본 논문에서는 上古漢語(AC)와 알타이제어 간의 비교음운학적 연구방법론을 이용 하여 한국어 ‘바다(海)’의 어원을 밝혀 보고자 했다. 說文解字의 ‘孛聲’系字 분석을 통해 “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤 [*PVT]/{旺盛} 同源語群”을 재구했고, 알타이제 어의 어휘 비교를 통해 공통알타이어祖語 [*büdV](두꺼운, 굵은)에서 파생되는 “[*P VTV-]/{膨脹·厚·肥大} 알타이諸語 同源語群”을 재구해냈다. 최종적으로 ‘孛聲’계 “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤 [*PVT]/{旺盛}동원어군”과 “[*PVTV-]/{膨脹·厚·肥 大} 알타이제어 동원어군”을 통합하여 廣義의 “[*PVT-]/{旺盛·肥大} 漢-알타이 동원 어군”을 재구해냈다. 한국어 ‘바( ｣바 다)(海)’은 어근이 [pat-](받)이며 중심의미가 “넓고 旺盛하며 큰(大)” “받[厚大·旺盛]+” 의 형태로 분석되며, 이 말은 “[*PVTV-]/ {膨脹·厚·肥大} 알타이제어 동원어군”에 속하며, 궁극적으로 “[*PVT-]/{旺盛·肥大} 漢-알타이동원어군”에 통합된다.

China has a vast territory and a large population, and the content of traditional folk culture is extremely rich. Social fire is an important part of Chinese traditional culture. There are many kinds, forms and rich contents of social fire in Shaanxi Province, which is an important representative of Chinese social fire. Maintaining and inheriting Shaanxi Shehuo folk culture is conducive to promoting cultural construction and cultural diversity, and promoting the construction of China’s harmonious society. In recent years, due to the development of China's modernization process, Shaanxi Shehuo has been faced with many problems, such as the loss of Shehuo art, the fault of inheritance, the imbalance of structure, and the extinction of some Shehuo culture. In this paper, a large number of historical materials and modern scholars’ research are summarized, and the “inheritor” problem of Shehuo is deeply discussed in the form of comparison, and some suggestions are put forward for the development and inheritance of Shehuo in Shaanxi Province：First of all, break through the constraints of time and region in the performance, and then, learn from foreign experience in the inheritance and development of folk culture. Finally, the feasibility of the community fire culture into the campus is explored.

본 논문에서는 켄 윌버의 통합적 프레임워크의 핵심 개념인 수준Levels, 라인Lines, 사상한Quadrants, 상태States 개념을 활용해 기존의 힐링(치유) 개념을 재고찰하고 확장시켜 이를 다섯 가지 주장으로 요약하였다. 첫째, 힐링은 의식의 수준별로 달라지는 경험이자 과정, 그리고 방법론이다. 둘째, 힐링은 다양한 발달 라인 사이의 밸런스이며 이를 통해 성장의 잠재력을 되찾을 수 있다. 셋째, 힐링은 네 개의 서로 상보적이면서 대체 불가능한 네 개의 상한에서 펼쳐지는 개인과 집단의 동시적인 경험이자 과정, 그리고 방법론이다. 넷째, 힐링은 절정체험, 자연 속에서의 치유처럼 비일상적인 상위 의식 상태에 접속해 일상의 의식 상태에서 벗어나 심리적, 신체적, 영적 치유 효과를 누리는 일시적인 경험이다. 다섯째, 힐링은 성별, 성격 등 유형별로 그 경험 과정과 효과가 달라질 수 있다. AQAL의 통합적 프레임워크의 적용이 힐링에 대한 우리의 인식과 실천을 보다 풍부하고 통합적으로 만들 것으로 기대한다.

However, with the rapid development of information technology, dialects are slipping away. People are gradually ignoring and forgetting local dialects and traditional culture. The loss of dialects will surely lead to the loss of traditional culture. As a language and culture research enthusiast, I hope to make people know more about their own language by studying and comparing more dialects. As the mother tongue, dialect will directly affect the acquisition of the second language when we learn the second language, which not only has a positive role in promoting, but also has a negative role in hindering, which requires us to have a deep understanding of the two languages and a comprehensive comparative study. Suzhou and Hefei belong to the wu-speaking area and the jianghuai guanhua area respectively. Although they are two dialects, they are connected with each other from the geographical position. It can be seen that there must be some common characteristics and differences between the two dialects. Based on a comparative study of the languages of Suzhou and Hefei, the author chooses to present the modern pronunciation of the Chinese ancient pronunciation of rusheng characters in the two places, and analyzes and explains the differences between the initial and final vowels of the dialects respectively, so as to find out the differences between the two dialects.

How to make a Korean student who learns Chinese know China in no time? In this article, the author studies the Chinese cultural factors in four Chinese textbooks of the Korea high school, investigate the choosing, presenting and explaining of the cultural factors in language textbooks, also combines the experience of compiling the textbooks and teaching Chinese as second language pedagogy, the author proposes that ten central culture subjects should be put up in the basic Chinese textbooks, centering on the culture subjects, picking over some cultural factors which must have the representativeness, closing to students’ life, inspiring the interest in learning and the strong spirit of the times, all these would be presented in the way of culture pictures and vocabulary, adding some statements to further articulate the culture content, to help the students set up a full and actual cultural cognitive frame, and the culture pictures should be typical, multifarious and authentic, and the presentation modes should be in Korean, Pin Yin and Chinese character throughout the text, the statement should be simple and clear. This article emphasizes in the basic Chinese textbooks, and the high school Chinese textbooks should be more about matching the choosing, presenting and explaining of the local culture vocabulary, to help the students who learn Chinese accumulate local culture vocabulary and culture statement.

Background. Vitamin K (VK) is a fat-soluble vitamin and is known to have anticancer activity in various cancer cell lines. However, there is no report on the anticancer effect of VK2 in mucoepidermoid carcinoma cells. Methods. The effects of VK2 on anti-proliferative and apoptotic activity were recognized by the trypan blue exclusion assay, 4'-6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining and Western blot analysis. Results. The results showed that VK2 decreased cell viability and induced apoptotic programmed cell death in MC3 cells evidenced by the cleavages of caspase3 and PARP. VK2 treatment clearly increased Bak and truncated Bid (t-Bid) compared with the control treatment whereas it did not alter other Bcl-2 family members. Conclusions. Overall, our results suggest that VK2 can be a good apoptotic inducer accompanied by the increase in Bak and Bid protein. VK2 may be a potent target of anticancer drug candidate for the treatment of oral cancer.

Dibenzylideneacetone (DBA), an analogue of curcumin has been shown to have anti-cancer activity in a variety of tumor cell lines. However, the anti-cancer activity of DBA and its molecular mechanism in HN22 oral cancer cell line have not been fully explored. The effects of DBA on anti-proliferative and apoptotic activity were evaluated by the trypan blue exclusion assay, 4’-6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining, Western blot analysis, and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain Reaction (RT-PCR). Our data showed that the treatment of DBA to HN22 cells exerted anti-proliferative and apoptotic activities and the activity was accompanied by a decrease in Sp1 protein, Sp1 mRNA and its promoter activity. DBA also reduced the expression level of Sp1 protein and caused apoptotic cell death in HN22 cells simultaneouly. Phosphorylation of ERK and JNK were regulated by DBA whereas phosphorylation of p38 was not altered. Overall, our results suggest that the regulation of Sp1 activities and ERK/JNK are involved in DBA-induced apoptosis and DBA can be a promising anticancer drug candidate for the treatment of oral cancer.

비선형성이 강한 컨테이너 크레인은 작업 시에 호이스트 와이어로프의 길이와 화물의 질량 변화로 인해 더욱 복잡한 동역학적 특성을 나타낸다. 이 같은 복잡한 비선형시스템을 다루기 위해 퍼지로직이 종종 사용되는데, 특히 각 퍼지 규칙의 결론부를 상태 방정식으로 표현하는 T-S 퍼지모델이 대표적인 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 T-S 퍼지모델을 이용하여 호이스트 와이어로프의 길이나, 화물의 질량이 변화하는 환경에서도 컨테이너 크레인의 동특성을 표현할 수 있는 퍼지모델을 얻는 방법을 제안한다. 이때, 퍼지모델의 소속함수 파라미터는 RCGA가 결합된 모델조정기법을 통해 최적으로 조정된다. 이렇게 구현한 퍼지모델과 컨테이너 크레인 비선형시스템의 개루프 응답을 비교하여 그 유효성을 확인한다.

일반적으로 PSC 교량은 여러개의 강선을 포함하며, 이러한 강선들의 긴장순서에 따라 정착부의 파열력의 크기는 좌우된다. 그럼에도 불구하고 강선긴장순서에 대한 연구부족으로 강선긴장시 긴장순서를 설계자의 경험이나 직관에 의하여 결정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정착부의 파열력을 산정하는 여러 방법에 대하여 고찰한 후, 가장 합리적인 해석방법을 선택하여 PSC 교량중에서 가장 대표적인 PSC빔교와 PSC박스거더교에 대하여 해석을 통한 합리적인 긴장순서를 결정하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법은 PSC교량 정착부의 파열력을 최소화하는 강선긴장순서 결정에 유용한 방법이 될 것이다.
