        I형 플레이트 거더는 장경간 구조물, 특히 장경간 교량 및 철도교에 자주 사용되며 리벳 또는 볼트 이음과 같은 방법으로 조립할 수 있고 강판을 용접하여 설계자가 원하는 크기의 거더를 제작할 수 있다. 리벳 또는 볼트를 이용한 연결방식은 시공 중 구조물의 내하력 저하 문제를 피할 수 있고 용접으로 제작된 거더에 비해 유지관리비용이 적다는 장점이 있다. 하지만, 리벳 또는 볼트연결의 경우 하중이 거더에 전달될 때 연결부 주위에 미끄러짐이 발생 할 수 있어 이로 인한 강도감소가 발생할 우려가 있다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소 해석 프로그램을 통해 I형 플레이트 거더의 볼트 이음부의 거동특성을 검토하였다. 또한 수직보강재의 간격이 거더의 강도에 미치는 영향에 대해 검토하였다.

        Corrosion is one of the most typical aging phenomena associated with long-term use of steel structures. Corrosion of high-tension bolted connections causes problems such as reduction of thickness of member and relaxation of axial force of high-tension bolt, thereby reducing load-carrying capacity of high-tension bolted connections. In this study, three specimens were subjected to natural corrosion in order to evaluate the residual load-carrying capacity of high-tension bolted connections where corrosion occurred. Two specimens were newly fabricated for comparison with the corroded specimens. In addition, the static bending test was performed to compare and investigate the behavior characteristics of the high-tension bolted connections and the final failure modes. The residual load-carrying capacity of the corroded high-tension bolted connections was evaluated.

        The load of a maglev train, which is being considered a future transportation, is uniformly loaded on a levitated surface of a rail unlike a typical train because the maglev train is magnetically levitated and propelled. In addition, the driving performance is superior since the maglev train doesn't directly contact the railway. A integrated track system, to which a sleeper is installed toward a longitudinal direction instead of a perpendicular direction, is suggested, considering this loading characteristic. The longitudinal sleeper of this system is expected to contribute to stiffness increase of a bridge and weight-reduction of a girder. In this study, the structural characteristics of proposed and typical systems have been numerically compared and analyzed. In addition, the improvement of the integrated system has been proposed.

        The load of a magnetic railway is uniformly loaded on a levitated surface of the rail. So it is advantageous for noise and vibration compared to the typical railway systems. But for ensuring driving stability and ride-quality, regulation about the gap of rail is stricter than the typical railway. In this study, the impact of bracket, which can control the gap of rail at the integrated track system, have numerically been performed. Also, the effect of interval of the bracket installed in the longitudinal direction of the integrated track system, which consist of girder, bracket, sub rail and levitated rail, have been compared and analyzed. Through this, applicability of the bracket structure for integrated track system have been identified.

        Generally, the Load of upper structures is transferred to concrete foundations through columns supporting them. So, the anchor connection system is usually adopted in order to connect the columns and the concrete foundations. To apply this system, the column-foundation connections need to be designed with enough stiffness. This study was experimentally conducted to effectively improve the structural detail of circular CFT column-foundation connections, to which axial and lateral load simultaneously apply. For this study, the test specimen with a general anchor and an anchor frame, and the specimens with the high-tension bolt and inner reinforcement were fabricated. In addition, double base plates were adopted to have the enough stiffness of connections. The behavioral characteristics and the failure mode were investigated and compared, and the improvement of structural detail of circular CFT column-foundation connections was suggested.

        In this study, circular sectional concrete-filled tube(CFT) column-to-foundation connections were numerically investigated in order to improve their structural details. A inner reinforced specimen with high-tension bolts and inner deformed bars was adopted from a previous experimental study to make the numerical model. The validity of the numerical method was verified through comparing the experimental results with the analysis’s ones. In order to optimize design variables about the inner reinforced model, a number of numerical analyses were conducted for various variables. Finally, this study suggested the optimum variables about the reinforced circular sectional CFT column-to-foundation connections.

        현재 강재 교각-기초 연결부에 대한 국내의 설계기준이 명확히 제시되어 있지 않아 연결부의 합리적이고 경제적인 설계가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이중 베이스플레이트간의 보강재 역할을 하는 리브의 구조상세 개선을 목적으로 리브의 설계변수에 따른 거동특성을 수치해석적으로 검토하였다. 이를 위해 상용유한요소 해석프로그램을 사용하여 수치해석을 수행하였으며, 앵커볼트와 내부철근은 BEAM 요소와 Embeded 기능을 사용하여 구현하였다. 이러한 해석기법의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 선행연구의 실험결과와 해석결과를 비교하였고, 검증된 해석기법을 이용하여 리브의 다양한 설계변수 (리브의 개수에 따른 간격, 리브의 높이, 리브의 두께)에 따른 강재 교각의 하중-변위 관계를 도출하여 각 설계변수가 전체 구조물에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석한 후 리브의 합리적인 설계 범위를 제안하였다.
