        전라북도 정읍에 거주하는 60대 이상의 여성 199명을 대상으로 2017년 2월초부터 3월말까지 분대로 불리는 식물에 대해 인지 정도와 정명 및 이명을 조사하였다. 조사는 예비 조사에서 얻어진 결과를 참조해 관련 사진을 준비하여 응답자들에게 보여 주면서 연령대, 지역별에 따 른 지역명을 조사하였다. 조사결과 분대로 불리는 식물은 수리취와 절굿대였는데 정명에 대해 알고 있는 응답자는 수리취의 경우 1명뿐이 었으며, 절굿대에 대해서는 없었다. 응답자들이 수리취에 대해 알고 있는 이름은 분대(107명), 모름(12명), 함박분대(6명), 넓적분대(2명), 수리취(1명) 순이었다. 절굿대에 대해 알고 있는 이름은 가새분대(90명), 모름(25명), 가시분대(15명), 쐐기분대(1명) 순이었다. 응답자들 이 수리취에 대해 알고 있는 이름은 1종류의 경우 98명(82.3%), 0종류는 12명(10.0%), 2종류는 9명(7.6%)이었다. 절굿대에 대해 알고 있는 이름은 1종류의 경우 84명(70.6%), 0종류는 25명(21.0%). 2종류는 9명(7.6%), 1종류는 1명(8.4%)이었다. 연령대별로는 수리취의 경우 존 재 자체를 모른다는 응답은 모두 70대 이하에서 나타났는데, 특히 60대가 8명으로 66.7%를 차지했다. 절굿대에 대해서도 존재를 모른다는 응답은 60대가 18명으로 72.0%를 차지하였다. 결론적으로 정읍에서 60대 이상 여성들은 수리취와 절굿대에 대해 주로 분대로 부르면서 접두어를 사용해 구별하고 있었다. 또 수리취와 절굿대를 이용한 떡문화 쇠퇴와 함께 이들 식물에 대해 존재를 모르는 사람들이 증가하고 있었다. 따라서 정명에 대한 인식 확산과 이들 식물의 용도 확대 등에 대한 추가적인 연구와 활용 방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 나타났다

        In the present study, we investigated the plant growth characteristics and biological activity of four asparagus cultivars grown using two cultural methods and tested the possibility of domestic open field. The number of shoots, buds, roots, shoot and root fresh and dry weights, and total dry weight of the four asparagus cultivars grown in a plastic house were higher than those of the same cultivars grown in an open field. Of the cultivars grown in the open field, Jersey Giant had greater shoot number than the other cultivars. In plastic house cultivation, the number of buds in Jersey Supreme was greater than the other cultivars. The total flavonoid content of the Jersey Giant was greater than the other cultivars, but cultural method was unaffected. The total polyphenol contents in asparagus cultivars grown in the plastic house were higher than those of cultivars grown in the open field. The total polyphenol content of the Jersey Giant grown the plastic house was significantly higher than those of other cultivars. Antioxidant activity such as catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POX) did not differ significantly with cultural methods and among the cultivars. Ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activity of asparagus cultivars grown in the open field was higher than that of cultivars grown in the greenhouse; the highest APX activity was detected in UC157. Thus, greenhouse cultivation is expected to improve plant growth characteristics and biological activities of asparagus cultivars; each cultural method should be considered when selecting a suitable cultivar for high yield and high bioactive compound content.

        In order to improved use of Persicaria tinctoria seeds and to get basic information, general composition, fatty acid, mineral, amind acid analysis and physiological activity of methanol extract of Persicaria tinctoria seeds were investigated. Total calories of Persicaria tinctoria seeds were 348.00 kcal/100 g, general composition, carbohydrate, crude protein, crude fat and crude ash consisted of 7.85%, 67.90%, 10.10%, 4.00% and 10.15%, respectively. The amount of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids was showed 0.9048 g/100 g and 2,714 g/100 g, respectively. Minerals contained 100g of Persicaria tinctoria seeds were followed by K (549.5 ㎎), Mg (264.4 ㎎), Ca (216.2 ㎎), Fe (12.1 ㎎), Zn (3.0 ㎎). Total 15 kinds of amino acids were detected, these amino acids displayed higher value in the alanine (1,432.6 ㎎/100 g) and glutamic acid (1,088.8 ㎎/100 g). Total polyphenol and flavonoid contents were 11.08 ㎎/L and 3.56 ㎎/L, respectively. DPPH radical scavenging and ABTS radical scavenging activity in the methanol extract of 1,000 ㎎/L was showed 86.74% and 61.74%, respectively.

        The research was investigated to collect basic data in order to consumption expansion and processed product of Erythronium japonicum. Leaves of Allium japonicum were divided into 17 kinds of amino acid and 38 kinds of free amino acid. Total content of amino acid and free amino acid showed 2,342 mg・100g-1 and 225 mg・100g-1, respectively. Reducing DPPH radical scanvenging half, quantity (IC50 value) of Erythronium japonicum. extraxt 1,000 mg・L-1 were showed the methanol extract (30.8 mg・L-1), ethanol extract (34.1 mg・L-1), hot water extraction water (47.5 mg・L-1). Nitrite scavenging activity in 1,000mg・L-1 of Erythronium japonicum leaf extraxt was followed the ethanol extract (75.0%), methanol extract (74.1%), hot water extraction water (70.3%), respectively. Methannol extract of Erythronium japonicum leaf at 400mg・L-1 inhibited over 99% lung cancer cell (Calu-6), breast cancer cell (NCF-7) and colon cancer cells (HCT-116). Likewise, investigated data will be utilized basic material, and intake of Erythronium japonicum will be enhancing physiological activity, and will be considered to prevent and remedy to lung cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer.
