        충남 보령시 명암 지역에 분포하는 트라이아스기 후기의 아미산층으로부터 7개의 빗방울자국 표본이 발견되었다. 빗방울자국은 습윤한 아열대의 호성환경하에서 일시적 또는 계절적으로 건조한 기후에 수면의 저하시기에 형성된것으로 해석된다. 이들 빗방울자국은 하부 중생대 남포층군에서는 처음으로 발견된 것이다.

        상부벽식 하부골조를 가진 복합구조물은 부족한 대지를 효율적으로 활용하기 위하여 건설되고 있다. 이러한 복합건물은 상부벽식-하부골조를 가지는 구조로써 일반적으로 전이보 또는 전이판으로 상하부를 연결하고 있다. 따라서 상하부 구조사이의 강성과 질량에 많은 차이가 발생하게 된다. 구보물의 고유주기는 지진하중과 밑면전단력을 결정하기 위한 중요한 변수이다. 그러나 현재 국내 규준에서 제안하는 고유주기 산정식은 이러한 건물에는 적용할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 상부벽식-하부골조를 가진 복합구조물의 고유주기의 산정에 영향을 미치는 변수들 중 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 건물의 상하부 층수에 따른 변수만을 고려하여 고유주기산정식을 제안하였다. 하부는 2~5개 층을 가지고, 상부는 10~18개 층을 가지는 15~20층의 건물이면 정형적인 평면을 가지는 복합구조물로 한정하였다. 건물 내부의 채움벽에 대한 효과를 고려한 고유주기 제안식은 다음과 같다. 장변 방향 : T_{L}=(0.20H_{h}+0.05H_{i})/sqrt{B}-0.42 단변 방향 :T_{S}=(0.07H_{h}+0.12H_{i})/sqrt{B}-0.40

        There is an opinion that Korean Buddhist Temples located in mountains(山地寺刹) should be built since the Secret Buddhism was introduced and the Zen Buddhism was widely distributed over But, Korean Buddhist temples were already in the mountains before the introduction of Zen Bluddhism. Moreover, Zen Buddhist temples were actually not located at mountainous region, but located at plain area in mountains. Thus it is necessary to modify the idea of that the location of temples were only under the influence of Secret Buddhism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relation between the location of the Korean Buddhist Temples and transportation. The results of this study are as follows; Based on the legends originated from the buddhist temples, the traditional maps, and the political situations, it has been disclosed that the locations of Korean Buddhist Temples have the relations with the traffic roads. Therefore politically, militarily, and socially, the Korean Buddhist Temples have played important roles since the Three Kingdoms. The Buddhist temples need lodging facilities called Won-Woo for the ordinary people, due to change of the characteristics of the Buddhism in Korea from politically to socially. But the lodging facilities stood apart from main region for the ascetic exercise of the Buddhist priests.

        본 연구에서는 중학교 및 고등학교의 지구과학 내용에 대한 멀티미디어 학습 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 학습프로그램은 HTML 형식이며 텍스트, 사진, 그림, 동영상 등 다양한 내용물들로 구성되어 있다. 그리고 크게 학습 내용, 용어사전, 생활 과학, 탐구 활동, 영상 자료, 형성 평가 등 6가지 데이터베이스 요소들로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 멀티미디어 학습 프로그램을 교사와 학생들에게 적용해본 결과 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 이 프로그램은 현재 공주대학교 과학교육연구소 인터넷 흠페이지에서 무료로 제공하고 있다.

        After the period of the Three Kingdoms Korean transportation architecture had been changed from the characteristics of the administration organization supporting the kings ruling system and gradually the characteristics as transportation architecture had cleared and diversified in accordance with the functions and characteristics of it. With this it was found that Korean transportation architecture like YukSa(驛舍), ChamYuk(站驛), GaekSa(客舍), JinSa(津舍), DoSa(渡舍), WonWoo(院字), JuMak(酒幕) and etc. had been developed variously and the architectural characteristics had developed with the functions and characteristics of transportation architecture. Some of them ,for example YukSa, ChamYuk, GaekSa, JinSa, DoSa, had the characteristics of the government office, so they had fundamental dignity of Korean wooden architecture on tile roof. But the WonWoo which was used by all of the people from the king to the people, had the characteristics of half-government and half-private. And the space of WonWoo was divided by the social position, the sex and the difference of temperature between summer and winter. And it was mostly located at the place away from the haunts of men, the form of it was the mud wall hut of the straw-thatched cottage like Sinhyewon of Mungyungsaejae and it was different from the station building of the characteristics of government office.

        Purpose - Customer loyalty and citizenship behavior are key success factors of franchise system. They make the management of franchisee more effective and efficient. Prior studies, however, mainly dealt with only acquisition utility of customer, such as perceived product/service quality and brand reputation to explain customer loyalty and citizenship behavior, which explains only on one side. We tried to investigate the effect of exchange utility of customer, such as relationship strength and psychological obligation together with the acquisition utility. In addition, we tried to investigate the relationship between customer loyalty and citizenship behavior in franchise context. Research design, data, and methodology - This study used data collected from the dining franchisee managers of 342 franchisors in South Korea. The franchisors consist of more than ten franchisees, the majority of which participated directly in the transaction with franchisor and have worked for more than six months. To test the hypotheses, the study used structural equation model analysis. Results - H1-1, 1-2, 1-3 predicted that acquisition utility would increase customer loyalty to franchisee. In support of H1-1, 1-2, 1-3, the results indicated that acquisition utilities such as perceived product value, perceived service value, and franchise brand reputation had positive effects on customer loyalty. H2-1, 2-2 predicted that exchange utility would increase customer loyalty to franchisee. In support of H2-2, the result indicated that psychological obligation had positive effects on customer loyalty like other acquisition utilities. However, H2-1 was not supported. Relationship strength had no significant effect on customer loyalty. H3 predicted that customer loyalty would increase customer citizenship behavior. In support of H3, the results indicated that customer loyalty had positive effect on customer citizenship behavior. Overall, the evidences generally supported the hypotheses. Conclusion - The results of the study show that not only acquisition utility but also exchange utility increases customer loyalty to franchisee and also show that customer loyalty increases customer citizenship behavior. Interestingly, however, relationship strength has no significant effect on customer loyalty. These results have two implications. The one is that increasing exchange utility can improve customer loyalty as acquisition utility can. The other one is that both of customer utilities can improve customer citizenship via customer loyalty.

        우슬(Acyranthes bidentata)은 항관절염(anti-arrthritic), 최음(aphrodisiac), 항바이러스(anti-viral), 항경련(anti-spasmodic), 항고혈압(anti-hypertensive), 항응고(anti-coagulant) 그리고 항암(anti-tumor)효과에 사용되어 왔다. 본 연구는 우슬 추출물로부터 분리한 다당 추출물의 화장품 원료로서의 특성을 알아보기 위하여 항염 효과와 관련된 다양한 실험을 실시하였다. 우슬 다당 추출물을 대상으로 실험한 결과 항염(IL-1α, IL-6, COX-2 그리고 total NO 생성 억제) 효과를 나타내었다.

        본 연구는 암대극 추출물의 화장품 원료로서의 특성을 알아보기 위하여 항산화, 미백 및 항염 효과와 관련된 다양한 실험을 실시하였다. 암대극 70 % 메탄올 추출물은 MPLC를 사용하여 5개의 분획들로 분리하였다. 1번과 5번 분획에서 항산화(Mn- SOD 생성 억제), 미백(세포 내 멜라닌 생성 억제) 그리고 항염(IL-1α, IL-6, COX-2, Total NO 생성 억제)효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 암대극 추출물은 화장품 원료로서의 개발이 기대된다.
