        ORF11 (ac11) of Autographa californica multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcMNPV) is a highly conserved gene of unknown function. To determine the role of ac11 in baculovirus life cycle, an ac11-knockout mutant AcMNPV, Ac11KO, was constructed. qPCR analysis revealed that ac11 is an early gene in the life cycle. After transfection into Spodoptera frugiperda cells, Ac11KO produced a single cell infection phenotype indicating that no infectious budded viruses (BVs) were produced. The defection in BV production was confirmed by both viral titration and Western blot. However, viral DNA replication is unaffected. Electron microscopy showed that ac11 is required for nucleocapsids envelopment to form ODV and their subsequent embedding into OB. This study therefore demonstrates that ac11 is an early gene which is essential for the viral life cycle.

        Crystals of proteinaceous insecticidal proteins, Cry proteins, produced by Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) have been generally used to control insect pests. In this study, through the 3D structure prediction and accompanying mutagenesis study for the Mod-Cry1Ac, 7 and 16 amino acid residues from domain I and II, respectively, responsible for its insecticidal activity against larvae of Spodoptera exigua and Ostrinia furnacalis were identified. To construct novel cry genes with enhanced insecticidal activity, we randomly mutated these 23 amino acid sequences by in vitro muti site-directed mutagenesis, resulting in totally 24 mutant cry genes. For further characterization, these mutant cry genes were expressed as a fusion protein with polyhedrin using baculovirus expression system. SDS-PAGE analysis of the recombinant polyhedra revealed that expressed Cry proteins was occluded into polyhedra and activated stably to 65 kDa by trypsin. When the insecticidal activities of these mutant Cry proteins against to larvae of P. xylostella and S. exigua were assayed, they showed higher or similar insecticidal activity compared to those of Cry1Ac and Cry1C. Especially, among them Mutant-N16 showed the highest insecticidal activity against to both of P. xylostella and S. exigua. Therefore, Mutant-N16 is considered to have the potential for the efficacious biological insecticide.

        Phycitinae is one of the subfamilies of Pyralidae, about 4000 phycitinae species in the world (Solis and Mitter 1992), and around 300 species of 110 genera have been reported in China (Li and Ren 2005). The subfamily of Phycitinae is characterized by the following characteristics: both wings are long and narrow, chaetosema present; forewing with 11 veins or less, R3 and R4 stalked at base or fused completely, both male and female with only one frenulum; gnathos rod-shaped or coniform; valva with costa well developed, transtilla free or connected at top, aedeagus cylindrical, male usually with culcita; ductus bursae from corpus bursae. The larvae of phycitinae are leafrollers, leafminers or products pests. Their distribution is throughout the world (Munroe and Solis, 1999). As a NE region, Jilin province lies in the center of northeast part of China, borders by North Korea, Far East of Russia, Heilongjiang, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia. Until now, only 20 species of phycitinae have been reported from here, accordingly, the faunistic inventory is by no means completed, and to survey the diversity of phycitinae is significant for systematic study in China. In this study, we identified 35 species belonging to 19 genera, of them, 2 species are reported for the first time in China, and 12 species are newly reported from Jilin Province. The materials examined come from the collection of Incheon National University and Northeast Forestry University.

        The inquiry about the relationship between mind and the world is a question that attracted a lot of philosophers, scientists and other researchers' great attention. It also gets some attention in Chinese traditional philosophy. In this paper, I focus on the construction of the ethical world in Wang Yang Ming's philosophy. The most important question that I concern is how the ethical world is built from Wang's point of view. According to Wang's theory, the world is built in our mind, which means it exists in our intentional activity, which is facing the outside material world and connected to it. The world exists when there is an intentional activity. Based on Wang's theory, I try to make a comparison between Wang yangming and some Western philosophers, such as Edmund Husserl, George Berkeley, through different concept of the "World". Firstly, I give a brief introduction about Wang yangming's philosophy of Mind ( Xin xue {.'~)and explain the construction of the world of meaning in Wang's theory. Second, Wang's explanation has a lot in common with some Western scholars' theory, but they are not always facing the problem in the same sense. I would try to distinguish their differences in the relation between mind and the world, at the same time, to clarify in what sense they use the concept of world. Finally, through the comparison above, I offer some provisional conclusions about the inquiry on the relation between mind and the world.

Judging from the Social communication standard of Anthropology, the interpersonal boundaries were divided from the start of the 'family'. We use the concept of caste and blood formed and maintained the community, then the interactions must based on the core of family. That decided our interactions has the character of closing from beginning, on this basis, the Chinese strongly agreed with the concept of clan and family psychology. On the premise of a common ancestor, everyone has grown within the community, and we call 'insiders', the opposite of' outsiders 'requirements of living is a directly reflect for family of interpersonal ethics, this is the major cause of promoting harmonious interpersonal relations. In addition, from the religious faith , the Chinese reverence for nature and'harmony between the heaven and human', the concept of 'Harmony' are another important cause of harmonious relations. The concept of harmonious order was imitated the natural state of harmony and the family should follow this way. It can explain the consistency of the Chinese concept in the universe and human relations leading to inherent unity and harmony. Z. What the community need is a major cause of the traditional interpersonal harmony. In fact it is a social inherent requirements, and the consistency of traditional view of the universe and human relations is the requirements of unification from society and nature, Both of these are based on the phylogenetic relationships and blood relationship. With the development of productive forces and the scale, genealogical community gradually extend the production activities scope to adjust production relations through other ways. In the process, the genealogical community transfered to unrelated community transformation, communication ethics are becoming increasingly complicated. From a geopolitical perspective, the transformation of the ancient family from blood to unrelated blood, is occured in the basic areas of the country. Early in the Qin dynasty, Han Dynasty, the social economic assistance functions appeared more intensively. these kinds of rural family economic assistance organizations enhanced cohesion between the different families of the same country , And then it extended to the different country. But expand the scope of contacts between the two villages still relatively weak. that formed more narrow and less - developed interpersonal style who accompanied by an acquaintance of Village Community Associationin ancient China. So we say the interpersonal harmony is not purely relations and exchanges, because the traditional Confucian thought we should learn and be taught everywhere in interpersonal relationships, so that the ethics would appear everywhere. Ethical relationships of the family should not be arrogated, and also the Confucian Ethics, were implanted in social relations, this made it possible to achieve the ideal of a harmonious society. We need the deep thoughts to modern ways of communication and thinking now. At the same time we should drawn nutrition from the roots of Chinese Traditional Thought of harmonious interpersonal relationship in order to seek the path of our modern society's interpersonal relationships. From " primary internal requirement " to "mutual requirements", we should establish a " Principle of CO-exist in the communication" in this kind of relationship, the premise of Co-exist is an independent individual. because on this premise, every independent individual access to maximal benefits, each individual must rely on the ourselves cooperation. from above reasoning, we can see that the only way of modern harmonious interpersonal relationships is the " CO-exist in principle ".

        Cooperation between China and the ASEAN has become more integrated as their common economic interests have been increasing due to globalization and recent changes in Southeast Asia. The formation and operation of the CAFTA provide incentive for investment and trade between China and the ASEAN. The objective of laws regulating to investment should promote investment, which can be realized through a liberal, facilitative and transparent investment regime. The CAFTA’s investment regime continues along with the same trends of international investment agreements in general. However, in order to encourage regional integration, it needs to be improved in future practice.

        Pyralinae are one of the largest subfamilies belonging to Pyralidae, which comprises about 900 species of 217 genera in the world, and 150 species belonging to 32 genera are recorded in China (Li houhun, 2009). This subfamily are characterized by the following characteristics: head rounded, chaetosemata present, proboscis developed. Labial palpus porrect or upturned. Maxillary palpus small. Forewing colorful, from narrow to wide, antemedial line and postmedial line present and distinct. Hindwing color simple. Male genitalia with broad uncus, gnathos developed, slim, tip of gnathos sharp or hooked; tegument sclerotized, valve simple with various shape; juxta elliptical or rounded, aedeagus slender, cornutus present or absent. Female genitalia with small papillae anales, corpus bursae oval, signum present or absent. Liaoning Province is located in the southern part of NE China, the area of Liaoning is 146,900 km² and it is bounded on the south by the Yellow sea, on the southeast by North Korea, on the north by Jilin Province, and on the west by Inner Mongolia and Hebei Province. The mean annual temperature is 7-11℃, the mean annual precipitation is 600-1100 mm in northeast part, but 400 mm in west part. Liaoning Province is an important area for forest and agriculture, accordingly, to survey the diversity of Pyralinae is of great significance for systematic study in Liaoning Province. In this study, our materials examined come from the collection of Northeast forestry University from 2006-2010, and the collection of Incheon University from 2010-2012. Finally, we identified 11 species belonging to 8 genera, of them, 1 species are the first time reported in China, and 6 speices are the first time reported in Liaoning Province.

        Among hemipteran insects which is the most important insect vector of plant viruses, small brown planthopper, Laodelphax striatellus, transmits the rice stripe virus (RSV) causing rice stripe disease. For effective control of RSV, it is important to understand interaction between RSV and L. striatellus. Therefore, in this study, expressed sequence tag (EST) databases were generated based on 454 GS-FLX pyrosequencing for comparative transcriptome analysis between nonviruliferous and RSV-viruliferous L. striatellus. By comparing the two EST libraries, we showed that 108 host genes were significantly up-regulated and 28 host genes were significantly down-regulated in viruliferous insects. Interestingly, genes encoding ribosomal proteins were mainly up-regulated in viruliferous L. striatellus, whereas genes related to translation were concentrated in the downregulated cohort. These RSV-dependently regulated genes may have important function in the behavior of planthopper or the transmission of RSV.

        Bacillus thuringiensis serovar mogi of a novel serogroup (H3a3b3d), which showed mosquitocidal activity against Anopheles sinensis and Culex pipiens pallens, was isolated from fallen leaves in Mungyeong city, Republic of Korea. In contrast to the complicated plasmid profiles of B. thuringiensis H3 serotype strains, the B. thuringiensis serovar mogi contained only megaplasmid (> 30 MDa) on which the toxin genes were occasionally located. Sequence analysis using 454-pyrosequencing revealed that the megaplasmid harbored at least seven putative cry genes, showing about 84%, 75%, 73%, 58%, 84%, 39% and 75% similarities in amino acid sequences with Cry27Aa, Cry19Ba, Cry20-like, Cry56Aa, Cry39ORF2, Cry8Ba and Cry40ORF2, respectively. These cry genes were cloned to the Escherichia coli-B. thuringiensis shuttle vector, pHT1K, and then introduced into an acrystalliferous B. thuringiensis Cry-B strain for further molecular characterization. To investigate the role of these genes in crystal production, the expression profiles of these toxin genes were analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR (qrtPCR) from the wild type strain as well as transformant strains. The results clearly indicate that the cry39orf2 was the dominant ingredient in the crystal. This novel 3a3b3d type strain, B. thuringiensis serovar mogi, could be used as a good resource for studying unknown mosquitocidal cry genes.

        The baculovirus expression system is one of the most popular methods used for the production of recombinant proteins but has several complex steps which have proved inherently difficult to meet a multi-parellel process. We have developed a novel recombinant bacmid, bEasyBm that enabling easy and fast generation of pure recombinant virus without any purification step. In the bEasyBm, attR recombination sites were introduced to facilitate the generation of recombinant viral genome by in vitro transposition. Moreover, extracellular RNase gene from bacillus amyloliquefaciens, barnase, was expressed under the control of Cotesia plutellae bracovirus early promoter. Therefore, only when the barnase gene was replaced to gene of interest, the bEasyBm could replicate in host insect cells. When the bEasyBm was transposed with pDualBac-EGFP and pDualBac-LUC respectively, there were no non-recombinant backgrounds were detected from unpurified BmEasy-EGFP or BmEasy-LUC stocks. In addition, the resulting recombinant virus, BmEasy-EGFP, showed comparable level of EGFP expression efficiency with the plaque-purified recombinant virus, BmEGFP, which was constructed using bBmGOZA system. Based on these results, high-throughput condition for generation of multiple recombinant viruses in a time was established.

Recently, cry genes encoding these Cry proteins have been widely applied for construction of transgenic crops resistant to pest insects. In this study, through the 3D structure prediction and accompanying mutagenesis study for the Mod-Cry1Ac, 7 and 16 amino acid residues from domain I and II, respectively, responsible for its insecticidal activity against larvae of Spodoptera exigua and Ostrinia furnacalis were identified. To construct novel cry genes with improved insecticidal activity, we randomly mutated these 23 amino acid sequences by in vitro muti site-directed mutagenesis, resulting in totally 24 mutant cry genes. For further characterization, these mutant cry genes were expressed as a fusion protein with polyhedrin using baculovirus expression system. In the further study, we plan to investigate their insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella, S. exigua and O. furnacalis larvae.

        Wheat flour supplemented with 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25% sorghum flour and sourdough bread made thereof were evaluated for mineral contents, phytic acid, tannin, total phenols and in vitro protein digestibility. Effect of supplementation was assessed on nutritional quality of the sourdough flatbread. Analyses of the sorghum supplemented flours revealed a significant (p<0.05) increase in crude fat(%), crude fiber(%) and NFE (%)with a decreasing pattern in crude protein and ash contents. Sourdough fermentation appeared to improve mineral contents in bread since the concentration of iron, zinc and manganese were increased from 3.07-4.41, 0.87-0.95 and 2.48-2.56 mg/100 g, respectively. Phytic acid (%) and tannin (%) were reduced from 1.14 to 0.57, and 0.40 to 0.22, respectively in flatbread. Total phenols of composite flour decreased from 342 to 104 mg/100 g in sourdough flatbread. Similarly, in vitro protein digestibility was shown to increase from 74.81 to 81.14% apparently due to reduction in concentration of chelating agents by fermentation process. Conclusively, composite flour technology in combination with lactic acid fermentation was found quite successfully exploited to reduce anti-nutritional compounds, enhance availability of minerals and improve the digestibility of non-conventional cereal grains.

        유채 품종에서 황 공급수준이 황산염 흡수 및 동화에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 어린 잎과 성엽조직에서 ATP sulfurylase (ATPs), SO42- 흡수, 글루타치온 함량을 분석하였다. 본 실험에서 10가지 유채 품종들 (Mosa, Capitol, Saturnin, Akela, Pollen, Mokpo, Youngsan, Tamra Colosse 그리고 Naehan)은황 공급수준에 따라 몇 가지 황산염 흡수와 동화 능력이 다르게 나타났다. 황 결핍 조건에서 모든 품종의 ATP sulfurylase (ATPs) 활력은 늙은 잎에 비해 어린 잎에서 높게 나타났으며, 글루타치온 함량은황 공급수준이 감소함에 따라 어린 잎에서 많이 증가하였다. 이러한 결과들은 유채 품종별 황 결핍조건에서 황을 이용하는 능력이 다르다는 것을 잘 보여주었다.

        Using the volume-limited Main galaxy sample constructed from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 7 (SDSS DR7), we explore the environmental dependence of the fraction of ‘unconventional’ galaxies: luminous blue and faint red. It is found that the fraction of faint red increases apparently with increasing local density, and the fraction of luminous blue declines substantially with increasing local density, which shows that there is an environmental dependence for color beyond that for luminosity.

        Doxorubicin, a widely used chemotherapeutic agent, were found rapidly undergo morphological and biochemical changes via discrete effector signaling pathways consistent with the occurrence of apoptosis of oocyte, and a little known is actions of this drug in early embryos. Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), a DNA repair enzyme, also plays the important role during the apoptosis of cell. The cleavage of PARP by caspase-3 inactivates it and inhibits PARP's DNA-repairing abilities. Cleaved PARP (cPARP) can be a marker of apoptosis.Doxorubicin inhibited the early embryo development, but the treatment could still reach the BL (blastocyst) stagethat suggested that involved in DNA synthesis and repaired progress. Herein, the higher expression of PARP family shown especially in 2, 4 cell stagy. There was evidence of expression of Caspase3 and Bcl2l1 during embryogenesis (2 cell, 4 cell, morula and BL stage), suggesting that modulationsof apoptosis-related genes and PARP were cause by DXR. Furthermore, the effect of doxorubicin on early embryo development was assessed different stage rates, and apoptosis index also conformed doxorubicin modulate embryo development by regulating apoptosis- related genes and PARP family genes. In conclusion, Doxorubicin blocked pre- implantation development in early mouse embryos by altering apoptosis-related gene expression and inactivating DNA repair by Parp.

        It is well established that mammalian cumulus cell (CC) expansion requires BMP15 (bone morphogenetic protein bone morphogenetic protein 15) and GDF9 (growth differentiation factor 9). However, the mechanisms of the factors in CC expansion are largely unclear. This study was conducted to examine the two paracrine factors and their receptor SMAD intracellular signaling mechanism of mediating porcine CC expansion and oocyte maturation, and to compare COCs (Cumulus–oocyte complexes) maturation to DOs (Denuded oocytes). COCs and DOs were in vitro matured in medium with FSH, LH and TGFB superfamily antagonists. Our results showed that the expansion of COCs was unaffected by addition of GDF9 and BMP15 recombinant protein, but cumulus cell proliferation and DOs maturation rate were enhanced. The mRNA expressions of SMAD receptor confirmed that oocytes secreted factors that activate SMAD3,4 and SMAD1 in granulosa cells and oocytes, but unaffected SMAD2. Treatment of COCs with a SMAD2/3 phosphorylation inhibitor (SB431542) inhibited CC expansion and expression of TNFAIP6. SB431542 also was revealed to inhibit DOs maturation. The activation of CC SMAD signaling by oocytes, and the requirement of SMAD2/3 signaling for expansion and oocyte maturation were studied in pig. Nonetheless, porcine oocyte maturation without SMAD2/3 signaling is likely to be needed for optimal matrix formation, but also BMP15 and GDF9 is likely to be needed in oocyte.

Doxorubicin inhibited the early embryo development, but the treatment could still reach the BL (blastocyst) stage that suggested that involved in DNA synthesis and repaired progress. Herein, the higher expression of PARP family shown especially in 2, 4 cell stagy. There was evidence of expression of Caspase3 and Bcl2l1 during embryogenesis (2 cell, 4 cell, morula and BL stage), suggesting that modulations of apoptosis-related genes and PARP were cause by DXR. Furthermore, the effect of doxorubicin on early embryo development was assessed different stage rates, and apoptosis index also conformed doxorubicin modulate embryo development by regulating apoptosis-related genes and PARP family genes.
