As a result of applying this model, the company(workplace) which has established improvement plan based on quantitative assessment of short-term and long-term requirements, and implemented it was acquired more higher level of safety, health and environment by more than the existing ones.

산업화의 발달과 각종 사고의 증가, 심질환 등 응급의료와 관련있는 질환의 사망률 등이 높아짐에 따라 국가 응급의료서비스의 필요성과 중요성이 더욱 더 부각되어 이 에 대한 문헌연구와 질과 관련된 선행연구에서 논의된 핵심요인들을 국내병원 전단계 인 소방응급의료서비스에 대한 서비스 강화를 위한 평가요인으로 도출, 이를 AHP기법 을 활용하여 평가요인들에 대한 중요도 및 우선순위를 분석하여 분석결과를 기반으로 소방응급의료서비스에서 중점을 두어야 하는 요인과 요인에 대한 우선순위를 제시함 으로써 소방응급의료서비스의 질적 향상을 도모하고자 한다.

본 연구는 조적공사 중 반매(0.5B)쌓기 시멘트벽돌 시공시 개구부 상부에 시공되는 중량의 인방보용 콘크리트 구조물 대신 경량의 강재구조물을 안전하게 사용할 수 있 도록 강재구조물이 개구부 상부 시멘트벽돌 하중을 견딜 수 있는지 실험을 통해 검증 해 보기위한 것이다. 강재구조물이 시멘트벽돌을 쌓는데 방해가 되지 않도록 강재구조 물 형상을 제안하였고 휨실험을 실시하여 구조형상을 검증하였다. 실험결과를 바탕으로 강재구조물에 치올림(camber)을 두어 시멘트벽돌 반매(0.5B)쌓기 실물 재하시험을 실시 한 결과 시공성이 개선되고 공사 중 안전사고 방지에도 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
