        본 연구는 다국적기업 해외 자회사 내 해외 주재원의 사회적 참여와 문화적 차별이 현지 직원의 이직 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 메커니즘을 연구하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 가설을 테스트하기 위해 중국에 있는 19개 해외 다국적기업 자회사에 근무하는 495명의 중국 현지 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 이를 활용하여 구조방정식 모델을 실시한 결과, 현지 직원의 승진 가능성은 해외 주재원의 사회적 참여와 현지 직원의 이직 의도 사이 관계를 완전 매개한다. 업무 자율성은 해외 주재원의 문화적 차별과 사회적 참여가 현지 직원의 이직 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 부분적 매개 효과를 가진다는 결과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 다국적기업의 해외 주재원이 현지 직원의 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 주재원의 사회적 참여와 문화적 차별로 나누어 심층 분석하였다는데 그 학문적 의의를 가진다.

        최근 가축에서 유래된 메티실린에 내성이 있는 황색포 도상구균과 감수성을 보이는 황색포도상구균(LA-MRSA/LAMSSA) 에 의한 사람의 감염증이 증가하는 추세이다. 이러한 LA-MRSA 및 LA-MSSA균주는 가축을 비롯한 축산업에 종사하는 사람들에게 전파가 이루어질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 원유, 육우, 축산 종사자에서 분리된 20개의 MRSA 및 MSSA 균주를 이용하여 생물막 형성, 항균 펩타이드에 대한 저항성 및 과산화수소 저항성과 같은 황색포도상구균의 주요 병원성 인자를 평가하였다. 생물막 형성 실험에서는 MRSA와 MSSA간의 차이는 없었으며, 동물 유래 분리주와 사람 유래 분리주들 간의 비교에서도 차이가 없음이 확인 되었다. BMAP-28에 대한 감수성 시험 결과 MRSA-MSSA 또는 동물 분리-사람 분리 간의 차이가 없음을 확인하였다 . 생물막 형성과 BMAP-28 감수성과는 달리, 원유에서 분리된 MRSA 균주들의 H2O2에 대한 내성 증가가 확인 되었다 . 본 연구를 통하여 가축 및 축산업 종사자에서 분리된 LAMRSA와 LA-MSSA 균주의 주요 병원성 인자를 확인하였으며, 숙주 및 환경에서의 생존과 전파 가능성을 이해하는 데 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다.

        Staphylococcus pseudintermedius는 개에서 기회감염을 유발하는 병원체이며, 공중보건학적으로도 주요한 인수공통 병원체이다. 개에서 분리된 S. pseudintermedius 균주들은 주로 항생제 내성 및 개에서 피부 감염을 유발하는 주요 원인균으로 연구되어 왔지만, 가축에서 분리된 S. pseudintermedius 균주들의 항생제 내성 및 장내 독소 생성에 대한 정보는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구에서는 개, 돼지, 육우에서 분리된 S. pseudintermedius 균주들에서 18가지의 장내 독소 (staphylococcal enterotoxin; SE) 유전자와 toxic shock syndrome toxin 유전자(tst-1)의 분포양상을 조사 하였다. 또한, S. pseudintermedius 균주들의 항생제 내성 양상과 더불어 mecA 유전자 및 SCCmec type 또한 확인하였다. 육우에서 분리한 하나의 균주를 제외한 모든 개와 돼지 분리주들이 4개 이상의 항생제에 내성을 보였으며, 개에서 분리된 6개의 균주 중 4개의 S. pseudintermedius 균주 들이 메티실린 내성과 더불어 SCCmec V를 가진 것으로 확인 되었다. 총 11개의 SE 유전자들 (seb, sec, see, seg, sei, sej, sel, seo, sep, seq, seu) 및 tst-1가 개, 돼지 및 육 우로부터 분리된 S. pseudintermedius 균주들에서 확인 되었으며, 대부분의 분리주들 (83%)에서 2개 이상의 SE 유전자들이 확인 되었고, 그 중 sel (42%) 및 sep (42%)가 가장 빈번하게 검출 되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 반려견에서 뿐만 아니라 주요 가축에서 존재하는 S. pseudintermedius 균주들에서 높은 항생제 내성 양상을 확인 하였으며 , 항생제 내성과 더불어 여러 staphylococcal enterotoxin 및 tst-1유전자들을 전파 할 가능성을 확인 하였다 .

        Sulfated polysaccharides are known to be immune-stimulators in mammals and can be used as food additives to enhance immunity. In this study, the immune-stimulating activity of water-soluble anionic macromolecules F2 fractionation isolated from Codium fragile using ion-exchange chromatography was tested in olive flounder, Paralichythys olivaceus, in vitro and in vivo. The gene expression of interleukin (IL)-1β was adopted to check the immune-affection. As a result, in vitro study revealed that the expression of IL-1β was significantly upregulated in head kidney cells by 1 and 5 μg/ml of polysaccharides 4 h and by 5 μg/ml of polysaccharides at 24 h. In vivo, IL-1β gene expression in head kidney was significantly upregulated by 20 and 100 μg of the polysaccharides at day 1 post-i.p. injection, while downregulated at day 3 but not significant. Meanwhile, in peritoneal cells, it was upregulated by 20 μg of the polysaccharides at day 1 but the upregulation was sustained until day 3 though it was not significant. These results indicate that the sulfated polysaccharides from C. fragile are an immune-stimulator and might be potential feed additives for olive flounder.

        We report the use of carrot, a new and inexpensive biomaterial source, for preparing high quality carbon dots (CDs) instead of semi-conductive quantum dots for bioimaging application. The as-derived CDs possessing down and up-conversion photoluminescence features were obtained from carrot juice by commonly used hydrothermal treatment. The corresponding physiochemical and optical properties were investigated by electron microscopy, fluorescent spectrometry, and other spectroscopic methods. The surfaces of obtained CDs were highly covered with hydroxyl groups and nitrogen groups without further modification. The quantum yield of as-obtained CDs was as high as 5.16%. The cell viability of HaCaT cells against a purified CD aqueous solution was higher than 85% even at higher concentration (700 μg mL−1) after 24 h incubation. Finally, CD cultured cells exhibited distinguished blue, green, and red colors, respectively, during in vitro imaging when excited by three wavelength lasers under a confocal microscope. Offering excellent optical properties, biocompatibility, low cytotoxicity, and good cellular imaging capability, the carrot juice derived CDs are a promising candidate for biomedical applications.

        Since the end of 1960s, an era of internationalization, Interculturalism has been reflected in intercultural plays which borrow concepts of foreign-cultural aesthetics for the performance and create a new stage language. Among many writers and performers, Oh, Tae-seok created his own unique aesthetic performances through experimental and avant-garde methodologies connected with various areas of art. His plays are worth studying since they suggest us a point of view which helps us to get out of the ordinary, fixed thought and try to see variety of reality. Therefore, our study categorized Oh, Tae-seok’s play into four areas according to grotesquery interculturalism : Evil sprit, Abhorrence, Exaggeration and distort, and Heterogeneity. Based on this category, we analyzed plastic artistic characteristics of his plays’ stage costume, for example, shapes, materials, and color, and tried to enhance the aesthetic value of his plays. We made a conclusion that the play showed grotesquery features in stage costume, which represented death, tragedy, evil sprit of human negligence, surprising and grotesquery abhorrence by deformity of the body, exaggeration and distortion, ridiculousness, and heterogeneity, the mixture of abnormality and unstableness. Our study could help produce adequate stage costume matching the features of the performance, and be the cornerstone of grotesquery aesthetic interculturalism study reflected in stage costume.

        As we all know Ondol has been the most efficient and comfortable heating system of the rural residence in the Northeast of China for hundreds of years. But recently, through field survey, it was found that some country people replace the Ondol with homemade heating blindly. The result of this replacement is that heating effect of residence in winter is worse. And at the same time, it aggravates air pollution and increases heating payout. According to our real situation of energy sources reserve, environmental pollution and economic income of rural people, it is not only inpractical but also unreasonable, that in the northeast of China Ondol is replaced by homemade heating completely in winter. Ondol has its unique heating and hygienic efficacy. And it stands for cultural tradition and life custom of the country's cold areas. So we should improve Ondol combining resident structure and material. And it can make the Ondol system flourish with vigor and promote sustainable development of the country's traditional Ondol residence.

        This experiment was conducted to elucidate the relation-ship between vertical distribution of rice roots and yield traits under field conditions. Eight IRRI's new plant type rices (NPTRs) were tested in a volcanic ash soil paddy field under dense (IO 10 cm) and common (20 20 cm) planting densities. These lines were evaluated to have more spikelet numbers per panicle (SNP), lower filled grain rate (FGR), and lower rough grain weight per hill (RGWH). In dense planting, rough grain weight per stem (RGWS) was increased due to heavier culm and leaf dry weight (CLDW), and both RGWS and CLDW were related with the percentage of root distribution (%RWI) in the 10~30 cm soil layer, while in common planting, RGWS was not closely related with CLDW. SNP was highly related with root dry weight (RDW) in the 0~10cm soil layer. FGR was mainly affected by ROW in the 10~30 cm soil layer under both planting densities. RGWS was positively correlated with top dry weight (TDW) and harvest index (HI), and TDW was positively correlated with RWI under common planting or %RWI under dense planting, and HI was positively correlated with RWI in the 10~30 cm soil layer only under dense planting. RGWS was closely related with root weight index by dry weight (RWI) in the 10~30 cm soil layer and %RWI in the 0~30 cm or 10~30 cm soil layer under dense planting, and with only RWI in the 10~30 cm soil layer under common planting. But RGWH showed the close positive relationship with RDW and RWI in the 10~30 cm soil layer under dense planting, while under common planting, it showed the close positive relationship with RWI and %RWI in the 10~30 cm soil layer or %RWI in the 0~30 cm soil layer. The deeper root system in rice, especially under dense planting, is important for high yield of NPTRs focusing on the increment of top mass production and harvest index.
