산중단으로 인한 간접적인 손실은 실로 측정하기가 어렵다. 지금까지 발생한 제조사업장화재의 발화요인별 분석은 부주의, 전기적, 미상 순으로 인한 화재가 가장 많고 발화열원은 작동기기, 담뱃불(라이터), 마찰․전도․복사등이 주요 원인이 되고 있고 대형화제 취약시설로는 공장 및 창고로 나타나고 있다. 소방방재청의 통계자료를 살펴보면 2012년 화재 발생현황 중 발화요인에 대한 화재별 장소 건수를 검토 한 결과 비주거의 화재발생 16,009건 중 5,758건으로 (36%)부주의이고, 주거에도 화재발생 10,715건 중 5,560건으로 51.9%의 부주의로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 제조사업장의 사소한 부주의로 발생하는 화재를 예방하기 위해서는 소방안전관리자의 처우개선과 기업활동규제완화의 겸직 허용을 재검토 하여야 하며 , 소방안전관라자의 실무능력 강화를 위한 소방안전관리 실무교육과정을 이론적 교육 보다는 현장 실습위주로 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 소방안전관리자에 대한 법정 실무교육 횟수를 확대하여 현행 2년에 1회 에서 1년에 1회로 하고, 실무교육에 있어서도 우수송방안전관리 업체를 선정하여 화재예방에 대한 구체적인 업무를 활성화 하고, 문제 발생요소들을 분석하여 실습을 통한 소방안전관리자의 실무교육을 실시해야 할 것이다. 이러한 전문 소방안전관리자로 소방대상물의 소방교육 및 훈련을 성실히 수행 해야 할 것 이다. 한순간의 부주의로 인하여 화재가 발생하면 돌이킬 수 없는 수백명의 생명을 앗아가고, 수백억원대의 재산피해를 줄이기 위해서는 소방안전관리자의 역량을 넓히고 화재예방 업무를 최우선적으로 수행해야 할 것이다. 화재예방을 위해 소방안전관리자의 업무개선 및 전문교육을 활성화 하여 업무능력을 향상 시켜 화재발생시 초기진압에 신속하고 정확하게 대처해야 한다는 것이 전문적인 화재예방 대책 일 것이다.

Hanok is the key technology of the 21st century buzzword, as 'healthy homes' and 'eco-friendly' and to meet the demands for the safety and comfort of the human body in space, the possibility is getting attention again. Hanok worth from the perspective of brand marketing, pay raises, and maintain it throughout the whole life cycle of the value based on continuous activities. The systematization, and the efficiency of the way should be carried out to maintain to achieve the purpose. This presented study is divided into three stages, the consideration of Hanok Characteristics, maintenance manual written case analysis and Hanok written direction of the manual and take advantage of the possibilities. Firstly, for the consideration of Hanok natures, we study the Hanok maintenance characteristics to analyze the use of materials and construct method based on the result of 'Hanok technology development'. Secondly, we grasp the element which can be applied on the maintenance manual, analyze the maintenance manual contents and the written direction. Lastly, proposed step of written direction, we suggest the direction of Hanok manual writing based on identified elements.

The diverse color pattern of insects are products of natural/sexual selection and affect their survival and reproductive success. Therefore understanding the function of the color patterns is critical to understand their life-history traits such as defensive/territorial behavior or mating strategies. However how we (humans) see and perceive their colors does not reflect the true nature of the insect colors because the insect colors have evolved to work best for the appropriate receiver. For example, defensive coloration have evolved to deceive predators’ eyes, and sexual traits of males have evolved to attract the eyes of the conspecific females. The visual system (therefore the perception of color, too) substantially differ between species and it is important to consider the appropriate receiver’s point of view (visual system) to properly understand the functional aspect of insect color pattern. Here I introduce the concepts of visual modelling of animals’ point of view to study insect coloration and present a case study research on camouflage of moths.

In 1922 new curriculum standard, it establishes the principle of mixed teaching of vernacular and classical Chinese, Ye Shengtao, Zhu Ziging, and Lu Shuxiang think mixed teaching method is detrimental to Chinese teaching, and vernacular and classical Chinese should be taught separately, the teaching material should also not mixing the vernacular and classical Chinese, hence they compiled three books of “Kaiming’s Classical Chinese Reader” which only select classical Chinese literature and six books of “Kaiming’s New Chinese Language Reader” which only select vernacular Chinese literature in the 1950s. 30 years after “Kaiming’s Classical Chinese Reader” was published, in the 1980s, since there was no same property books that could replace this one, hence a new edition of “Classical Chinese Reader” is compiled and printed. Why can it exist for so long and so favored? And compared with Taiwan’s major Chinese Books published by publishers such as Tung‐Ta, Lung‐Teng and Tai‐Yu, what are the characteristics of its style, material selection, and organization? Whether there is any part that is worth learning from about its editing and selection thoughts?  This paper plans to sample some selections of literature from “Kaiming’s Classical Chinese Reader” and several Chinese Language books which have higher market ratio in Taiwan, and compare their similarities and differences, and further discuss how we can improve and refine our selection and editing method on Classical Language Textbooks for current time. 

漢字的學習對只有以拼字為主要學習經驗，而且至多就有二、三年學習機會的學生而言，是一條很難找到科學路徑的坎坷路。因此，從事對外漢字教學的教師應該積極地研究教學法，以幫助外籍學生作最有效的學習。 研究方法： 首先針對對外漢字的教學者與習得者發放問卷，再根據問卷之調查結果觀察教師的教學策略與應用，並且關注學生的難題與期望。 調查表根據學生學習狀況分為三個等級作設計，藉以觀察程度不同的班級教師如何經營、學生如何收穫。之後，根據教師及學生所回饋的內容設計分級的教學法。 研究結果： 由於以教學的實務與學生的需求為出發，因此調查表的回饋非常直接與踴躍。對於筆畫教學、隨文識字、部首教學、部件教學、字源教學、集中教學等教學策略，調查結果顯示其各具有優、缺點及適用的時機，可知教學法的應用應力求彈性。准此發現，並根據文字的適用學理，將設計出課堂經營方針，並以為學生找到習字的科學途徑為最終目標。

We probe the feasibility of high-frequency radio observations of very rapid flux variations in compact active galactic nuclei (AGN). Our study assumes observations at 230GHz with a small 6-meter class observatory, using the SNU Radio Astronomical Observatory (SRAO) as an example. We find that 33 radio-bright sources are observable with signal-to-noise ratios larger than ten. We derive statistical detection limits via exhaustive Monte Carlo simulations assuming (a) periodic, and (b) episodic flaring flux variations on time-scales as small as tens of minutes. We conclude that a wide range of flux variations is observable. This makes high-frequency radio observations – even with small observatories – a powerful probe of AGN intra-day variability; especially, those which complement observations at lower radio frequencies with larger observatories like the Korean VLBI Network (KVN).

Mealworms, Tenebrio molitor (L.) is used as an important animal feed additive for growth promotion and health management, but potentially exposes to fungal infection. In this work, virulence of two species of entomopathogenic fungi against the insect, and the relationship between abiotic features and virulence were investigated. Secondly our consideration was also given to the effect of chemical fungicides on conidial germination for risk control. Between Beauveria bassiana (Bb) and Metarhizium roberstii (Mr) (previously M. anisopliae), Bb isolates had much higher virulence (~100% mortality in 3~4 days after the treatment), rather than Mr isolates in laboratory assays. Next, fungus-treated mealworms were kept at wheat bran at 20, 25, 30 and 35℃ with 3, 6, 9 times of water spray to the feeds for set-up of different humidity conditions. Inoculation of fungi to mealworms was conducted by fungal spray and feeding methods, which resulted in higher virulence in feeding method. In the feeding method, all temperature treatments except 35℃ showed high virulence against mealworms, but any significant relationship between virulence and humidity was not observed. In the chemical fungicide screening, fluazinam (CAS No. 79622-59-6) and mancozeb (8018-01-7) significantly inhibited the germination of Bb and Mr conidia. This work suggest that contamination of wheat bran with fungal pathogens, particularly B. bassiana may induce mycosis of mealworms, but introduction of effective fungicides possibly reduce fungal infection.

Insects and animals can recognize surrounding environments by detecting thousands of chemical odorants. Olfaction is a complicated process that begins in the olfactory epithelium with the specific binding of volatile odorant molecules to dedicated olfactory receptors (ORs). OR proteins are encoded by the largest gene superfamily in the mammalian genome. We report here the whole genome analysis of the olfactory receptor genes of S. scrofa using conserved OR gene specific motifs and known OR protein sequences from diverse species. We identified 1,301 OR related sequences from the S. scrofa genome including 1,113 functional OR genes and 188 pseudogenes. OR genes were located in 46 different regions on 16 pig chromosomes. We classified the ORs into 17 families, three Class I and 14 Class II families, and further grouped them into 349 subfamilies. We also identified inter- and intra-chromosomal duplications of OR genes residing on 11 chromosomes. A significant number of pig OR genes (n=212) showed less than 60% amino acid sequence similarity to known OR genes of other species. We also performed a similar analysis on the cattle OR subgenome and identified 1,071 OR related sequences. We show that S. scrofa has one of the largest OR repertoires, suggesting an expansion of OR genes in the swine genome. Considering available information from literature, it seems that OR systems between mammals and insects possess high similarity in their action mechanisms and rapid evolutionary changes due to differences in living environments.

The underlying changes in biological processes that are associated with reported changes in mental and physical health in response to yoga breathing (prānāyāma) have not been systematically explored yet. In this study, the effects of a yoga breathing program on prefrontal EEG were tested with middle-aged women. Participants were collected as volunteers and controlled into two groups. Two channel EEG was recorded in the prefrontal region (Fp1, Fp2) from the yoga breathing group (n=17) and control group (n=17). QEEG quotients were transformed from the EEGs and analyzed by the ANOVAs on gain scores. As a result, α/δ (left, right) and CQ (correlation quotient) for yoga breathing participants were significantly decreased compared to control group (p〈.05). α/βH+α/δ (left, right) were increased significantly (p〈.05). For those significantly changed QEEG quotients, the interaction effects of Group x prefrontal alpha (α) and beta (β) asymmetry were tested. Only the α asymmetry showed main effect on the gain score of α/βH+α/δ (right) with F (1, 34)＝5.694 (p〈.05). Pearson's correlation coefficient between α asymmetry and gain score of α/βH+α/δ (right) was .374 (p〈.05). The gain score of α/βH+α/δ (right) was increased for the right α dominance of yoga breathing group. On the contrary it was decreased for the left α dominance of yoga breathing group as well as the control regardless of the dominance. The result of this study implies that yoga breathing increases stress resistance and is effective in the management of physical stress. Emotionally relaxed people may have greater instantaneous stress reduction after yoga breathing. Moreover, yoga breathing could be also beneficial for depressed who may be more vulnerable to stress.

문화예술교육에 대한 세간의 관심이 뜨겁다. 문화예술교육에 대한 외부의 수요는 문화예술교 육에 대한 실제적인 방법론을 요청한다. 또한 문화예술교육의 내부에서도 실속이 없이 양적으로 만 확대되는 문화예술교육에 대해 자성의 목소리가 높아지고 있으며, 체계적인 문화예술교육 방 법론을 절실하게 필요로 한다. 양질의 문화예술교육을 제공하기 위해서는 어떠한 철학적 기반 위에, 무엇을, 어떻게 가르칠지에 대한 구체적인 방안이 마련되어야 하는 것이다. 이러한 맥락 에서 미국의 링컨센터 인스티튜트(Lincoln Center Institute: LCI)의 문화예술교육은 체계적인 틀을 갖춘 문화예술교육이라는 측면에서 매우 의미 있는 교육 모델이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 문화예술교육을 위한 구체적인 방법론으로서 링컨센터 인스티튜트의 예술교육을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 우리나라의 문화예술교육에 대한 체계를 견고히 하고, 양질의 예술 교육 프로그램을 제공하는데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 실현하기 위해 2절에서는 링 컨센터 인스티튜트의 교육철학에 대해서 살피며, 3절에서는 링컨센터 인스티튜트의 교육모형을 분석한다. 또한 4절에서는 우리나라 문화예술교육에의 적용방안을 고찰하며, 5절에서는 향후 연 구의 방향을 제안한다.

우리나라에서 한자어가 사용된 역사는 최소한 이천여년이 넘었다. 근대화를 기 점으로 한자와 한문교육이 보편 교양교육에서 특수한 일부 개별 교과 교육으로 전환되었고, 한글 전용 정책의 실시로 인해 한자와 한문교육이 축소되었으며, 시 대의 변화에 따라 한자 사용과 노출의 예는 극히 줄어들었다. 하지만, 오랜 세월 동안 구축된 한국어 어휘 체계 중에는 이미 70% 가까이 한자어가 포함되어 있으 며, 실제 언어 생활에서도 한자어의 사용 빈도 또한 매우 높다. 그럼에도 불구하고 한자와 한자계 어휘 교육이 전문적이고 체계적으로 시행되지 않음으로써 한자 표 기 오류 현상은 끊임없이 출현하고 있다. 본고는 이러한 한자 표기 오류가 나타나는 근본적 이유에 대해 다시 생각해 보 고, 원인에 따라 유형화하여 해결의 근본적인 대책을 제시하고자 하였다.

ITC 337조 조사는 연방지방법원에서의 특허분쟁과 상이한 특면이 많다. ITC 관할은 대물관할이고 미국 전역에 효력이 미치지만 연방지방법원에서는 제한적인 대인관할권을 갖는다. 연방지방법원에서 소송적격을 갖추기 위해서는 단순히 특허 소유권과 피고에 의한 침해를 주장하는 것으로 충분하다. 그러나 ITC에서 소송적격을 갖추기 위해서는 다음과 같은 요건을 필요로 한다; 1) 수입행위 : 신청인은 피의 침해제품이 수입이 되고 있다는 것을 증명하여야 한다. 2) 국내산업: 국내산업 요건을 충족하기 위해서는 (a) 공장∙설비에 의미있는 투자 또는 (b) 의미있는 노동자의 고용 및 자본 투자 또는 (c) 엔지니어링, 연구개발, 라이선스 등의 지식재산권을 사용하기 위한 실질적인 투자를 갖추어야 한다. ITC는 연방지방법원은 권한이 없는 독자적으로 조사를 개시할 수 있는 권한을 가지고 있다. ITC에서의 조사절차는 연방지방법원 소송과 비교할 때 상대적으로 기간이 짧다. 이에 더하여, ITC 신청서는 ITC의 사실 청원 요건으로 인하여 연방지방법원의 소장과는 아주 다르다. ITC 절차는 침해 주장의 근거를 형성하는 구체적인 사실과 적합하도록 추정되는 불공정 행위의 실체를 필요로 한다. 따라서, 자신의 특허가 침해되고 있다고 믿고 있는 특허권자는 ITC 절차를 시작할 때 불공정 행위의 모든 요소를 커버할 수 있도록 충분한 근거를 주장하도록 요구되고 있다. 연방지방법원 사건에서는 연방민사소송법이 보다 광범위하고 아주 애매한 통고 청원을 허용하고 있다. ITC에서의 구제는 a) 당사자에 대한 한정배제명령, b) 임시한정배제명령(조사기간과 대통령 심사 기간), c) 총괄배제명령(당사자가 아니라도 해당자 모두), d) 중지/중단명령 그리고 e) 임시중지/ 중단명령 등이 있다. 상기와 같은 점을 고려할 때, ITC에서의 신청인과 피신청인은 연방지방법원과는 다른 전략을 개발하여야 한다. ITC에서의 신청인은 위에서 살펴본 구제 중 이용 가능한 구제를 적시하여야 한다. 또한 신청인은 자신이 구하고자 하는 구제명령을 얻기 위한 특정한 요건을 충족시켜야 한다. ITC가 최종적인 명령을 내린 후에도, 승소한 신청인은 구제의 성공적인 집행을 위하려 세관과 친밀한 전략적 관계를 유지하여야 하고 고객 정보를 제공하고 시장을 계속 감시하여야 한다. ITC 절차에서의 피신청인은 ITC 절차 요건에 의해 제공되는 방어를 활용할 수 있는데, 피신청인은 수입행위 부재, 국내산업의 부존재, 국내산업에 대한 손해의 부재 등을 주장할 수 있다. 피신청인은 또한 비침해, 무효, 집행 불가능 등의 특허법에 근거한 방어를 활용할 수 있다.

본 연구는 독서 습관 형성을 위한 책 읽기 프로그램을 통해 독서 교육을 시행한 결과이다. 미래사회가 요구하는 가치나 능력은 일방적인 정보전달을 받아들이기만 하는 것과 달리 스스로 이해하고 사색하고 비판하고 창조하는 과정을 거쳐서 길러지는 것이기 때문에 적절한 독서 활동을 통하여 가르치는 것이 더 적합하다. 책과 친해질 수 있는 책 읽기 환경을 조성하여 자신만의 책 읽기 전략을 세우도록 하였다. 또, 책읽기에 관심과 흥미를 느껴 책 읽기에 몰입할 수 있는 프로그램을 구안·적용하여 책 읽기 능력을 향상시키고, 가정 및 지역사회 내에서 책 읽기를 생활화하여 지속적인 책 읽기 습관을 형성하도록 하였다. 그리하여 학급 아동들이 흥미와 즐거움을 느끼면서 자발적으로 책을 읽는 습관을 형성 할 수 있도록 하며, 독서를 통하여 아동들이 지닌 다양한 능력과 창의성을 기를 수 있는 체계적인 프로그램을 개발하고 실행했다.

이사부의 우산국 편입 1500주년은 우리에게 있어 동북아시대 해양국가로서 한반도의 역할이 기대되는 시기에 매우 의미 있는 일이다. 남해안을 호령했던 충무공 이순신장군과 서해안과 남해안을 기점으로 해상무역을 개척한 장보고에 비해 동해안의 이사부장군의 국가적인 인물선양은 초보적인 수준에 이르고 있다. 이순신 장군에 대한 선양사업은 국가적인 정책으로 추진되어왔다. 축제만 하더라도 통영의 한산대첩축제, 진도의 명랑해전축제, 여수의 거북선축제, 출생지인 충남 아산의 성웅 이순신축제 등 많은 축제들이 있어왔다. 현재 삼척에서의 이사부의 선양사업은 단기적인 1회성 축제에만 머무르고 있어 상시적으로 만날 수 있는 공간의 조성과 프로그램을 확대해 나가야 한다. 이사부 기념관의 조성 등 의미 있는 선양사업이 준비되고 있지만 상시성에 초점을 두고 준비해야 할 것이다. 이사부에 대한 접근에 있어서도 전형적인 문화콘텐츠의 접근방법인 이야기 (story), 상징(symbol), 스펙터클(spectacle)의 3요소를 적절하게 유기적으로 연계하여 개발해 나가야 할 것이다. 이사부의 날을 어떻게 기릴 것인가에 대한 문제는 기억과 추모를 넘어서 미래 지향적인 방향을 가져야 할 것이며 기념사업에 대한 제도화 및 법제화를 통해 지자체와 정부에서 이사부 정신의 전국화 및 기념사업의 안정화도 동시에 가져와야 할 것이다. 특정일이 아닌 이사부 출항의 근거지였던 삼척에 오면 상시 이사부를 만날 수 있는 공간과 시설, 프로그램을 제공해야 할 것이며 될 수 있으면 이사부의 날을 전후로 한 축제시기를 조정하여 기념사업에 대한 파급효과를 극대화하는 방안도 마련해야 할 것이다.

This case study investigates the KIKO currency option that has been a social issue in recent years among developing countries, especially Korea, where the financial derivatives market is in a state of rapid growth. The forward transaction which becomes a basis of derivatives is intended to hedge risks that may be caused by a future change in asset prices. Although it originates from a simple form of agricultural transactions, there currently exists a variety of derivatives in more sophisticated forms. In the Korean agricultural industry, the need to use such derivatives is great, as there is a huge risk of price fluctuation in agricultural products due to frequent adverse weather. In addition, many developing countries with export-led industrial structures similar to Korea’s, of necessity must resort to currency hedging as a method of reducing relevant risk. However, in most cases, the lack of understanding about financial derivatives results in an inappropriate application of these derivatives. The KIKO in this study represents such cases. Since 2007, KIKO has been sold in Korea to many small- and medium-sized export companies for the purpose of currency hedging when the exchange rate between the Korean won and the U.S. dollar was in a downward spiral. The main focus of this study is a case which is most representative of KIKO. As inflation rapidly increased during the financial crisis in the U.S. at the end of 2007, derivatives became a hot issue in the courts rather than in the financial markets. This case study investigates what KIKO and the fierce legal debates over it imply, from the perspective of the option of value evaluation in order to suggest not only a direction in which companies can utilize financial derivatives, but also a roadmap for the future derivatives market.
