O-D-mannopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-D-Mannopyranose (MGM) was prepared via the enzymatic hydrolysis of konjac glucomannan and the subsequent elimination of monosaccharides from the resultant hydrolysate using yeast. The enzyme system hydrolyzed konjac glucomannan and produced monosaccharides and MGM without other oligomers at the 48 h reaction. Konjac 20 g was hydrolyzed at 60 o C and a pH 6.0 for 48 h with 200 mL crude enzyme solution from Xylogone sphaerospora. By eliminating monosaccharides from the hydrolysis products with yeast (Candida guilliermondii), 3.8 g of crystalline MGM was obtained, without the use of chromatographic techniques. After 48 h of yeast cultivation, the total sugar content fell from 5.2% to 3.7%, while the average degree of polymerization (D.P.) rose from 2.6 to 3.3.

이 연구의 목적은 단조하중과 반복하중올 받는 철근콘크리트 면부재 해석에 대한 이방향성 회전 직교촉 모 텔의 성능올 검토하기 위함이다. 여기서 다루는 구조부재는 철근에 의하여 적절히 보강된 보， 기퉁， 보-기둥 접합부， 그리고 전단벽둥으로 부재의 파괴가 인장균열후 압축파괴에 의하여 일어나는 부재이다. 보통 단조하 중에 대하여 사용도는 이방향성 회전 직교축 모텔을 반복하중에 대하여 확장하며， 철근파 부착의 기존 재료모 델과 함께 유한요소해석에 사용한다. 단조하중에 대하여 이방향성 회전 직교축 모델올 사용한 해석 결과는 취 성파괴를 나타내는 철근콘크리트보의 실험결과와 비교된다. 또한 반복하중올 받는 전단벽의 극한하중， 비선 형 변형， 핀칭 현상동에 대하여 실험결과와비교된다.

In the case of fluid storage structure, hydrostatic pressure acts on the structure due to fluid surge during an earthquake. At this time, hydrodynamic pressure of the fluid charge not only by the strength of the earthquake but also by the sloshing height of the fluid. Factors affecting the change of load include the size, width and height of the fluid storage structure and height of fluid, time-history shape, etc. This paper wanted to identify the relationship between the earthquake shape and fluid free surface shape. The sloshing height measured the height of the fluid by applying earthquake to a tank whose width 500mm and comparison of the experiment and analysis. In addition, the shape of the fluid free surface was measured while varying the shape of earthquake and effective of the shape of earthquake of the fluid was analyzed.

Cases of schwannoma of the gastrointestinal tract are rare; most of these tumors are found in the stomach and the small intestine. Cases of cecal schwannoma are extremely rare. Here, we report on a case of cecal schwannoma confirmed pathologically after laparoscopic resection.

The transplantation of bone-marrow stem cells into the heart might restore viability after myocardial infarction, and the regenerative potentials of human autologous adult stem cells with respect to myocardial regeneration and neovascularization after myocardial infarction may contribute to healing in the infarcted areas. Here, we describe the results of this method in a patient with acute myocardial infarction who exhibited quantitative improvements in ventricular geometry and contractility. Furthermore, left ventricular ejection fraction and infarct area were improved at 3 month after stem cell transplantation as compared with baseline echocardiography and myocardial single photon emission computed tomography findings.
