        A glassy carbon electrode modified with a composite consisting of electrodeposited chitosan and carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (e-CS/MWCNTs/GCE) was used as a working electrode for simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA), serotonin (5-HT) and melatonin (MT), which were related to circadian rhythms. The electrochemical characterizations of the working electrode were carried out via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and chronocoulometry. It was found that electrochemical modification method, that was cyclic voltammetry, may can cause continuous CS polymerization on MWCNTs surface to form a dense membrane with more active sites on the electrode, and the electrochemically active surface area of e-CS/MWCNTs/GCE obtained was about 7 times that of GCE. The electrochemical behaviour of DA, 5-HT and MT on working electrode were carried out via differential pulse voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that e-CS/MWCNTs/GCE solved the problem that the bare electrode could not detect three substances simultaneously, and can catalyze oxidation potential difference as low as 0.17 V of two substances reaction at the same time, indicating very good electrocatalytic activity. By optimizing the detection conditions, the sensor showed a good linear response to DA, 5-HT and MT in the range of 20-1000 μmol/L, 9-1000 μmol/L and 20-1000 μmol/L, and the detection limits were 12 μmol/L, 10 μmol/L and 22 μmol/L (S/N = 3), respectively. In addition, the proposed sensor was successfully applied to the simultaneous detection of DA, 5-HT and MT in human saliva samples.

        Live streaming commerce is a novel form of an e-commerce platform, which works by establishing a temporary virtual community shared by streamers and customers in real time. With the popularity of live streaming shopping, many e-retailers adopted this new platform to promote their products in an effort to boost their sales volume. On the basis of signalling theory and social exchange theory (SET), this study proposes a research model to examine the informational signals and customer-streamer exchanges that two parties shared using live streaming platform. An online survey with 735 samples was collected through a professional online survey service platform (i.e., Wenjuanxing) to measure our model. Our results indicate that both service-centred signal (interaction quality) and product-centred signal (streamer credibility) have significant positive influences on customer evaluation of information quality. The results also denote that the received information quality acts as a significant predictor of customer engagement and buying tendency. Moreover, the results confirm the mediation role of customer engagement in predicting impulsive buying tendency, and the moderation effects of guanxi orientation on customer engagement and impulsive buying tendency. By synthesizing the preceding findings, theoretical and practical implications are discussed in the context of live streaming commerce.

        Supercross-linked polymers are widely used as carbon precursor materials due to their abundant carbon sources and low cost. In this paper, a supercross-linked polymer was prepared by the solvothermal method. The supercross-linked polymer as a precursor and the PPyC-800-A was synthesized by activating this with KOH. The microstructure, structure, and electrochemical performances of porous carbon PPyC-800-A were studied at different of temperature and carbon alkali ratio. According to the results, the porous carbon PPyC-800-1:2 is mainly composed of a stack of spherical particles with a high surface area of 1427.03 m2 g− 1, an average pore diameter of 2.32 nm, and a high specific capacitance of 217.7 F g− 1 at a current density of 1.0 A g− 1 in a 6 M KOH electrolyte. It’s retention rate is 97.58% after 5000 constant current charges and discharges. With a specific capacitance decay rate of 21.91 percent, an energy density of 11.96 Wh kg− 1, and a power density of 500.0 W kg− 1, the current density rises from 1.0 A g− 1 to 10.0 A g− 1, exhibiting remarkable electrochemical properties, cycling stability, and energy production performance This study contributes experimental ideas to the field of supercrosslinked polymer-derived carbon materials and energy storage.

        Hypercrosslinked polymers HCPs have been widely used as precursors to prepare porous carbon materials because of their highly ordered porous structure and large specific surface area. In this paper, we used a solvothermal method to prepare a hypercrosslinked polymer, and the HCPC-700-A was prepared using an activation method with the hypercrosslinked polymer as the precursor. The effects of different carbon–alkali ratios on the microstructure, composition and electrochemical properties of porous carbon HCP were studied. The results show that the surface of porous carbon HCPC-700-A presents a relatively regular geometric shape, and a large number of pore structures are mainly micro- and mesopores. The specific surface area is 2074.53 m2 g− 1, and the average pore size is between 1.29 and 1.93 nm. Porous carbon HCPC-700-1:2 has excellent electrochemical performance in 1 M H2SO4, and the specific capacitance is up to 464.4 F g− 1 at a current density of 1 A g− 1. The specific capacitance decay rate is 29.72% when the current density is increased from 1 A g− 1 to 8 A g− 1. After 5000 cycles, the capacitance retention rate is 91.16% at a current density of 2 A g− 1, showing excellent electrochemical performance, good cycle stability and perfect energy storage performance. This research provides new experimental ideas for HCPs in the electrochemical energy storage field.

        Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are network-like frameworks composed of transition metals and organic ligands containing oxygen or nitrogen. Because of its highly controllable composition and ordered porous structure, it has broad application prospects in the field of material synthesis. In this work, Zn4( PYDC)4(DMF)2∙3DMF (ZPD) was synthesized via a hydrothermal method. Self-doped nitrogen porous carbon ZPDC-T was then prepared by one-step carbonization. The results show that the self-doped nitrogen porous carbon ZPDC-850 has a micro/mesoporous structure with a specific surface area of 1520 m2 g− 1 and a nitrogen content of 6.47%. When a current density is 1.0 A g− 1, its specific capacitance is 265.1 F g− 1. After 5000 times of constant current charging and discharging, the capacitance retention rate was 79.2%. Thus, self-doped nitrogen porous carbon ZPDC-850 exhibits excellent electrochemical properties and good cyclic stability. Therefore, the self-doped nitrogen porous carbon derived from MOFs can be a promising electrode material for supercapacitors.

        A total of 106 two month-old Nanjiang yellow goats (male were 32, female were 34 and castrated were 40) were divided into treatment group and control group to determine the growth performance. The treatment group was reared in grazing mode, experimental group was pastured with supplement feeding. The results showed that the body weight of male in experiment group was heavier by 9.82%(P<0.05), 11.87%(P<0.01), 16.91%(P<0.01) and 23.99%(P<0.05) than that in control group in 3,4,5 and 6 month-age. The body weight of female in experimental group was heavier by 11.54%(P<0.05), 13.79%(P<0.01), 17.47%(P<0.01) and 21.15%(P<0.01) than that in control group in 3,4,5 and 6 month-old. The body weight of castrator in experimental group was heavier by 1.58%, 1.99%, 13.08%(P<0.01) and 15.76%(P<0.01) than that in control group in 3,4,5 and 6 month-age. The daily increasing weight and body measurements of experimental group is improved more than control group, especially in 6 month-age.

        China now has about 69% advantage of the rice yield as compared with the global average. The planting area was 30 million ha and total yield was 180 million ton in China in every year. Now, the breeding strategy of hybrid rice includes the improving ratio of plant morphological and raising heterosis level and using tools of the molecular biology. Some research was fixed on main index of plant type of hybrid Rice, which had the tall erect-leaf canopy and lower panicle position and bigger panicle size. Methods of raising heterosis level were expressed including exploitation and utilization of various male sterility resources, development of male sterile lines with high grain quality and out-crossing capacity, using wide-compatibility (WC) gene to overcome seed-set problem.
