        As a form of a private prison, a religious prison implies to a prison with religious programs arranged by a religious organization and operated based on such programs. We denounced a private prison a great deal repeatedly until its introduction was finalized in 2001, and it was approved in a form of a religious prison. A religious prison was approved under great expectations of securing effectiveness of correction, enhancing efficiency of correction, and assuring and expanding human rights of prisoners based on the spirit of religion originally. However, a possibility of an unfair treatment, infringing human rights of prisoners, losing the authority of a national prison, and misusing the rights of punishment by a religious prison may also be raised. Because such possesses ambivalence of being able to accomplish the results appropriate for the purpose of introduction or to show an adverse effect depending on how a religious prisoner is operated. Accordingly, various forms of a religious prisoner must be introduced based on thorough supervision of the country in order for a religious prison to produce expected results. In addition, the outlook of a religious prison would be bright when an equal treatment and an unrestrained option for prisoners are guaranteed.

        The imprisonment system has developed together with promotion of the human rights for criminals. Therefore, it appears that the imprisonment system as a humanitarian punishment substituting for physical punishment will continue to exist unless an alternative measure emerges. A human being is given protection for the fundamental human rights even if he or she is a criminal owing to the imprisonment system, and is able to escape from cruel torture and lashing. However, there had been much criticism on whether the human rights of prisoners are properly protected as expected during an execution process of imprisonment performed in a closed space. In addition, much more discussions on whether personal liberty indeed is the focus of freedom of a human being deprived of imprisonment are needed. As a human being is deprived of personal liberty, freedom other than such liberty actually is also deprived or infringed upon. Therefore, much efforts should be exerted on improvement of a disciplinary system and a correctional institution, protection of the right to write, improvement of medical service, and expansion of participation by non-government personnel in order to protect or promote the human rights of convicts within the facility. Although prisoners in the facility are the subject of correction, rehabilitation, and punishment, since they are weak, on the other hand, it is believed that a dispute over the infringement of the human rights will disappear naturally when thinking from their viewpoints and caring for with the same attitude as parents are accepted.

        고주파 스피터 방법으로 제조된 SnO2감지막 위에 에어로졸 화염 증착법으로 알루미나 표면 보호층을 증착하여 SnO2박막 가스 센서의 감지 특성에 미치는 영향에 대햐여 조사하였고, 표면 보호층에 귀금속 Pt를 도핑하여 Pt의 함량이 CO 및 CH(sub)4 가스들의 선택성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하였다. SnO2박막은 R.F power 50 W, 공정 압력 4 mtorr, 기판온도 200˚C에서 30분간 0.3μm 두께로 Pt 전극 위에 제조하였고, 질산알루미늄(Al(NO3).9H2O) 용액을 희석하여 에어로졸 화염증착법으로 알루미나 표면 보호층을 만든후 600˚C에서 6시간동안 산소분위기에서 열처리하였다. 알루미나 표면 보호층이 증착된 SnO2가스 센서소자의 경우 보호층이 없는 가스 센서와 비교하여 CO 가스에 대한 감도는 매우 감소하였으나 CH4가스에 대한 감도 특성은 순수한 SnO2센서 소자와 비슷하였다. 결과적으로 보호층을 이용하여 CH4가스에 대한 상대적인 선택성 증가를 이룰 수 있었다. 특히 표면 보호층에 Pt가 첨가된 센서 소자의 경우 CO 가스에 대해서는 낮은 감도 특성을 나타내었으나 CH4에 대한 감도는 매우 증가하여 CH4가스의 선택성을 더욱 증대시킬 수 있었다. CH4가스 선택성 향상에 미치는 알루미나 표면 보호층과 Pt의 역할에 대하여 고찰해 보았다.

        In this paper, developing of a pool cleaning robot is addressed. First, we analyze commercial pool cleaning robot mechanisms, and the merits and demerits of wireless version of a pool cleaning robot is introduced. And then the water-jet moving mechanism for a pool cleaning robot is proposed to improve energy efficiency and mechanical design advantage, which is one of the strong candidates for wireless pool cleaning robots. Next, the method of cleaning performance evaluation of pool cleaning robots is firstly defined with five key factors, and it was verified by experimental results. If the cleaning performance can be quantitatively defined, we can design optimally a pool cleaning robot, which results in the cost down.
