        이 연구에서는 현장타설 캔틸레버공법(free cantilever method)을 적용한 PSC(prestressed concrete) 교량에 콘크리트의 장기거동을 고려한 시공 중 계측분석 방법을 제안하였다. 콘크리트 박스 거더의 장기 거동에 따른 응력을 확인하기 위해 온도센서와 변형률계를 함께 설치하고 계측된 데이터를 이용하여 크리프계수를 산출하였다. 또한 크리프계수를 적용한 콘크리트 박스 거더의 시공 중 응력을 분석하고 설치된 온도 센서의 변화 데이터를 비교하여 세그먼트 시공에 따른 연직변위를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교량의 장기 거동을 고려한 FCM 교량의 시공 중 계측은 레이저 변위계나 처짐계를 사용하지 않고 온도와 변위 데이터만을 이용하여 효율적인 분석이 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

        This work introduces a modal testing and analysis results of the mock-up for a layered stone pagoda. The pagoda has been horizontally excited by an impact hammer. As to the measured acceleration time responses, the first five lower mode shapes and natural frequency are extracted by the TDD technique. It is observed that the time delay of a shear wave occurs through friction surfaces. Such phenomena cannot be described by using the traditional analytical models such as a continuum cantilever beam model or a discrete shear building model. However, the time delay typically affects only the phases of the pagoda system. The frequencies of the pagoda system are not affected by such time delay. It is found in the first time that the layered stone pagoda system has a set of closely placed modes in near of natural frequency. It is believed that such modes are due to the friction characteristics in friction surfaces. Based on the stick-slip friction model, it seems that the one of the closely placed mode can be a self-excited one.

        Many of the structures constructed since the 1970s have begun to deteriorate. As a result, safety inspection / diagnosis and maintenance are expected to increase further, and long-term and systematic measures are urgently needed to prepare for the aging of major infrastructures. Currently, the safety inspection and maintenance of the structure is carried out by the method based on the utilization of the measurement data and the manager's experience, but the reliability and the accuracy are still insufficient. In other words, there is a limit to understanding the state change of bridges, such as abnormal behavior and gradual damages, therefore, it is necessary to have an accurate and reliable monitoring process using new techniques and systems. For this reason, I would like to examine the possibility of using cloud and big data in the field of infrastructure safety management.

        국내의 지진 발생 추이가 증가세를 보이고 있으며, 이에 따라 시설물 피해를 주고 큰 인명 피해를 초래하는 지진재해에 대한 대비의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 지진재해에 대비하기 위해서는 지진 또는 진동가속도에 대한 실시간 계측을 하는 것이 중요하다. 일본과 미국의 경우 중요 시설물에 대하여 이미 실시간 지진가속도계측을 시행하고 있으며 계측된 지진가속도데이터는 데이터베이스화되어 관리되고 있다. 이를 이용해 내진설계기준 개정시 또는 지진으로 인한 피해 예측시 활용하고 있다. 국내의 경우, 최근 지진재해대책법 및 시행규칙이 개정되어 공포 되었으며, 국민안전처에서 지진가속도계측자료 통합관리시스템을 구축해 나가고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국민안전처 통합관리시스 템에 연계가 가능한 시설물 실시간 진동 감지 및 분석 시스템을 개발 하는 것이다. 이 시스템은 지진가속도계측데이터 모니터링 기능을 포함하 며, 또한 고속푸리에변환, 고유진동수 추출, 응답스펙트럼, 파워스펙트럼, 진도 표출, 시설물 건전도 평가 등 다양한 가속도데이터 분석 기능을 갖추고 있을 뿐만 아니라 국민안전처 지진가속도계측자료 시스템에 연계가 가능하도록 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템은 시설물의 안전관리 네트 워크 구축, 지진 또는 진동으로 인한 시설물의 피해에 대한 대비, 유지관리 비용의 최소화에 긍정적인 효과가 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

        Because stage cable-bridge have long spans and large members, their movements and geometrical changes by temperatures tend to be bigger than those of small or medium-size bridge. Therefore, it is important for maintenance engineers to monitor and assess the effect to temperature on the cable-supported bridges. To evaluate how much the superstructure expands or contracts when subjected to changes in temperature is the first step for the maintenance. Thermal movements of a cable-stayed bridge in service are evaluated by using long-term temperatures and displacements data.

        Creep Factor using the temperature data can be measured during construction of the PSC more accurate construction of the bridge to enhance the reliability of configuration management.         This large diameter cable NDE technique was based on the direct current (DC) magnetization technique and a search coil-based magnetic flux measurement. A total flux sensor head was fabricated that was consisted by a magnetization part to magnetize the specimen and a sensing part to measure the total magnetic flux. The magnetization part was consisted by an electro-magnet yoke that fabricated by winding a coil. The magnetic field for magnetizing the main cable was generated by applying the low frequency DC voltage to the winded coil. The sensing part was configured by two semi-circular search coils, and it measures the electromotive force that pass through the search coil by using the faraday’s law of induction. Total flux was calculated by integrating the measured magnetic flux. Then, B-H curve was extracted using the total flux, and cross-sectional loss can be detected using variation of features from the B-H curve.

        본 연구에서는 MEMS 기반 3축 가속도 센서 모듈을 제작하여 성능 시험을 수행하였고, 지진 모니터링 시스템을 구성하였다. 3축 가속도 센서 모듈의 성능 향상을 위하여 데이터 수집장치를 24bit ADC (Analog to Digital Converter)가 내장된 NI-9239를 사용하였고, 잡음을 줄이기 위해 100Hz LPF (Low Pass Filter)를 통과시킨 데이터를 사용하였다. 또한 지진 모니터링 소프트웨어를 개발하여 구조물에 유의한 진동을 감지하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 진동을 감지하기 위한 방법으로 각 축의 가속도 크기 뿐만 아니라 3축 가속도의 벡터 합을 구하여 이 벡터 합이 미리 설정한 값을 초과할 때의 수치를 별도로 표시하고 이를 파일로 저장하는 알고리즘을 사용하였다.

        Recently, as a number of long span bridges are constructed, the various studies have been focused on bridge health monitoring system (BHMS). Also, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) is being spotlighted as new concept sensor for BHMS because of its unique advantages. However, GNSS installed for bridge monitoring has been used so far only in measurement of bridge displacement. Therefore, in this study, the dynamic characteristic analysis of bridge using GNSS data collected in bridge was conducted, through which is to increase the utilization of GNSS for bridge health monitoring system (BHMS).

        The sensors currently installed for bridge monitoring are faced with limitations in terms of the application and effectiveness of such systems in current long sized bridges, which are developing rapidly in terms of both size and function. Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) has been noted as an only way to overcome the limitations of such sensors. This is because they have numerous desirable characteristics that outweigh their high cost. However, GNSS installed for bridge monitoring has been used so far only in measurement of bridge displacement.         It is well known that multipath disturbance is one of the major error sources impacting high precision GPS positioning. Even though most of the other error sources have been dealt with by modeling or using special practical techniques, multipath disturbance is still the limiting factor of all precise differential carrier-phase applications. Wavelet decomposition techniques proved to be a powerful tool in mitigation as introduced by various researchers. This paper presents a new trend extraction technique for multipath mitigation in carrier phase measurements domain using wavelet multi-resolution analysis.
