        The purpose of this paper is to construct the interfaced and interdisciplinary curriculum among departments of the industrial technology for enhancing an engineer's creative problem-solving ability and reflecting the industrial demands. This ability is one of the important objectives in modern engineering education. To achieve this purpose the research is performed as followings : (1) the curriculums of the departments of the industrial technology are surveyed and reviewed, and then (2) the relationship with the curriculums of the three departments of the industrial technology are analysed. (3) With this results the interfaced and interdisciplinary curriculums are constructed. (4) The integrated engineering education curriculum to enhance effectively the engineer's creative problem-solving ability and reflect the industrial demands is suggested.

        Now days, the marketing environment is rapidly changed. Therefore, a lot of companies try to reduce production cost. Especially, Design is a important activities in new product development. While the concepts of design for manufacturable and concurrent engineering have made significant advances in integrating the design function with other areas in the firm. There are still major gaps in timely and accurate costing information available to designers. Inappropriate design could result in high redesign cost and delay in product relation. The generation of design and improvement is a time-consuming and mentally exhaustion process. It involves combining design features to generate as many potential design as possible. As not all features combinations are feasible, decision-makers have to narrow down the potential solutions and subsequently select appropriate design for further development. This new study is composed of 3 steps aiming at the Low Cost Design of the product. The three steps are consisted that setting up the target Cost, estimating the current functional cost, the design of a unit's reviewing according to the priority of the difference between the target cost and the functional cost.

        In manufacturing industry, cutting parameters have an influence on reducing the production cost and time and deciding the quality of a final product However, owing to governmental regulations and the change of owner's cognizance, the machining safety becomes important in those fields relatively. The paper presents an intelligent operation planning system considering machining safety for milling operations. The main issue of the system is to determine the cutting parameters in achieving a balanced consideration of productivity and worker's safety. The detailed algorithm and functions of the developed system is introduced and then discussed.

        In the future, all kinds condition of industrial safety is a primary need in all advanced countries in which workplace safety is an issue. Furthermore, the increasing complexity of production systems and the rapidity of technological innovation have consolidated the recognition of the strategic value of safety, alongside the traditional competitive factors such as quality, costs, delivery time and flexibility, In this paper, the some critical issues of changes and counter-plan in an adequate safety management were identified by above considerations as follows: needs of systematic identification and analysis of safety factors; requirements to define priorities and budgeting to support the decision-making process; and needs of audit activities and indicators which measure company performance in terms of safety improvements, and so on.
