        In this technology development, we have developed an automation system after developing a material rotation mixing process so that the manual process of sound absorbing materials can be supplied in quantities. After setting up 5kgf supply of the fused acoustic material, the setting value of 5kg was automatically supplied to the molded frame to reach the quantification supply. In the process of producing noise goods between floors, the automatic compression system was developed, which was a manual operation of three persons, and the production of one person was allowed, and the production of 200 sound absorbers per day, It has improved to 450. Quantitative supply unit was developed to reach 50.7mm for target 50±3mm based on the sound absorption product thickness indication, reducing the defect rate to less.

        In our country, the number of coffee shops has steadily increased, reaching approximately 15,000 in 2013 from 1,254 in 2006. Adding to increase of coffee shops, customers' preference of roasted beans and extraction to ready-made coffee or instant coffee has lead to rapid expansion of roasted coffee market. In this study, a prototype of the ultrasonic automatic packer that is consist of coffee beans input device, coffee beans filling device, filter paper input device, vertical & horizontal ultrasonic sealing device, conveyor input device, input sealing device of outer packaging, cutting device, and control system besides related devices has been designed and produced.

        The objective of this study was to know the in vitro effects of supplemental anthelmintic plant extracts on the inhibition of protozoa for reducing methane production in the rumen. A fistulated Holstein cow was used as a donor of rumen fluid. The plant extracts (Lonicera japonica, Zanthoxylum piperitum, Pyrethrum, Torreya nucifera, Ruta graveolens) known to have anthelmintic effect were added to the in vitro fermentation bottles containing the rumen fluid and medium. The rumen protozoal population was depressed by the addition of Pyrethrum, Torreya nucifera and Ruta graveolens. The methane production was also significantly (p<0.05)reduced by addition of Pyrethrum (2.20 ml/g DM), Torreya nucifera (2.36 ml/g DM) and Ruta graveolens (2.20 ml/g DM). The microbial growth in the treatments of Ruta graveolens or anthoxylum piperitum was the greatest after 12 h and 24 h incubations, respectively. The results of this study indicated that anthelmintic plant extracts appeared to reduce methane production by inhibition of ruminal protozoa related with the methanogens living endosymbiotic in protozoal cells.
