Recently, the various information according to the company management is originated in the change of the rapid company environment. And the necessity of the administration,that is systematic and efficient toward the various document of a form, is gradually increased. At the same time, the efficient management ability of the various standard document obtained the specialized quality authentication system including the ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, quality 5 star, and etc., it maintains occupies the very important part as to the company management. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the standard document. In addition, by building and managing the standard management system will be able to expect the more efficient document management and the product reliability insurance.
It seems that a primary concern of the project-based company, which provides a large scale product or service over long term period, is to run a successful project through systematic project process control and control costs. One of the typical project control methods is Earned Value Management System(EVMS) which analyses the precess through performance measurement. Even though the EVMS is a highly efficient tool in the managerial aspect, it cannot easily determine the Planned Value(PV), Actual Cost(AC), or Earned Value(EV) due to the indistinct criteria and extensive data. The accurate calculation of AC in particular, is the basic of project management, but most companies record direct personnel expenses or direct expenses only. Since they calculate indirect expenses based on the estimated ratio, it limits the systematic project management that reflects changes in profit and loss of a company. This study introduces a EVMS for project management and its actual case based on EVMS and ERP system which some additional modules are installed for performance measurement. It is expected that this new method enables a company to save time and effort, and also to improve transparency by specifying expense items in detail and to switch quarterly settlement to monthly by reducing the time of calculation.
Recently, according to the total quality management environment, the necessity of the systematic administration about the quality information is gradually enlarged as to vehicle related company. Accordingly, related companies require the operation of the information management system matched with the quality administration task level. And through the storage and share of the efficient quality information, they try to solve the customer claim about the quality and prevent the quality problem recurrence of product. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the quality information and the quick correspondence of the quality problem. In addition, by building and managing the quality information management system will be able to expect the more efficient quality management and the product reliability insurance.
ERP system has been spreaded from large companies to many small and medium sized companies, and it is recognized as a basic system for optimum and efficient work process. The focus is moving from manufacturing companies to various specialized companies. Once ERP system was introduced to those specialized companies, there was attempt to customize an ordinary system which used in manufacturing companies, but it was hard to take effect due to the lack of experience and an inadequate analysis of work process. Some of foreign ERP packages are possible to be constructed for some companies. However, they are originally aim at a large enterprise and it is also very difficult to construct and maintain. For this reason, small and midium sized companies are having a difficulty to construct ERP system. This study deals with the construction of ERP system for small and medium sized design engineering company and introduction of the crucial points throughout the construction and requirements for composition module and customization of each main module. Based on the findings of this study, the specialized non-manufacturing companies are expected to have efficient and practical application of ERP system when they select and customize the ERP package of manufacturing companies.
We must adapt to the rapid speed of information-oriented society well for outstanding central logistics nation of 21th century's Northeast Asian. Moreover, we must provide customers or enterprises with sufficiently satisfactory service about diversified desire of customers. In particular, we try to find the service process with RFID about air logistics that has many demands and is required to develop accurate and rapid service technique. As a result, we apply RFID to overall process of air logistics. After that, we will test the process and analyze results of the test. We are going to provide real possibilities of RFID enterprise and other service process. We will promote technology development of service process for air logistics' service.
Recently the construction of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system becomes accomplished actively from the many enterprises. But the many problems occur in acquisition of production data which is a fundamental data of system. Also to delay the acquisition of the production result is fatal in the efficient business operation. The construction of the POP(Point of Production) system which acquires production data at real time is become accomplished widely, In the POP system it is most important to acquire the production data which is accurate. But the many enterprises drop the competitive power with acquisition of the data which could not be trusted. In this paper, we analyze these causes and present the method which it can improve the reliability of production data. Also we introduce a real application case.
최근 많은 기업에서 전사적 자원관리 시스템의 보급이 활발히 이루어지고는 있으나, 해당 시스템의 기초데이터라 할 수 있는 생산실적의 수집에 있어 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 생산실적의 늦은 수집은 효율적 기업운영에 치명적이라 할 수 있으며, 이러한 이유로 실시간 생산실적을 수집하는 POP시스템의 도입이 해결방안으로 널리 구축 운용되고 있다. POP시스템의 구축 및 운용에 있어 가장 중요한 사항은 정확한 생산실적의 실시간 수집이라 할 수 있으나, 적지 않은 구축 기업들에서 몇 가지 요인들로 인한 신뢰할 수 없는 데이터의 수집으로 기업 경쟁력을 떨어뜨리는 결과를 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 요인들을 분석하고 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하며, 실제로 적용된 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

인천항은 우리나라 제 2의 수,출입항임에도 불구하고 지리적, 자연적 특성상 갑문이라는 조수간만의 차를 극복하기 위한 시설과 매우 다양한 화물의 취급으로 만성적인 체선·체화의 문제를 안고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 인천항을 대상으로 항만운영의 기본인 선석배정문제를 기존 연구를 바탕으로 실제 인천항 운영에 있어서 행해지고 있는 선석의 연속관리측면과 전문가의 경험으로 축적된 비공식적인 규칙을 보다 면밀히 조사하여, 공식적인 인천항 배정규칙과 더불어 개선된 실시간 의사결정지원시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 특히 동일 하역사의 이웃한 선석을 하나의 선석군으로 묶어 연속으로 선박을 접안하는 사항과 사용자의 임의수정사항과 동적인 상황을 시스템에 반영함에 있어서 사용자 인터페이스를 강화하여 구축, 개발하였다.
선석배정문제는 항만운영 및 관리의 첫단계이며, 각 항만의 지리적, 자연적 특성에 따라 매우 독특하면서 복잡한 성향을 띠고 있다. 특히, 인천항은 그 지리적 특성상 갑문이라는 특수한 시스템과 많은 종류의 화물을 취급하기 때문에 만성적인 체선·체화 현상을 보이고 있으며 많은 물류비의 상승 등 경쟁력을 상실하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인천항의 갑문이용과 선석의 배정문제에 있어서 실제 인천항을 운영하는 전문가 집단의 지식을 규칙화하고, 실제자료를 토대로 갑문의 영향을 분석하여 보다 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 시스템과 예기치 못한 상황에 대한 대처를 원활히 할 수 있는 선석운영 의사결정지원시스템을 구축하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 고려하지 못한 갑문을 중심으로 교차제한사항과 선석운영의 효율을 높일 수 있는 이안을 예상한 입항선박을 고려하였으며, 더 나아가 사용자로 하여금 쉽고 빠르게 선석을 운용할 수 있도록 개선된 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(Graphic user Interface)를 갖는 대화식 접근법(User interactive approach)체제의 실시간 선석운영 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하였다.
