The club culture is not something unified. Rather, it is a group of subcultures which share intertwined areas. And it keeps its own dress code, dance style, music genre along with series of authoritarian and unlawful rituals. For young adults, a club is a new cultural space to enjoy in reasonable price and they can express themselves without thinking much about others. A club creates its unique mass culture by producing continuously changing and experimental fashion styles. As the club culture’s influence becomes powerful, the club market was established and experimental fashion styles are wide spread among general public, young adults who try to express their unique characters and even fashion-leading industry. The study results are as follows. First, dance club and its derivative, rave is symbolic axles and the center of social activity. They are also defined as culture which is related to specific space that continues to present and change sound and style. Second, the definition of clubber in a dictionary is club member or a person who is united with others. Third, based upon clubbers’fashion styles in Hongdae and Kang-nam areas, there are 5 different images including sexy casual, lingerie, dynamic, chic style and feminine style. Fourth, based upon case study above, to take unique life style of fashionista that leads fashion with trendy fashion style into account, we suggested five designs which are unique, sensitive and trendy. Fifth, through analyzing clubber generation and design factors of clubbers’ fashion style combined with various trend, unique brand was developed to meet the demands of clubbers who want differentiated images and leading styles.

현대사회에서 스포츠는 건강과 행복을 향유하려는 인간에게 중요한 생활의 일부가 되었으며, 경제생활의 발전에 따라 여가생활을 향유하려는 문명사회의 기본적 요소가 되었다. 특히 우리나라에서 스포츠와 건강에 대한 관심은 경제향상으로 폭발적인 수요를 가져왔다. 또한 최근 주 5일제근무가 보편화도 여가와 건강에 대한 관심이 증가되는 요인의 하나가 되었다. 이러한 추세에 많은 여가활동 가운데 최근에 가장 급속도로 증가하는 스포츠로는 골프가 있을 것이다. 또한 예전과 달리 골프는 오늘날 귀족스포츠 내지는 부에 따른 스포츠가 아니라 대중스포츠로 자리 잡아 가고 있다. 이에 따라 전국에 골프장 수가 점차 증가되고, 그 정회원도 점차 증가하고 있다. 또한 최근에는 골프회원권이 하나의 투자목적물로 빈번하게 거래되고 있다. 이러한 상황하의 여러 통계에서도 알 수 있듯이 골프장의 상당수가 회원제로 운영되고 있기 때문에 회원제골프장을 중심으로 살펴보아야 할 것이다. 골프장의 종류는 그 내용에 따라 여러 형태로 나타나고 있는데, 그 중에서 우리나라에서 운영하는 골프장의 대부분은 예탁금제골프장이다. 예탁금제골프장을 사업주가 설립하는 이유는 사업 초기에 주식발행을 하지 않으면서 용이하게 자금확보를 할 수 있고, 또한 주식발행을 하지 않으므로써 이에 따른 경영간섭을 피하고, 상법상 제약을 회피할 수 있기 때문이다. 즉 우리나라에서 운영하고 있는 골프장의 대부분을 예탁금제골프장이 차지하고 있으며, 또한 법적 성질과 성격이 여러 요소와 혼재되어 있으므로 예탁금제 골프회원권의 법률문제가 발생하며 특히 상속이 문제가 되고 있다. 왜냐하면 단체성의 강약에 따라 상속성여부가 결정되기 때문이다. 본논문은 골프회원권의 법률문제와 상속문제에 대해 그 해석방법의 고찰은 중요하다고 생각한다.

이 연구의 목적은 방과 후 학교 활동으로 직접 활용될 수 있는 고등학교 천체관측반을 대상으로 한 천체 관측 프로그램 개발 및 적용이다. 연구방법은 먼저 현행 지구과학교과서의 천문관련 탐구활동을 분석한 다음, 가장 기본적인 관측 장비의 표준화 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 프로그램을 이용하여 학교 인근 여러 관측지에서 학생들이 직접 탐구활동을 수행하였다. 특히 관측 장비의 경우 일선학교에서도 쉽게 구비할 수 있는 102mm급 굴절망원경과 디지털카메라를 이용하였으며, 대부분 도심지에 위치한 학교의 관측지 환경을 고려한 탐구활동 및 그 수행을 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현행 교육과정상의 천문관련 탐구활동은 대부분 제시된 자료를 분석하는 자료 해석이나 가상실험활동으로 구성되어 있다. 둘째, 대부분의 학교가 위치한 도심지의 경우 도시 외곽보다 관측 환경이 열악하다. 셋째, 학교 인근 도심지에서 보편화된 관측 장비를 이용한 효율적인 관측 기법과 도심지에서의 관측 기기의 표준화 계수를 결정하였다. 넷째, 이와 같은 일련의 과정을 프로그램화하여 측정한 결과, 도시와 도시외곽에서 실제 별의 등급과 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 학습 프로그램 개발을 통하여 천체 관측에 관한 다양한 탐구 활동을 제공할 수 있었다 현재 천체 관련 교육은 실제 탐구 활동 영역이 결여되어 있으며, 대부분의 학교가 도심지에 위치하고 있어서 관측환경 또한 좋지 못하다. 하지만 이 프로그램을 이용하면 실질적인 천체관측 활동과 관측 결과에 대해 정형화된 보정활동을 거쳐 유의미한 관측 데이터를 수집할 수 있으며, 이를 여러 가지 활동을 통해 재해석 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 현장 체험 중심의 천체 탐구 활동을 활성화시킬 수 있으며, 과학적 흥미를 높일 수 있다.
