It has been widely accepted that the pressure management of water distribution systems using pressure reducing valves(PRVs) would be an effective method for controlling leakages. A pressure reducing valve (PRV) regulates outlet pressure regardless of fluctuating flow and varying inlet pressure, thereby reducing leakage and mitigating the stress on the water distribution system. However, the operation of a PRV is vulnerable to its mechanical condition and hydraulic operability. In this research, the effect of PRVs installed in water distribution system are evaluated in terms of hydraulic pressure reduction and mechanical performance by analyzing measured pressure data with statistical approach. A statistical approach using the moving average filter and frequency analysis based on fourier transform is presented to detect abnormally operated PRVs that have been densely installed in water distribution system. The result shows that the proposed approach can be a good performance evaluation method by simply measuring pressures for the PRVs.

The modular assembly system can make it possible for the variety of products to be assembled in a short lead time. In this system, necessary components are assembled to optional components tailor to customers’ orders. Budget for inventory investments composed of inventory and purchasing costs are practically limited and the purchasing cost is often paid when an order is arrived. Service cost is assumed to be proportional to service level and it is included in budget constraint. We develop a heuristic procedure to find a good solution for a continuous review inventory system of the modular assembly system with a budget constraint. A regression analysis using a quadratic function based on the exponential function is applied to the cumulative density function of a normal distribution. With the regression result, an efficient heuristics is proposed by using an approximation for some complex functions that are composed of exponential functions only. A simple problem is introduced to illustrate the proposed heuristics.

범죄인에 대한 교정의 이념인 교육형주의와 관계되는 모더니즘시대와 달리 교정복지주의 이념의 시대는 학제적인 포스터모더니즘의 성격을 내포하게 된다. 따라서 교정복지이념하에서의 사회봉사명령은 여가학, 사회복지, 사례관리, 형사정책, 심리학, 사회학, 제3섹터론, 교정복지 등 다양한 학제적 접근을 해야 한다. 그러나 사회봉사명령에 관한 국내의 선행연구들은 거의가 모더니즘적 성격에 기반한 형사정책학이나 형사법적 측면에서 획일적인 접근을 하여 오고 있으므로 본고에서는 그러한 선행연구들의 문제점에 대하여 학제적인 비판을 하고 정신적 사회봉사명령, 부정기형 사회봉사명령 등 기존의 논문에 없는 새로운 프로그램을 제시하여 사회봉사명령의 경로혁신적 접근을 시도하고자 한다.

당해 연구의 제 1 부 논문에서 확률론적으로 접근한 데에 이어, 파이로처리 방사성 폐기물 처분장에 대하여 폐쇄 후 처분장 의 성능에 영향을 줄 수 있는 근계 영역 내 세가지 주요 설계 관련 요소에 대하여 각 핵종별로 최종 피폭 선량에 주는 민감 도를 결정론적인 방법을 통하여 조사해 보았다. 농축 피폭 집단에 방사선 피폭을 주는 주요한 핵종들이 처분장에서 유출된 후 처분 시스템 근계 영역 내 다양한 매질을 이동하는 것에 관련되어 이들 요소가 어느 정도의 영향을 주게 되는지 보기 위 하여 제 1 부에서 처분 용기의 수명, 선원항으로서의 처분 용기에서의 연간 핵종 유출률, 그리고 처분장 주요 인공 방벽으로 서의 완충재의 손실도 등의 변화를 확률론적 접근 방법으로 검토한 데 이어, 제 2 부의 이 연구를 통해서는 통계적인 확률 론적 민감도를 검토하는 대신 세가지 인자에 대하여 가장 나쁜 경우와 이상적인 조합을 구성한 후 이를 결정론적으로 평가 하여 인지된 3개의 요소들이 제 1 부에서의 결과와 동일하게 처분장 설계에 매우 중요할 수 있다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

근대의 상징이자 영화의 탄생과도 밀접하게 연결되어 있는 기차라는 공간은 견고하게 짜여진 사회체제의 상징적으로 보여주고 있다. 봉준호 감독의 <설국열차>는 좀 더 구체적으로 ‘기차’라는 좁고 폐쇄된 공간에서 인류의 멸망을 막는다는 목적으로 운행되고 있다. 그리고 기차 칸칸마다 철저하게 구별되어 있는 계급사회를 살아가는 인간의 생존 방법에 대해서 보여 주고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이런 ‘기차’로 상징되는 폐쇄적 사회체제가 <설국열차> 작품을 통해서 어떻게 작동하고 진행되는지를 정치사회적 측면에서 분석하고 있다. 이를 통해 봉준호 감독의 <설국열차>는 인간사회에서 개인의 행위가 어떻게 형성되고 발생하는지 그리고 그런 행위들이 모여 집합행동으로 이 어질 때 어떤 결과와 변화가 생길 수 있는지를 적극적으로 확인시켜 주는 작품임을 알 수 있다.

최근 산업기술의 비약적인 발전으로 인해 오늘날 우리가 개발하거나 사용하는 시스템은 기술적 완성도 측면에서 수준이 매우 높아지고 있다. 한편 고속열차, 첨단 신무기체계 등 대형복합 시스템의 경우, 새로운 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 기존의 단일화된 개발 방법으로는 개발과정 및 개발 후에 많은 문제점이 잠재적으로 존재한다. 따라서, 기존의 시스템 개발방법인 순공학적인 방법뿐만 아니라 역공학, 동시공학 등을 고려한 통합 프로세스의 고려를 통한 접근이 필요한 시점에 와있다. 이러한 통합적인 접근법을 수행하기 위해서는 체계적인 관리가 필수적이다. 따라서 무수히 많은 설계 산출물이 파생되는 오늘날 산출 DB의 체계적 관리 및 접근을 통한 설계의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구를 기반으로 향후 추가 연구를 수행한다면, 국내 대형복합시스템의 설계단계에서의 안전성을 동시 고려한 시스템 설계 신뢰성 확보를 위해 도움이 될 것으로 기대 된다.

본 연구는 지역사회복지 실천을 위한 접근방법으로 주민 참여예산제도에 관해 서울지역 25개구 중 은평구 지역을 중심으로 현황을 살펴보고 주민참여예산제도를 통한 사회복지적 접근 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 서울지역 25개 자치구 중 은평구는 재정자립도 23위로 서민밀집지역이며, 예산부족과 효율적인 예산사용을 위해 서울시 최초로 2010년 12월 30일에 ｢주민참여 기본 조례｣가 제정되어 주민참여위원회를 조직하고 운영위원회․정책기획시민위원회․구정평가시민위원회를 조직하였다. 또한, 참여예산 분과는 여성아동분과, 자치경제분과, 장애인분과, 노인분과, 교육청소년분과, 건설환경분과, 복지보건분과로 나눠 각 분야별 예산에 대한 주민참여를 통한 예산 편성과정에 지역 주민들이 직접 참여함으로써 참여와 자기결정, 참여민주주의 등의 이념을 구현하였다. 2011년 주민제안 사업으로 투표대상이 23건이었으며, 주민투표 결과 20개 사업이 선정되어 2012년 약 9억원의 예산이 반영되었고, 2012년 9월 서울시 참여예산 총회에 참가하여 25개 자치구 중 가장 많은 예산 40억 7천만원을 확보하고, 구정에 대한 주민들의 실질적인 참여의 기회를 보장하기 위해 전국 최초로 참여예산 모바일 투표를 실시하는 등 성과를 보였다. 따라서 주민참여예산제도를 통한 지역사회 예산편성시 지역복지 실천 기반의 사회복지적 접근이 이루어질 수 있도록 방안을 제시하면, 첫째, 지역주민의 조직화 과정을 통한 참여예산제 참여 확대와 성숙한 시민화, 전문화이다. 둘째, 지역별 공공의 아젠다(agenda) 형성을 통한 주민제안사업 제시이다. 셋째, 주민참여예산제 활성화를 위한 지역별 리더 및 co-worker 양성을 위한 사회복지학교가 운영되어야 한다. 넷째, 지역별 사회복지관련 기관과의 파트너쉽 형성을 통한 윈윈전략(win-win strategy)이 계획되어야 한다.

The implementation system of the recommendations and rulings of the Dispute Settlement Body is an important component of the WTO dispute settlement procedure. Where there is any disagreement between disputing parties as to the existence or consistency with a covered agreement of measures taken to comply with the recommendations and rulings, a winning party may refer the matter to a compliance panel and the Appellate Body. If a losing party is found to have failed to comply with the recommendations and rulings, DSB may authorize the winning party to retaliate. This article analyzes the implementation system of the WTO dispute settlement procedure in comparison with other systems of ‘second-order’ compliance in international law. Also, attention will be directed to the relationship between the WTO retaliation and countermeasures in general international law. Countermeasures under the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, in particular, have a legal nature akin to that of countermeasures under the law of State responsibility.

The medium and small logistic companies that have an outsourcing contract from the large corporation are encountered with a problem to introduce the ERP system to their current business environment due to following risk of change in current business environment, high cost involved in investment, and lack of understanding of business requirement of ERP. Instead of build their own ERP system, the small and medium logistic companies are using the large corporation's ERP system and get the benefit of efficiency in management and control process. Therefore, it is more like the organization hierarchy, not collaboration between the medium and small companies with the large corporation. In this study, the survey method to find out how the medium and small logistic companies understand the importance of ERP system on continuous growth of business by AHP. as result, they are recognized. The benefit of the ERP system as having much effect on business competitiveness.

Establishing a framework, to explain the path to safety accidents considering major safety management factors such as physical conditions including on-site activities and workplace, as well as human factors as to labor, supervisors, or managers, would be effective as the basis to control project's risks by preventing disasters. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify the mechanism in safety management and disaster occurrence. In order to accomplish the purpose, it identified and classified the factors related to accidents, reviewed the causal relationships among them, and suggested the influence diagram. The results of this research are expected to contribute to reinforcing the preventive management, and facilitating the development of integrated site control system based on safety risks.

우리나라의 고령화는 세계에서 그 유례를 찾아볼 수 없을 정도로 빠르게 진행되고 있으며 요양보호를 필요로 하는 노인의 수도 급속히 증가하는데 가족에 의한 요양보호는 이미 한계에 도달하였다. 따라서 국가차원의 노인복지 정책마련이 필요하였으며 정부에서는 노인장기요양보험제도를 실행하였고 시행 전에는 서비스의 양적인 부분에 대한 논의가 많았으나 실행 후에는 질적인 부분으로 논의의 핵심이 전환되기 시작하였다. 서비스를 제공하는 과정에서 반드시 고려해야 할 사항이 서비스 질(quality) 관리의 문제이며 핵심적 요소는 클라이언트의 만족도로 지불한 금액대비 만족도라 할 수 있다. 노인장기요양보험제도에서 비용에 대한 혜택은 이용자가 어떤 급여를 서비스로 받았는지 이며 급여는 수가에 의해 결정되므로 결국 수가가 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 서비스 질의 중요한 요소인 수가에 초점을 두고, 제도현황조사를 통해 일본과 독일의 제도를 비교 분석하고 정책적 개선방안에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relative effectiveness of immediate feedback and informational prompt on safe sitting behaviors that may cause VDT syndromes. Participants were three white color workers and an ABCB within-subject design was adopted. Safety Posture System was developed specifically for the present study. The system could detect participants' unsafe sitting postures using sensors and provide feedback and prompt on the computer monitors. The results indicated that both immediate feedback and informational prompt considerably increased safe sitting behaviors. More importantly, the immediate feedback was more effective than the informational prompt in increasing safe sitting behaviors.

돼지 페르몬성 냄새 물질을 탐색하기 위하여 tetrahydrofuran-2-yl 계 화합물들과 관측된 결합 친화력상수(Obs.p[Od]50) 사이의 정량적인 구조-활성관계(QSAR)로부터 4개 형태의 모델(2D-QSAR, HQSR, CoMFA 및 CoMSIA)들이 유도되었다. Ligand based approache로부터 최적화된 CoMFA 모델(예측성; r2cv.(q2)=0.886 및 상관성 r2RCV 0.984)이 가장 좋은 모델이었다. CoMFA 모델로부터 돼지 페르몬성 냄새 물질로 예측된 N1-allyl-N2 -(tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)methyl) oxalamide (P1), 2- (4-trimethylammoniummethylcyclohexyloxy)tetrahydrofurane (P5) 및 2- (3-trimethylammonium-methylcyclohexyloxy)tetrahydrofurane (P6) 분자들은 비교적 높은 결합 친화력 상수값(Pred.p[Od]50) =8~10)과 몇 가지 독성에 대하여 낮은 독성간을 나타내었다.

This article addresses the question of how the operational architecture for a railway safety information system should be developed. A successful railway safety information system can be developed by fully reflecting the business process and needs at the enterprise level. To date, there has been minimal research effort towards the development of the operational architecture for a railway safety information system. To this end, a variety of enterprise architectures have been studied so far. In this paper, as an important guideline, DoDAF (Architecture Framework) is selected to be used in developing a railway safety information system. In particular, we propose a method to implement the operational architecture based on DoDAF.

This study is to develop the new type of environmentally friendly Ondol system for improvement of energy efficiency, improvement of impact sound insulation of floors and reduction of material & resources in apartment houses. The prototypes for development of the Environmentally Friendly Ondol System of Double layer (E02 System) are designed and are made as the manufactures in order to improve energy efficiency & the impact sound insulation of floors and reduce material & resources in apartment houses. The performance measurement of impact sound insulation of floors is tested. and the performance on the E02 System is compared with the existing Ondol system. As a result, the impact sound insulation of floors of the E02 System is improved more 15 dB than standard level. The E02 System got the first grade Certificate on the impact sound insulation of floors. The performance of thermal insulation and energy efficiency is compared the E02 System with the existing Ondol system. The E02 System is evaluated as more 9% of energy efficiency than the existing Ondol system. The component weight per area of the E02 system is 96 kglm', and it is evaluated as reduction of the existing structure weight. Therefore the E02 system will be utilized as solution for pending problems in apartment houses in Korea.
