In the industrial site of 21st century, there are many and various powders of material, product and fuel of coal, chemical, detergent, paint, feed and more. Therefore, there always is a possible danger of dust explosion in each and every procedure and actually, there are increasing frequency of dust explosion as the use of dust and its amount increases in processes. Therefore, if we leave the current status like now, the unexpected massive dust explosion and its risk cannot be effectively prevented so there has to be effective application of understanding and development of explosion-prevention technology about dust explosion. Therefore, this research set the limit of research to systematically arrange the research results about dust explosion phenomenon and its prevention up to date and has its purpose to theoretically establish the prevention technology about dust explosion based on these theories.

Daily workers in construction sites rarely receive the benefit of systematic safety and health training as they are required to move from one construction site to another in response to the start, completion, and repetition of construction works. Also, small- to medium-sized construction sites often lack the capacity to train their workers. Therefore, as in the advanced countries, basic OSH training sheme for construction workers should be conducted in the industrial-level, rather than in individual workplace-level, to make the training more effective. By doing so, only workers with the basic safety training will be able to engage in construction works. Consequently, accidents in the construction industry will decrease, as workers themselves who are at the forefront of the construction worksites are empowered to play the central role in accident prevention activities.

The purpose of this study is, by recognizing that recently, as crimes using information and various adverse-effect phenomena such as hacking and virus occur frequently with rapid development of information network such as Internet in every field of industry, the range of security is widening to the field of industrial areas for preventing the leaking of industrial technology and protecting that technology as well as information security only limited to IT area, and by establishing common concept about industrial security through education on the industrial security at the point of increasing importance of industrial security, to prepare the base of comprehensive risk management system for protecting company's assets (physical factor, technical factor and managerial factor) safely from the random threats or attacks inside and outside the company through assessment of important assets of the company, evaluation of threats and weak points, and risk assessment by building industrial security management system in order to protect company's information assets and resources which are connected to the existence of the company safely from the threats or attacks from inside or outside the company and to spread stable business activities.
