본 연구는 넙치를 인공사육 시설에서 육성할 때 나타나는 무안측 흑화(착색증)의 스트레스 관련 성을 확인하기 위해, 무안측에 체색이 없는 것(정상 그룹)와 체색이 있는 것(흑화 그룹)들 사이 스트레스 인자 비교 실험을 실시하였다. 본 실험에 사용된 실험어는 평균 전장 21.5±0.42 cm, 평균 무게 87.5±6.1 g였으며, 실험어의 무안측 착색면적률은 정상 그룹 0.63±0.12%, 착색증 그룹 16.7±4.7%였다. 분석한 스트레스 관련 인자는 혈중 GLU 및 TP, 코티졸 및 갑상선호르몬(FT3 & FT4) 농도 및 어체 성분(수분, 조단백, 조지방, 조회분)이었다. 실험 결과, 정상과 무안측 착색 넙 치에 있어 혈중 GLU 및 TP의 농도는 정상 형질보다 착색증 형질에서 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 혈 중 호르몬 농도에 있어 갑상선호르몬의 경우 정상과 착색증 그룹 사이에는 유의차를 찾아볼 수 없지만, 코티졸은 착색증 그룹이 정상 그룹에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 어체 중 영양 성분의 경우, 수분과 회분은 그룹 간 유의차가 없었지만, 조단백은 착색증 그룹이 정상보다 다소 낮으며, 조지방은 정상보다 유의하게 높았다. 이상의 스트레스 인자를 통한 정상과 착색증 그룹 간 비교 를 통해 알 수 있듯, 양식산 넙치의 착색증은 만성적이 약한 스트레스에 관련되어 있을 가능성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다.

한국 태안군 정산포와 황도 갯벌에서 저서미세조류의 종조성과 생물량의 계절적 변화가 바지락 생장과 연관성이 있는지를 파악하기 위하여 2012년 2월부터 11월까지 계절별로 조사되었다. 연구기간 동안 저서미세조류는 총 122종이 관찰되었으며, 정산포에서 85종(계절별 30-45종), 황도에서는 92종(32-57종)이었다. 연평균 엽록소 a 의 농도는 정산포에서 79.75 ㎎/㎡였고 황도에서 151.50 ㎎/㎡였다. 갯벌 퇴적물에서 서식하는 저서미세조류의 연평균 세포수는 정산포에서 13,255 cells/㎠이었고 황도에서 15,943 cells/㎠였다. 정산포에서 Cylindrotheca closterium, Gyrosigma sp.와 Navicula sp.가 우점하였고 황도에서는 Amphora sp.1., C. closterium, Detonula pumila, Navicula sp.와 Merismopedia sp.였다. 또한, 두 연구정점에서 최대의 세포수를 나타낸 종은 Paralia sulcata였다. 정산포 바지락의 소화기관에서는 계절별로 18-31종의 미세조류가 분류되었으며, 황도 바지락 소화기관에서는 19-25종의 미세조류가 동정되었고 P. sulcata는 모든 계절에 바지락 소화기관에서 확인되었다. 바지락의 연평균 비만도는 정산포에서 연평균 0.42로 황도의 0.57에 비해 0.15가 낮았다. 결과적으로 바지락의 먹이원인 저서미세조류의 풍도와 엽록소 a 의 농도는 바지락 생장과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 확인하였다.

On July 30, 2012, Kakao Talk of Kakao Co., Ltd has pioneered a mobile platform SNG market for the first time in the country along with the launch of ‘Kakao Game Center’. While Kakao Talk has released a puzzle game called ‘Anipang’ at the time of launching the Kakao Game Center, it has recorded a DAU value exceeding 8 million at the most by dominating the domestic mobile game market for smart phones right after being released. However, a sudden decrease of DAU was shown starting September 4th which is not even two month after being released and the defection of DAU continues to occur. This is a condition which is different from the Facebook SNG which is a computer platform based SNG where the DAU is steadily maintained until now. This study attempts to analyze the cause of such conditions through the comparison between Facebook SNG and Kakao Talk SNG representing each of computer platform based SNG and mobile platform based SNG to present an important reference point for the game creators who are preparing for the participation of mobile platform based SNG industry in the future through this analysis.

In investigating heavy metal contents at specific areas, the method of selecting sampling points is important. A general method is, according to the law , random sampling of zigzag-form in the selected field. In this work, we studied whether the measured values obtained from a certain method of selecting sampling points is a representative of heavy metal contents in the selected field or not. The selected field for this study is located on the lower Yangsan-river; Gasan-li, Mulgum-myon, Yangsan-gun, KyoungNam. 1 km away from the main stream of Nakdong river. The heavy metals investigated were Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, and Zn. The inductively coupled plasma(ICP) atomic emission spectrometer was used to measure these metals quantitatively. The number of total sampling points were 24. We compared the total mean values with the mean obtained from various methods of selecting sampling points.
