In order to investigate the effect to antioxygenic substances in Pine Needles on the photooxidation of linoleic acid (linoleic acid 100mg/10ml ethanol) added antioxidants and antioxygenic substances in Pine Needles was irradiated by the tungsten lamp attached with red fitter. The Photo oxidation of linoleic acid (LA) was conformed with Lea method and rhodan method. The following results were obtained: 1. Photooxidation of LA was greatly increased the presence of photosensitizer. However the Photo oxidation of LA without photosensitizer was smoothly increased by the irradiation. 2. The Photo oxidation of LA without irradiation occured quite lately whether photosensitizer was present or absent. 3. Photooxidation of LA under the presence of photosensitizer was inhibited by the addition of dl-α-tocopherol and the acetone fraction of methanol extract of Pine Needles but inhibited by BHT. Photooxidation of LA increased gradually as the addition of BHT increased but decreased gradually as that of acetone fraction increased.

NATM터널의 경우 대부분 산악지역에 위치함에 따라 배수형 터널이 지배적이다. 그러나 NATM 터널에서의 배수기능 저하와 수압작용, 이에 따른 라이닝 변상(누수, 백태 등)이 다수 보고되었으며, 매년 내구성과 사용성 확보를 위한 유지관리 비용이 투입되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고속철도 NATM 터널을 대상으로 최근 실시한 정밀안전진단 결과를 활용하여 횡배수관 막힘 현상과 지보패턴과의 상관관계 분석사례를 소개하고 향후 개선방안에 대한 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다.

터널은 지하수 처리방법에 따라 배수형 및 비배수 방수형식으로 구분된다. 배수형 방수형식 터널은 콘크리트 라이닝 배면의 지하수에 대한 수압을 고려하지 않으므로 대단면 터널 및 얇은 라이닝 콘크리트 두께 등 터널형상 선정에서 자유롭고 경제적인 장점이 있다. 하지만 터널의 배수시스템에 문제가 생기는 경우 라이닝 콘크리트 배면에 지하수로 인한 수압으로 장기적인 측면에서 터널의 구조적 안전성에 영향을 주기 때문에 터널의 내구연한 동안 배수시스템에 대한 유지관리와 문제 발생 시 적절한 보수, 보강 방법의 적용이 필요한 실정이다.

This Study reviewed the case of Gyeonggi-do province which recently induced Drone to pavement management system in order to research a plan to utilize recent technology Drone to pavement management system which is being operated depending on vehicles and manpower for 30 years. After filming video on local roads managed by Gyeonggi-do province by using Drone directly and created point cloud having three dimensional coordinate and color value through program analysis. Furthermore, this research showed that when we found similar color to point cloud at pavement crack part and applied color, crack part was detected.

본 연구는 늑골의 사방향 검사 시 환자의 자세 변화가 아닌 X-선관의 수평 축방향 각도 변화를 적용하여 영상화 하였다. 인체 모형 팬텀을 이용하여 일반적인 늑골 사방향의 표준 검사 방법을 적용한 대조 영상과 중심 X-선을 팬텀의 수직 입사 방향으로부터 오른쪽 수평 축 방향으로 5° 간격으로 5°부터 30°까지 6단계의 입사각도 변화를 적용한 변형 사방향 실험 영상을 획득하였다. 영상의 정량적 비교 평가를 위해 대조 영상을 기준으로 실험 영상의 관심 영역 별 SNR과 CNR을 계산하였다. 또한 대조 영상의 좌·우 늑골 비율 과 실험 영상의 X-선 입사각도 별 좌·우 늑골 비율을 측정하여 비교하였다. 실험 결과, 25°의 X-선 입사 각도를 적용한 실험 영상이 표준 검사 방법을 적용한 대조 영상과 비교하였을 때 SNR과 CNR, 좌·우 늑골 비 율의 측정값에서 가장 근사한 값을 나타내었다. 변형 늑골 사방향 검사는 환자의 검사 자세 유지가 어려울 경우 적용할 수 있는 늑골 사방향 검사 방법으로 유용할 것이라 생각된다.

In this study, the behavior of the existing tunnel was measured by automation system to analyze the characteristics of lining longitudinal cracks. Allotment gardens with log house in rural area as a rural growth tool are able to adapt to current market mechanisms by communication and promotion techniques. It is important to know what and how allotment garden's users seek their benefits to market segmentations. The primary purpose of this study was to segment and profile the benefits of allotment garden's potential users so as to provide a better understanding of allotment garden in Korea. A self-administered survey was obtained from 298 allotment gardens users in the study area. Four distinct segments were identified based on the benefits; relaxer(23.7%), educator(21.9%), want-it-all gardener(42.3%), and grower(12.2%), and these were profiled with respect to socio-demographics and civic garden-related features. We suggest that the relaxers are target market of allotment gardens with log house because they have willingly intented to pay a higher rent.
