        This study was conducted to provide basic data for establishing water pollution prevention for effluent water from soil and stone quarries and downstream river water by investigating waste water and sewage water processing, as well as the state of legislation related to grit chamber installation and water quality analysis. The pH and DO, BOD, T-P, Total coilform of effluent water and stream water showed higher than Ⅲ class but COD and SS, T-N showed less than Ⅲ class. In addition, concentration of BOD and COD, Turbidity were increased following deepened rainfall intensity. And therefore we devise systematic reduction facility and remedy for prevention of water pollution.

        본 연구는 영유아기를 둔 크리스천 부모들로 하여금 기독교적 관점에서의 육아를 지혜롭게 수행할 수 있도록 코칭 방식으로 지원하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 크리스천 부모코칭 프 로그램 개발은 이소희(2014)가 개발한 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 활용하여 크리스천 부모 코칭 프로그램의 이론체계를 구축하고, TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 활용한 크리스천 부모 코칭 프로그램의 도구를 개발하여. TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 활용한 크리스천 부모코칭 프로그램의 교육·훈련체계를 구성하였다. 크리스천 부모코칭 프로그램 구성을 위해 문헌연구와 크리스천 부모코칭을 개념화, 전문가 브레인스토밍, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 등의 방법을 사용하여 프로그램의 교육 코칭 내용을 도출 하고, 그 내용은 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 활용한 코칭 놀이감과 코칭 동영상으로 구성하 었다. 그리고 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델의 교육훈련체계를 참조하여, 기독교 교육과 부모코 칭이 구분되나 위계적으로 연계된 크리스천 부모코치단계(CPC: Christian Parent-Coach)와 크리스천 부모코치 FT단계(CPCF: Christian Parent-Coaching Facilitator)의 두 단계인 교육 과 훈련 두 단계로 구성하였다. 그 결과 본 연구는 코칭 방식으로 크리스천 부모의 양육 역할 을 제고하는데 일조할 수 있는 출발점을 마련했다는 점에서 연구 의의를 지닌다.

        This study were performed to control color and satisfy discharge permission standard of effluents operating a small dyeing factory based on a fiber. The color removal efficiency was very high when the injection site of Sodium Hypochlorite(NaOCl) was more discharge site of second sedimentation tank than of first sedimentation tank. Although NaOCl usages was reduced from 1.0 ㎥/day to 0.8 ㎥/day, the removal efficiency of BOD, COD and SS were similar. At the time, the optimal Hydraulic Retention Time(HRT) was calculated to twenty five minute after NaOCl injection until effluent discharged finally. After controlling NaOCl usages and HRT, the effluent quality of BOD, COD, SS, Color and Chloroform were 8.6 mg/L, 24.7 mg/L, 43.3 mg/L, 191.2 degree and 0.346 mg/L, respectively, so that was satisfied to discharge permission standard.

        Most small laundry factory has been operated without not only environmental expertise but also technical process. The objective of this study is to get the optimal coagulation dosage for satisfaction of discharge permission standard of laundry wastewater treatment plant(WTP) effluents by jar test.The coagulants are alum and sodium hydroxide(NaOH), coagulants aids is polymer. Also, the best coagulation reaction was shown in the following conditions ; Alum 4.13g/L, NaOH 1.03g/L, Polymer 0.27g/L on average. The optimal coagulation dosage could be reduced costs to 4.43 million won a year. It was considered that operating a small WTP was an important technical data in same industry.

        Absenteeism is an important index that is related not only to health but also to direct daily activities. It may lead to a student's poor educational performance and overall reduction in educational quality. Particularly, diseases causing school absenteeism are important for environmental health of children's study. However only a few studies regarding the effects of air pollution on school absenteeism due to respiratory disease have been reported. This study was performed to examine the effect of air pollution on absenteeism by respiratory disease, using school attendance reports from March 2002 to December 2004. In this study, we counted absenteeism numbers using school absenteeism data from the first to sixth grade and classified absenteeism into illness-related, non-illness-related and respiratory disease-related illness absences. To this end, we used air pollution data (CO, NO2, PM10, and SO2) and temperature and relative humidity data collected during the study period. Daily counts of absenteeism were analyzed by Generalized Additive Model after the adjustment of several factors such as seasonal variation, day of the week, and meteorological parameter confounders in a nonparametric approach. For each air pollutant, we analyzed illness-related absences, non-illness-related absences, and respiratory- illness related absences. Then, we considered both influenza and non-influenza related absenteeism type. In illness-related absences analysis, absenteeism risks increased to 1.05(1.02-1.08) for CO and 1.06 (1.02-1.10) for NO2 by each interquartile range change with adjustment for influenza. The risks for respiratory-related absences of CO and NO2 increased to 1.05(1.02-1.08) and 1.04(1.01-1.08), respectively by each interquartile range change with adjustment for influenza. However, in the analysis of non-illness-related absences, there were no significant risks for the effect of all air pollution. This result shows that air pollution can affect respiratory-related absences and provides a basis for developing environmental health policy against air pollution.

        This study examines the effects of Korean EFL learners’ motivation and anxiety on their English speaking skills with a structural equation approach. The participants of the study are 193 college students enrolled in English conversation classes. The questionnaire on learning orientations, attitudes toward the community of native speakers of English, motivational intensity, class satisfaction and anxiety are given to the college students and their English speaking skills are assessed in terms of IATEFL’s criteria: Range, ease of speech, attitude, delivery, and interaction. Reliability and factor analysis are employed to confirm the internal consistency of questionnaire items and the validity of construct, and a structural equation model is run to examine the relation of Korean EFL learners’ affective aspects to their English speaking skills. The findings of the study are as follows: (1) while Korean learners’ attitudes toward native speakers of English and their community do not contribute to their desire to learn English, their learning orientations are found to affect their desire to learn English. (2) class satisfaction and desire to learn English are found to affect learners’ efforts to learn English, while anxiety is found to negatively contribute to leaners’ motivation intensity. (3) both integrative orientation and anxiety have direct effects on English speaking skills, integrative orientation affirmatively but anxiety negatively. Based on the findings, some suggestions are given for effective second language learning and teaching.

Firstly, this research make it clear that the importance of conformity assessment activity, and the international movement of conformity assessment activity. Secondly, this paper surveyed the development course of conformity assessment activity and it's present operating system in China. Finally, this paper concludes the problems of present conformity assessment activity and implies the improving scheme.         이중편파레이더는 강수의 형태를 구분하고 대기 중의 기상 현상뿐만 아니라 비강수에코에 대한 정보를 제공하기 때문에 보다 정확한 강수량 추정을 가능하게 한다. 그러나 수직, 수평으로 진동하는 전파를 송 수신하여 생성되는 이중편파레이더 관측변수들은 레이더 자체가 갖는 시스템적 관측오차를 포함하기 때문에 정량적 강수량 추정을 위해서는 이에 대한 보정이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 2차원 영상우적계(2-Dimensional Video Disdrometer, 이하 2DVD) 관측 자료를 이용하여 비슬산 이중편파레이더가 갖는 Z, ZDR 관측오차를 계산한 후, 관측오차 보정에 따라 강수량이 정량적으로 얼마나 개선되는지를 살펴보았다. 총 33강수사례에 대한 분석결과, Z는 약-0.3~5.5 dB, ZDR는 -0.1~0.6 dB의 관측오차를 가지며, 대부분의 사례에서 Z와 ZDR는 모의된 값보다 낮게 관측하였다. 관측오차를 보정한 전 후 산출된 이중편파레이더 강수량 추정값을 지상관측 강우강도와 비교한 결과, 평균 bias와 RMSE는 각각 1.54 mm/hr, 1.73 mm/hr로 보정 전의 1.69 mm/hr, 2.54 mm/hr 보다 감소함으로써 지상우량계 관측값 대비 레이더 강수량 추정값이 약 7~61% 향상되었다.

        기상레이더의 관측 특성상, 지형클러터 등의 관측영역 한계로 인한 관측공백 지역이 발생한다. 이러한 레이더 빔의 차폐는 강우량의 과소추정 원인이 된다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 Hybrid Scan Reflectivity(HSR) 기법을 개발하고 기존 방법 결과와 비교하였다. 결과에 의하면, 기존 레이더 관측방법으로 지형에 의해 반사도 정보를 얻지 못하는 영역에 대하여 HSR 기법이 레이더 강우량을 추정할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 반사도 스캔기법과 빔차폐/비 빔차폐영역에서 모두 HSR 기법을 적용한 결과가 정확성이 가장 뛰어났다. 다음으로 각 방법별 레이더 추정 강우량을 HEC-HMS에 적용하여 홍수 유출량 추정 정확성을 평가하였다. HSR 기법에 의한 유출량은 RAR 산출 시스템과 M-P 관계식 대비 상관계수는 평균 7%와 10%, Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency는 평균 18%와 34% 향상되었다. 따라서 정확한 홍수량 추정을 위해 수문분야에 HSR 기법에 의해 추정된 강우량을 활용할 필요성이 있는 것으로 사료된다.

        본 연구의 목적은 CR(Computed Radiography)과 DR(Digital Radiography)장비의 각 Detector를 통해 획 득된 영상의 화질을 비교 분석하기 위한 것이다. CR(AGFA MD 4.0 General plate, JAPAN)과 DR(HOLOGIC nDirect Ray, USA)에 대한 영상평가의 주요인자인 MTF(Modulation transfer function), NPS(Noise power spectrum), Photon fluence, DQE(Detective quantum efficiency)를 정량적인 값으로 도출 하여 비교한 결과 CR이 DR보다 우수하게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 CR과 DR장비의 Image quality를 정량적으로 평가할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이 장비들을 유지, 보수하는데도 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

        The characteristics of drinking groundwater quality at Chung Cheong Nam Do was analyzed by investigating the 3,086 groundwater data which were carried out the water quality inspection from Jan. 1998 to Dec. 1998. It was found that all the mean concentration of items was not over the drinking water quality standard except Zn at Yeongee area. The highest mean concentration of nitrate was 8.2 ㎎/ℓ at Hongsung area. And the mean concentrations of nitrate and ammonium at Sucheon, Yesan, Yeongee were relatively higher. It was considered that the groundwater of that area was contaminated by breeding livestock as farm pollutants. The mean concentrations of chloride, hardness and evaporation residual at coastal regions were higher than inland regions. Especially the mean concentration of chloride was 2.5 times higher. It was considered that the groundwater at coastal regions was affected by seawater. It was found that the correlation between Fe and Mn was relatively high(r=0.776) and the correlation between hardness and evaporation residual was very high(r=0.983). The rainfall series and detection rate of E-coli had the hydrologic persistence. The correlation between the detection rate and rainfall series over 150 mm was very high (r=0.9146). Therefore it is surely required to control the groundwater sanitation in the rainy season.
