The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of the organizational trust, acceptance of organizational change on the relationship between job characteristics and organizational commitment. For this study, data were collected from convenient sample of 241 employees at small and medium enterprises in Ulsan city and Gyeongju city. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0.
This study reports findings as followed: 1. The relationship between the job characteristics and the organizational trust is positively related. 2. There was a positive correlation between the job characteristics and the acceptance of organizational change. 3. There was a positive correlation between the job characteristics and the organizational commitment. 4. The relationship between the organizational trust and the acceptance of organizational change is positively related. 5. There was a positive correlation between the organizational trust and the organizational commitment. 6. There was a positive correlation between the acceptance of organizational change and the organizational commitment. Finally, the organizational trust and acceptance of organizational change played as a partial mediator on the relationship between job characteristics and organizational commitment.
The purpose of this study includes: the relationships between job characteristics and service quality and the mediating effect of the psychological ownership on the relationship between job characteristics and service quality. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 255 nurses in a university hospital at Ulsan city to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. and AMOS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the job characteristics and the psychological ownership is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the psychological ownership and service quality. Third, the relationship between the job characteristics and the service quality is positively related. Finally, the psychological ownership played as a partial mediator on the relationship between job characteristics and service quality. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.
This study investigates the effect of the relationships among ethical leadership, LMX(leader-member exchange) and job satisfaction, and the mediating effect of LMX on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. In order to verify the relationships and the mediating effect, the data obtained from convenient sample of 256 nurses in a city were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. The findings were as follows: First, ethical leadership were positively related to LMX and job satisfaction. Second, LMX was positively related to job satisfaction. Finally, LMX played as a partial mediator on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of psychological capital on empowerment and learning performance and the mediating effect of the empowerment on the relationship between psychological capital and learning performance. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were obtained from 283 university students in Ulsan Metropolitan City and were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0, AMOS 5.0. The findings are as follows: First, the psychological capital were positively related to the empowerment and the learning performance. Second, there was also a positive relationship between the empowerment and the learning performance. Finally, it is found that empowerment fully mediated the relationship of psychological capital and earning performance. The theoretical implication of the study includes that this study and findings advance the understanding of learning performance by suggesting a new viewpoint regarding how psychological capital and empowerment to motivate university's learning performance. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

RTCVD법으로 증착된 다결정 Si1-xGex박막에서 Ge조성 증가에 따른 결정립크기변화가 표면거칠기 및 cluster크기에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아본결과, Ge조성 증가에 따라 결정립크기가 증가했으며 증가된 결정립에 의해 Cluster 크기와 표면거칠기값(RMS)들이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 증착된 다결정 Si1-xGex박막을 RF power와 온도변화에 따라 Ar/H2플라즈마를 이용한 수소화처리를 행하여, 수소화 효과와 표면거칠기값 그리고 비저항값 변화에 대해 조사하였다. 수소화처리 후 cluster크기와 표면거칠기값은 기판온도와 RF power 증가에따라 감소함을 알 수 있었으며 특히 기판온도 300˚C에서는 비저항값이 상당히 증가하였다.
산화물 초전도체에 있어서 고천이 임계온도를 갖는 미소영역을 추출하여 이를 분석하기 위하여 La-Ba-Cu-O 계, Y-Ba-Cu-O 계 및 Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 계의 초전도체를 고상법 및 nitrate solution method로 제조하였다. 제조된 시료들에 대해서 x선회절분석과 저항을 측정하였다. 이들 시료 중에서 고천이온도를 나타내는 미소부분을 Meissner효과를 이용한 추출법으로 분리 해내고 EDAX로 이를 분석하였으며, 이들 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. nitrate solution method를 적용하면 YBCO계에 있어서 비교적 단시간에 치밀한 미세조직을 갖는 천이 온도 90K의 초전도체를 제조할 수 있다. Meissner효과를 이용하여 고천이온도에서 추출해낸 미소영역의 EDAX분석 결과는 고상법을 사용한 YBCO-23S와 nitrate solution method으로 제조한 YBCO-23N 및 YBCO-36N 에서는 초기의 조성과 거의 같았으며, 고천이 온도에서 추출된 미소영역은 조성보다는 산소 결함의 차이에 기인한 것으로 생각된다. 공침법으로 제조한 YBCO-23NA 에서는 과도한 Ba의 조성을 보였으며, 천이온도 100K 인 Bi계에서는 약한 반자성효과 때문에 추출이 불가능하였다.
Si-Cr계 내열강 SUH3와 Cr-Ni계 stainless강 SUS 303 및 이들이 마찰용접재 SUH3-SUS303을 1,060℃에서 용체화처리하고 다시 700℃에서 10, 100시간 시효열처리한 각 시험편의 고온 피로강도에 대한 시효열처리의 효과를 알기 위하여 700℃에서 고온 회전굽힘 피로시험을 하고 파약거동을 미시적으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) SUH3재와 SUS303재의 최적마찰용접조건은 회전수 2420rpm, 마찰가압력 8kg/mm2, 전 upset량 7mm(마찰가압시간 3sec, upset시간 2sec)이었다. 2) 700℃ 고온에서 장시간 이루어지는 고온피로시험에 있어, 용체화처리재의 S-N 곡선 경사부의 기울기가 가장 급하게 나타났다. 3) SUH3-SUS303 마찰용접재는 1,060℃에서 1시간용체화 처리하고, 700℃에서 시효처리하는 경우 최적시효시간은 10시간이었다. 4) 10시간 시료재의 고온피로한도는 모재보다 SUH3은 75.4%, SUS303은 28.5% 높았으며, 용접재 SUH3-SUS303은 44.2% 정도 높았다. 100시간 시효재는 모재보다 SUH3은 64.91% SUS303은 30.4% 높았으며, SUH3-SUS303은 30.4% 높았으며, SUH3-SUS303은 36.6% 높았다. 5) 마찰용접재의 상온 및 고온의 피로파단은 모두 SUS303의 모재측에 발생하였으며, 용접면에서의 파단은 전혀 없었다. 6) SUS303재와 마찰용접재 SUH3-SUS303재의 크랙은 입내파양형이었으나 SUH3은 입계크랙의 전파로 파양한다.
알루미나이징강에 대하여 초기마모영역에서 rolling-sliding 마모시험을 한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 2차 확산재의 내마모성이 가장 우수하고 처녀재에 비하여 저응력 레벨에서 약 18%, 고응력에서 약 40%의 마모감소를 나타낸다. 2) 2차 확산재는 피복층과 합금층 경계부근의 공공생성으로 인하여 예상보다 내마모성이 낮다. 3) 알루미나이징강의 rolling-sliding 접촉에 의한 마모파양의 형태는 spalling 이며 spalling crack은 합금속의 경계부근에서 발생한다.
