        본 논문에서는 빙하가 녹아 갈라져서 떠내려 온 새끼 펭귄이 다시 펭귄 무리로 되돌아가기 위 해서 길을 찾아 나서는 퍼즐 어드벤처 게임을 제안한다. 플레이어 40명의 로그 기록과 설문지 를 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 제안하는 게임의 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. 첫째, 제안하는 게임은 새끼 펭귄이 얼음 덩어리를 밀어서 길을 만들어 이동하는 직관적인 규칙을 제공한다. 로그 기 록에서 플레이 평균 시간은 19분이며, 이를 19개의 리스폰 지점으로 나누면, 구간별 플레이 평균시간은 1분이다. 설문에서 게임 목표 명확성은 4.45점, 게임 난이도는 4.16점을 받았다. 둘째, 제안하는 게임은 가마우지가 새끼 펭귄에게 도움말을 제시하는 등 유용한 정보를 친절 하게 제공한다. 전체 플레이 평균 시간은 baseline이 24분이고, kinder UI가 19분이다. kinder UI에서 새끼 펭귄이 얼음 덩어리를 덜 밀고, 게임 재시작을 덜 하고, 더 빨리 상호작 용하여, 문제를 빨리 해결한다. 설문에서 게임 스토리 이해는 4.15점, 유용한 정보는 4.45점을 받았다. 셋째, 제안하는 게임은 남극과 유사한 환경을 제공하여 몰입도를 상승시킨다. baseline에 비해서 kinder UI에서 다양한 게임 오브젝트와 더 적극적으로 상호작용을 시도하 고, 미션 완료 후 더 오랫동안 오로라를 지켜봤다. 설문에서 게임 캐릭터 선호도는 4.56점, 게 임 환경 만족도는 4.22점을 받았다.

        A typical consumer is exposed to more than 5,000 advertisements per day (Story 2015) by exposure to around 500 advertising messages before ending breakfast (Marshall, 2015), and it is impossible for consumers to remember most of the advertisement images and messages. Thus, one consistent yet not thoroughly investigated question for advertisers is how advertisers draw consumers' attention by differentiating their brand from competitors' brands. One suggestion from academia is making more "creative" advertising (Dahlén et al., 2008; Lehnert et al., 2014; Rosengren et al., 2013; Smith et al., 2008). However, it is still questionable the exact meaning of "advertising creativity," and the effects of creative advertising on consumer evaluation have not been fully investigated the effects of creativity in advertising evaluation by considering various boundary conditions. The objective of this research is to redefine advertising creativity, to understand how advertising creativity shapes consumers' evaluation, and how these effects are moderated by the different types of boundary conditions, such as industry category, by analyzing more than 100,000 advertising images and copies using a cutting-edge transfer learning technique. The results of the transfer learning algorithm indicate that both cognitive dimensions (e.g., novelty of image) and affective dimensions (e.g., awe and coolness) simultaneously affect the consumers' perception of the advertising creativity, and the current algorithm enables to detect of creative advertising image with 92% accuracy rate.

        Social media have emerged as one of the most important tools for firms to engage customers (e.g., Chandrasekaran et al., 2022; Cheng & Edwards, 2015; Lee et al., 2018; Wedel & Kannan, 2016). Within the tourism industry, scholars have investigated the role of social media communication in various contexts, such as online travel information search (Xiang & Gretzel, 2010), sharing travel experiences (So et al., 2018; Wang et al., 2022) and establishing positive customer relationships (Jamshidi et al., 2021). Insights into which social media content makes for generating positive engagement are, however, still largely based on marketers’ intuitions or focusing on message factors of social media posts such as message appeals (e.g., Wang & Lehto, 2020). It also often neglects the importance of the visual component of social media posts, and only a few research have investigated the effects of the image in social media on the travel industry (e.g., Fusté-Forné, 2022). The objective of this research is, therefore, to understand how textual features and image features generate user engagement in social media utilizing cutting-edge transfer learning techniques and to propose how these features should be customized to maximize user engagement for online travel shopping companies. We collect and analyze more than 10,000 Instagram posts from three online travel shopping companies, including Expedia, Priceline, and Kayak. The results from transfer learning algorithms utilizing 24 features, such as the number of people in the image, emotions expressed in the people in the image, hue, and RGB value, successfully predict the level of engagement measured by the number of likes and comments.

        1. 러시아는 세계 3위 감자 생산 대국이며 감자는 밀과 함께 러시아의 중요한 식량작물로서 2018년 현재 약 1,314천 ha에서 재배되고 있다. 2. 러시아의 감자 총생산량은 2018년 22,395천 톤 내외이며 ha당 생산량은 1992년 11.4 톤에서 2018년 17.1 톤으로 5.7 톤 증가했다. 3. 신선감자와 냉동감자의 수입이 꾸준히 늘고 있으며 신선 감자 수입은 지난 25 년동안 1992년 425천 톤에서 2017년 561천 톤으로 136천 톤 증가했고 냉동감자 수입은 118.0천 톤 증가하여 2017년 118.4천 톤이었다. 4. 신선감자 수출량은 최근 급증하여 2017년 현재 200천 톤 내외인 반면 냉동감자 수출량은 2017년 1.5천 톤으로 매우 미미하였다. 5. 감자 품종의 경우 400종 이상이 등록되어 있으며 이들 중 약 51.1%는 자체(CIS 국가 포함) 육성 품종이고 나머지는 네덜란드, 영국 등 해외 도입종이다. 6. 러시아 국민 1인당 연간 감자 소비량은 110 kg 내외로 지난 25년간 큰 변화가 없는 반면 가공용 감자 소비는 꾸준히 감소하여 2017년 400천 톤 규모였다. 7. 매년 6,500천 톤의 씨감자가 사용되고 있는 반면 자체 수급체계가 미비하고 고품질 씨감자의 수입도 4~9천 톤에 불과하여 씨감자 문제가 갈수록 심화되고 있다. 8. 우리나라 감자 9종의 현지 시험재배 결과, 현지품종 대비 파종후 성숙은 빠른 반면 괴경수량이 적고 괴경의 평균 무게가 가벼우며, 역병저항성이 약한 편이었다. 다만 국산품종 중 ‘아리랑1호’, ‘조풍’은 조숙 및 다수성을 나타내어 현지 진출이 유망할 것으로 판단되었다. 9. 구 소련 해체와 함께 고도의 씨감자 기술 및 체계가 붕괴된 러시아는 현재까지 씨감자 수급체계 및 기술이 낙후되어 있고 고품질 씨감자에 대한 수요도가 높아 한국 씨감자 업체 의 러시아 감자시장 진출 전망은 밝은 편이다.

        신품종 감자 ‘아리랑1호’는 농촌진흥청 국립식량과학원 고령지농업연구소에서 2018년도 육성되었다. ‘아리랑1호’는 ‘Frontier’ 품종을 모본으로 하고 ‘대관1-117호’ 계통을 부본으로 2011년 교배하여, 장일 고온 조건에서 식물체 생육 및 괴경의 형성과 비대가 양호하여 다수확 할 수 있는 계통으로 선발되었다. 중앙아시아(여름재배)와 국내 평난지(강릉, 봄재배) 및 고랭지(대관령, 여름재배)에서 2014~2015년 생산력 검정을 통해 ‘대관1-150호’로 계통명을 부여하고, 2016~2018년 지역 적응성검정 시험을 거쳐 ‘아리랑1호’로 명명하였다. ‘아리랑1 호’의 초형은 반직립형으로서 초세가 강하고 왕성하다. 괴경모 양은 짧은 계란형이며, 괴경 색깔은 표피와 육질부 모두 황색이다. ‘아리랑1호’의 경장은 67.1 cm로 대조품종인 ‘수미’, ‘산테’보다 긴 반면, 경수는 3개 내외로 대조품종과 유사하다. 주당 괴경수는 9.0개로 ‘수미’(5.4개) 보다 많은 반면, ‘산테’ (14.1개)보다 적다. 괴경당 평균 무게와 포기당 총 괴경중은 각 각 96.1 g 및 865 g으로서 대조품종보다 무겁다. 겹둥근무늬병 과 역병에 대하여 중도저항성이며, 바이러스병과 더뎅이병에 있어서는 감수성을 나타낸다. 건조에 대한 저항성은 ‘산테’나 ‘수미’보다 강한 중도저항성으로 평가되었다. 비중과 건물율은 ‘수미’보다 높고 ‘대서’와 유사하며, 감자칩 품질은 ‘대서’와 같이 우수한 것으로 평가된다. ‘아리랑1호’의 단위면적당 상서수량은 국내의 경우 3,360 kg·10a-1으로 ‘수미’ 보다 57% 더 많 고, 중앙아시아에서는 3,070 kg·10a-1으로 ‘산테’ 보다 약 55% 더 많았다. 신품종 감자 ‘아리랑1호’는 장일 고온 건조한 지역에서 기형, 이차생장 등이 적고 다수성을 나타내어 중앙아시아 등 해외 진출에 유망한 품종으로 판단된다.

        1. 우즈베키스탄의 감자 재배면적은 2006년 52,590ha에서 2016년 84,142ha로 최근 10년 사이 60% 늘었으며, 생산량은 2006년 1,021천 톤에서 2016년 2,925천 톤으로서 3배 이상 증가하였다. 2. 단위면적당 수량(/ha)은 2006년 19.4톤에서 2016년 34.8 톤으로 15.4톤 증가하였으며, 이는 유럽산 상위단계(elite 및 super elite급) 씨감자의 수입이 늘었기 때문이다. 3. 감자 수입은 2006년 6,912톤에서 2013년 18,446톤으로 7년 사이 11,000톤 이상 증가한 반면, 수출은 2006년 112톤에서 2013년 64톤 내외로 크게 감소하였다. 4. 톤당 수입가격은 591.6불로서 수출가격인 339.3불보다 1.7배 고가이며, 이는 고품질 상위단계 씨감자의 수입에 반하여, 저가의 일반식용 감자가 수출되기 때문이다. 5. 우즈베키스탄에 공식 등록 감자 품종수는 73종(2013년 기준)으로서 네덜란드산 45종, 독일산 11종, 폴란드산 2종, 러시아산 1종, 및 자체 육성 14종이 있으나, ‘산테’, ‘피카소’ 등 유럽산 수입 품종들이 우점하고 있다. 6. 감자 주된 생산작형으로는 남부 평난지의 봄 가을 2기작과, 고랭지에서의 여름 단작이 있다. 7. 우리나라 감자 13품종의 현지 생육특성 평가 결과, 현지 품종 대비 경장이 짧고 주당 괴경수와 괴경수량은 적었던 반면 괴경의 평균 무게는 무거웠다. 국산 품종에서 고온 고염 등 환경스트레스에 의한 생리장해 발생이 많아 향후 현지 진출을 위한 품종 선발 시 내서성 등의 검토가 중요할 것으로 판단된다. 8. 상위단계 씨감자 가격이 고가임에 따라 농가의 자가 채종이 늘면서 씨감자의 퇴화가 심하여, 고품질 씨감자에 대한 농가 및 우즈베키스탄 정부의 ODA 수요는 꾸준히 증가할 것 으로 전망된다. 9. 또한 우즈베키스탄 감자분야의 실질적 발전을 위해서는 수확 전·후 관리기술 및 주요 거점지역 중심 저장시설 개선을 통한 저장 중 높은 감모율의 경감이 우선되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

        상주는 귀농 도시이자 농업 중심 도시로써 농업기술원을 유치할 만큼 생태학적 연구가치가 있는 친환경 도시이다. 특히 경천섬은 낙동강 본류에 있는 상주보 인근에 위치하고 있어 낙동강 생태 환경 연구의 중요 지역 중 하나이다. 하지만, 아직 경천섬에 대한 생물다양성 연구가 부족한 상태이다. 섬과 산지의 생태환경이 다르기 때문에 생물의 다양성도 다를 것이라 간주하고, 경천섬 주변의 생태학적 가치를 재조명할 기초자료를 조사하고자 한다. 이에 경천섬과 인근에 위치한 청룡사 길목 산지에 서식하는 곤충 채집을 통해 생물다양성을 조사하여 비교분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 채집방법은 직접잡기, 쓸어잡기, 함정트랩, 흡충관을 이용하였으며, 함정트랩에 사용된 유인제는 소주1.8ℓ와 빙초산350㎖를 혼합하여 사용하였다. 2018년 4월~8월 중 3회 채집과정을 수행하여 목표개체수를 확보하였고, 채집된 곤충은 에탄올을 채운 conical tube에 넣어 냉동실에 보관하여 보존성을 높였다. 채집과정에서 잡은 곤충들을 건조시키고 유사종끼리 분류하고 동정하는 과정을 거쳐 다양도지수, 우점도지수, 종풍부도지수, 종균등도지수, 유사도지수를 계산할 것이다. 기존에 알려지지 않았던 경천섬 일대의 생물다양성을 세세하게 분석하는 과정을 통해 경천섬의 생태학적 가치를 드러내고, 경천섬 일대의 자연환경관리와 보존에 필요한 정보나 체계적인 관리체계를 구축할 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

        Potato cultivation area in Kazakhstan has been steadily increasing for ten years from 154,000 ha in 2006 to 186,000 ha in 2016. The production amounts are also increasing from 2,360,000 tons in 2006 to 3,550,000 tons in 2016. The average yield(/ha) was 19.0 ton in 2016 while 15.4 tons in 2006. The import volume increased by about 3.2 folds for seven years from 34,874 tons in 2006 to 112,323 tons in 2013. The import price(/ton) has been also showing steady increasing from $180(USD) in 2006 to $202(USD) in 2013. The export volume dramatically increased from 73 tons in 2006 to 8,455 tons in 2013. It shows that the potato trade with neighboring countries is very active recently. Kazakhstan need seed potato of around 700,000 tons each year, which is more than the total production yield (600,000 tons/ year) of Korean potato. Seed potatoes are imported from Europe by the private seed companies and then distributed to farmers after multiplications for two or three years. Potatoes are sown in May and harvested in September or October, which is similar to the summer cropping in Korean potato. The European cultivars such as ‘Sante’ and ‘Rodeo’ are preferred broadly due to their high temperature resistance, salt tolerance, long dormancy period, and yellow flesh color. Meanwhile, Early blight and Colorado potato beetle are known as the main problems at Kazakhstan potato fields. The big yield loss by insects or diseases during storage is one of the severe problems too. Considering the internal and external circumstances of Kazakhstan potato, it is expected that the Korea's high-quality seed potatoes and the post-harvest management technologies could be helpful to enter the Kazakhstan potato market effectively as well as to increase the market competitiveness.

        The potato production area in Mongolia can be divided into four regions such as central agricultural region, western agricultural region, eastern agricultural region, and gobi agricultural region based on climate and soil conditions. The potato cultivation area increased by over two times for twenty years from 7,806 ha in 1994 to 16,821 ha in 2012. Amounts of potato production also increased by over four times from 53,957 tons in 1994 to 245,935 tons in 2012. The average yield per ha increased by about 8 tons, 15.0 ton/ha in 2012 more than 6.9 tons/ha in 1994. This result is attributed to successful supply of virus-free seed potatoes through the ‘Mongolian Potato Program’ (MPP). The potato import volume decreased dramatically from 35,884 tons in 2008 to under 34 tons in 2013 and the export volume was 3,500 tons in 2013 and 4,800 tons in 2014. Potato breeding program in Mongolia began in the relatively recent years and the important selection criteria were yields, drought tolerance, early maturity, and deep yellow skin and flesh colored variety. The seed potato systems have been improved as follows: traditional clonal selection system(1974-1976), virus free tissue culture system(1988-1990), and MPP seed system( 2004-2008). In the future in Mongolia, combined potato processing facilities are needed for the overproduced potatoes. The official development assistance (ODA) fund being supported for 12 years was stopped along with MPP project termination in 2015, so Mongolia is faced with the difficulty that have to maintain the seed potato system by itself.

        With advances in digital technology, retailers are utilizing digital signage which would be a visual factor of atmospherics in a retail environment. Based on stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) model, this study was to examine a moderating effect of digital signage in relationship between atmospherics and store patronage. To collect data, a self-administered questionnaire was developed based on literatures, and mainly contained usage experience of digital signage, atmospherics (20 items), and store patronage (6 items). All items were measured on 7 point rating scale. Two sampling frames for this study were involved: experienced sample from retail stores with digital signage vs. unexperienced sample from retail stores without digital signage. Each sample was separately asked to complete the same questions regarding experience with digital signage, store atmospherics and store patronage. A total 497 usable responses (n=278 for experienced digital signage; n=219 for unexperienced digital signage) were obtained from consumers who were aged from 20 to 49 years old. For experienced sample, digital signage has been used various types: for example, location-based digital screen for store and shopping information (52.5%) was the most experienced, and followed by LED screen (28.8%) and others (e.g., Digital Look-Book, Virtual-Try-on, Interactive Screen, and Self-checking kiosk) in the fashion retail environments. Of total respondents, females (50.7%) were slightly more than were males (49.3%). For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, hierarchy regression analysis were used by using PASW18. Preliminarily, factor analysis revealed that atmospherics consisted of three elements, such as store layout, visual aesthetics and interior display. The factor loadings were ranged from .60 to .80 and three factors were accounted for 70.42% of total variance. Compared with store without digital signage, the mean score of atmospherics (e.g., store layout, visual aesthetics, and interior display) was more highly rated in the retail stores with digital signage. In a hierarchical multiple regression model, two factors of store layout and interior display had a significant effect on store patronage in the first step (F=69.23, p<.001, Adjusted R2=.29). The store layout (β=.33, p<.001) and interior display (β=.17, p<.01) were likely to increase consumers’ store patronage. Also, interaction effect of digital signage and atmospherics was significant in the second step (R2 Change=.014, F Change=3.386, df1=3, df2=487, p<.05). Digital signage had moderating effect only in the relationship between interior display and store patronage (β=.65, p<.05). The findings suggest that digital signage plays an important role as a stimulus in improving atmospherics at the retail environments. Particularly, the digital signage would be effective in a good interior display including POP signs, product display, racks and cases, furniture, which can lead to store patronage. This study provides a managerial implication into retailers for improving atmospherics by utilizing retail technology inside a store. Especially for fashion retailers, it is required to combine digital technology service with in-store visual merchandising for a retail environment.

        This study fabricated low thermal conductive polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fibers containing cellulose particles while maintaining their mechanical properties. The high thermal conductivity of carbon fibers limits their application as a high temperature insulator in various systems such as an insulator for propulsion parts in aerospace or missile systems. By controlling process parameters such as the heat treatment temperature of the cellulose particles and the amount of cellulose added, the thermal and mechanical properties of the PANbased carbon fibers were investigated. The results show that it is possible to manufacture composite carbon fibers with low thermal conductivity. That is, thermal conductivities were reduced by the cellulose particles in the PAN based carbon fibers while at the same time, the tensile strength loss was minimized, and the tensile modulus increased.

        The genus Glischrochilus Reitter, 1873 is characterized by reddish or yellowish markings on their elytra. This genus is belonging to family Nitidulidae Latreille,1802. Five species in this genus: Glischrochilus (Librodor) ipsoides (Reitter, 1879), Glischrochilus (Librodor) japonicus (Motschulsky, 1858), Glischrochilus (Librodor) pantherinus (Reitter, 1879), Glischrochilus (Librodor) parvipustulatus (Kolbe, 1886), Glischrochilus (Librodor) rufiventris (Reitter, 1879) have been recorded in Korea upto now. Additionally, a new recorded species, G. christophi, are recognized from korea. As the results, descriptions and illustrations of adults of totally five species with one newly recorded species in Korea were reviewed herein. A key to Korean species of genus Glischrochilus is also provided.

        This study was carried out to know some regional gene difference in carabid beetle, Coptolabrus jankowskii. There are eight subspecies in this species from Korea and it was too difficult to identify by morphological similarity. The mitochondrial ND5 (NADH dehydrogenase subunit 5) gene of Coptolabrus jankowskii from four regions of (Sangju, Daegu, Mt. Jumbong and Jeju island) was compared. The results showed the differences of the base sequence of total 57 sites and the amino acid variation of the 25 sites. The Neighbor-joining tree and Maximum parsimony tree were established based on sequence data of the ND5. In NJ tree, the Jeju area except Songdangri, and Mt. Jeombong region showed close relationship group. In the case of Maximum parsimony tree, the result divided to three separated group, the first connected group was Jeju Songdangri area and the other the Korean peninsula region except Mt. Jeombong. Others were Jeju area except Songdangri, and Mt. Jeombong region.

        Stem cell therapy is undoubtedly the most promising therapeutic approach for neurological disorders. Adipose tissue is ubiquitous and it can be easily harvested in large quantities under local anesthesia with little patient discomfort, making adipose tissue into the ideal large-scale source for research on clinical applications. In this study we monitored the neuronal cell differentiation potential of human adipocyte in the following condition; i) N2 medium containing 200 uM ascorbic acid (AA) and/or 10 uM flavonoid (F) and ⅱ) N2 medium containing AA and/or 10 ng/ml brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and/or, 200 ng/ml sonic hedgehog (SHH) plus 100 ng/ml fibroblast growth factor (FGF) 8. Adipose stem cells were cultured in above described differentiation condition for three weeks. RT-PCR analysis demonstrated that the mRNA levels of neuronal cell markers in differentiated adipose stem cells. Under the culture condition using N2 medium containing AA, the expression level of nestin (neural progenitor marker) m- RNA was high in all groups, while those of Neuro D, and LEP and FABP4 (adipocyte marker) mRNA were significantly decreased. Also, the addition of BDNF or SHH+FGF8 in N2 medium containing AA enhanced the neural cell differentiation from adipose stem cells, the expression level of Map2 (mature neuron) mRNA was increased, and that of TH (dopaminergic neuron marker) mRNA was high. In addition, we confirmed that the flavonoid addition has effect on the increase of Map2 expression. These results demonstrate that our designed culture condition has effect on the neural cell differentiation of adipose stem cells and this stimulatory effect may be further enhanced by transplantation.

        It is known that oocytes can be activated without male contribution in vitro and develop to blastocysts which are used to isolate parthenogenetic embryonic stem (ES) cells. Differentiation capacity of the parthenogentic ES cells was rather lower than that of fertilized embryos derived ES cells, which might be the result of the absence of male genome. However, parthenogenetic ES cells might be useful research tool for genetic engineering and generating SCNT embryo derived ES cells. In our previous study, we reported that establishment of several bovine ES cell lines from in vitro fertilized (IVF) embryos named JNU-ibES. Based on this data, the objective of this study is to generate parthenogenetic ES cells and to examine their stem cell characteristics. Total 107 parthenogenetic embryos produced at day 8 or 9 were classified into their developmental stages (full expanded x 40, hatched x 67). For producing ES cells, ICM and trophetoderm-rich clumps were mechanically dissociated and were cultured on mitomycin- C treated mouse embryonic fibroblast feeder cell drop and covered with mineral oil in DMEM medium containing 20% FBS, 5 ng/ml basic FGF, 1% nonessential amino acids, and 0.55 mM b-mercaptoethanol. We obtained 20 primary parthenogenetic bovine ES (pbES)-like cell colonies. And pbES colony formation was higher in hatched blastocyst (25.4%, 16/67) than expanded blastocysts (10%, 4/40). Among those colonies, 5 pbES cell lines were successfully established and they were named as a series of JNU-pbES. These pbES cells were positively expresssed pluripotency markers such as Oct4, Nanog, TRA-1-81, SSEA-1 and alkaline phosphatase. This result demonstrated that the establishment efficiency and characteristics of pbES cell line was very similar to those of ibES cell line.

        The generation of patient-specific pluripotent stem cells has the potential to accelerate the implementation of stem cells for clinical treatment of degenerative diseases. This study was to examine the in vitro neuron cell differentiation characteristics of our established human (h) iPS cells (IMR90-iPS-1~2) derived from human somatic cells. For the neuron differentiation, well grown hiPS colonies were recovered by collagenase treatment and then suspended cultured in a non-adherent bacteriological culture dish using human embryonic stem (hES) cell culture medium for 4 days. Embryoid bodies were plated and cultured in serum-free ITSFN (insulin/transferrin/selenium/fibronectin) medium for 8 days to select neural precursor cells. Then selected neuronal cells were dissociated, plated onto poly-L-ornithin/laminin coated dish at a concentration of 2 x 105 cells/cm2 and expanded in N2 medium containing 20 ng/ml bFGF, 200 ng/ml SHH and 100 ng/ml FGF-8 for 7 days. For the final differentiation step involved removing agents and culturing for 14 days in 20 ng/ml BDNF added N2 medium. In the neural precursor stage, >90% of nestin positive cells and >50% NCAM positive cells were obtained. Also, in final differentiation step, we confirmed the high percent (>80%) of mature neuron tubulin-β positive cells and approximately >20% of tyrosine hydroxylase positive cells. Also, these results were confirmed by RT-PCR. These results indicated that hiPS cells have potential to generate specific neuron differentiation and especially TH+ neuron was also can be obtained, and thus hiPS-derived neural cells might be an usable source for the study of neuro-degenerative disease.
