Purpose: This study explored illness experiences and the demands for a health-related program tailored to individuals with chronic disease at one of the Korean Seon Centers. It also utilized this information as foundational data for developing a program tailored to their needs.
Methods: The study utilized focus group interviews to collect data from members of one of the Korean Seon centers who have chronic disease, regarding their illness experiences and their expectations for disease management programs. The collected data was then analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method.
Results: The analysis yielded five overarching themes and 14 subthemes. These themes included opposing responses to disease diagnosis, reflections on the causes of disease, efforts toward disease recovery, obstacles to disease recovery, and the need for a customized disease management program.
Conclusion: The findings highlighted the challenges the participants faced in their disease recovery process. They expressed a strong desire for a comprehensive management program that incorporates in-depth information, experience sharing, and education. Such a program would empower individuals to take control of their physical and mental well-being.
The purpose of this study was to explore the marketability by developing a fresh HMR product for improving hyperlipidemia and dieting for elderly chronic disease patients and young people pursuing healthy beauty. The diet menu increased the ratio of fresh vegetables and mushrooms, and chicken breast and cheese were used as protein sources. By using whole grains, the supply of vitamins and minerals was strengthened while minimizing calories. Regarding the recipe, the diet menu was mainly prepared in the form of salads, risotto, and pasta. In the hyperlipidemia improvement menu, the proportion of fresh vegetables was increased, and as protein sources, pork shank, tofu, seafood, etc. with minimal fat were used. As a carbohydrate source, whole grains were mainly used to minimize calories while strengthening the supply of vitamins and minerals. In the recipe, it was prepared in the form of steamed or bibim-myeon, and it was also produced in a form such as paella. As a result, the developed menu was analyzed as low-calorie and evenly comprised of essential nutrients, which can satisfy palatability and nutrition.
목적 : 본 연구는 자폐범주성장애(Autism Spectrum Disorder; ASD)아동의 모방기술 획득을 위한 중재방 법을 소개하고, 이차적 효과 분석을 통해 모방을 위한 중재를 제공하는 전문 인력으로서 작업치료사의 중요성과 작업치료 분야에서 연구의 필요성을 알리기 위하여 시행되었다. 연구방법 : 해외 전자 데이터베이스인 ProQuest, PubMed, MEDLINE과 Scopus 그리고 국내의 RISS, KISS, 국립중앙도서관을 사용하여 2006년부터 2016년까지의 논문을 검색하였다. 주요 검색용어는 “ASD AND Gesture imitation AND (Intervention OR Training)”를 사용하였다. 3차 분류를 통하여 최종적으로 13개의 연구를 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 결과 : 연구 결과 발달장애 특성상 단일대상설계를 이용한 연구가 많았고, 중재의 종류로는 상호모방훈련이 가장 많이 적용되었다. 광범위한 연령대에 중재가 적용되고 있었고, 이를 통한 모방기술의 향상이 아동 의 언어, 사회성기술, 문제행동, 놀이기술, 운동기술, 일상생활수행기술 등에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 결론 : 본 고찰을 통하여 ASD아동의 모방기술은 새로운 것을 학습할 때 선행요소이자 다른 발달영역에도 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후에는 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 발달재활 전문가로서 작업치 료사가 직접 ASD아동에게 모방기술을 위한 중재전략을 적용하고 효과성을 입증하는 연구가 활발히 이 루어져야 할 것이다.
