We have developed a data integration system for ground-based space weather facilities in Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI). The data integration system is necessary to analyze and use ground-based space weather data efficiently, and consists of a server system and data monitoring systems. The server system consists of servers such as data acquisition server or web server, and storage. The data monitoring systems include data collecting and processing applications and data display monitors. With the data integration system we operate the Space Weather Monitoring Lab (SWML) where real-time space weather data are displayed and our ground-based observing facilities are monitored. We expect that this data integration system will be used for the highly efficient processing and analysis of the current and future space weather data at KASI.

최근 산업기술의 비약적인 발전으로 인해 오늘날 우리가 개발하거나 사용하는 시스템은 기술적 완성도 측면에서 수준이 매우 높아지고 있다. 한편 고속열차, 첨단 신무기체계 등 대형복합 시스템의 경우, 새로운 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 기존의 단일화된 개발 방법으로는 개발과정 및 개발 후에 많은 문제점이 잠재적으로 존재한다. 따라서, 기존의 시스템 개발방법인 순공학적인 방법뿐만 아니라 역공학, 동시공학 등을 고려한 통합 프로세스의 고려를 통한 접근이 필요한 시점에 와있다. 이러한 통합적인 접근법을 수행하기 위해서는 체계적인 관리가 필수적이다. 따라서 무수히 많은 설계 산출물이 파생되는 오늘날 산출 DB의 체계적 관리 및 접근을 통한 설계의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구를 기반으로 향후 추가 연구를 수행한다면, 국내 대형복합시스템의 설계단계에서의 안전성을 동시 고려한 시스템 설계 신뢰성 확보를 위해 도움이 될 것으로 기대 된다.

기존의 키워드 기반 검색방식의 한계를 개선하기 위해 최근에 의미, 개념 기반 검색인 시맨틱 웹이 등장하였고, 이러한 시멘틱 웹의 발전과 더불어 이를 표현하기 위한 도구로써 Ontology 언어도 발전하고 있다. 이러한 기술의 발전에 힘입어 우리나라에서는 인문지리정보 포탈 시스템 구축사업이 Semantic Web, Ontology기술을 활용하여 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 인문지리정보 통합 DB 및 온톨로지 KB 구축과정에 있어서 각 단계별 검증방안이 제시되고 있지 않으며, 2011년에 인문지리정보 분류체계의 검증 기준에 대한 연구를 하였지만, 추상적이고 실제로 통합 DB 및 온톨로지 KB 구축과정에 적용하기에는 어려운 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 및 GIS 분야의 감리 방법론을 토대로 검증 방향을 설정하고, 통합 DB 및 온톨로지 KB의 구축과정의 특수성을 반영하여 각 단계별 정량적이고 객관적인 검증 방안을 제안한다.

산업기술의 비약적인 발전으로 인해 오늘날 우리가 개발하거나 사용하는 시스템은 보다 기술의 고도화 양상을 보이고 있다. 따라서, 기존의 시스템이 지니고 있어 제공하는 단일 특성에서 벗어나 다양한 학제간 결합된 기술로 기존 시스템이 지니고 있는 관념적인 기능에서 벗어나 다기능을 제공하고 있다. 이로 인해, 기존의 개발단계에서는 보다 높은 설계 신뢰성이 요구되고 있다. 특히, 오늘날 우리사회는 시스템의 개발성공이라는 안도에서 벗어나 시스템 운용·유지단계에서도 안전성 측면에서 매우 중요성을 인식하고 대비하고 있다. 따라서, 국내에서는 미흡한 상위 단계에서의 설계활동과 또한, 같은 시스템 수명주기 상에서의 시스템 안전활동을 동시에 고려한 동시공학적인 접근에 관한 연구를 본 연구팀은 지속적으로 수행해왔다. 따라서, 기존의 연구결과인 설계와 안전을 동시에 고려한 통합 설계 프로세스 모델에 대해, 시스템개발에 관련한 모든 이해당사자가 공통된 이해를 바탕으로 시스템설계와 안전 활동에 대해 상호 호완성과 공통된 인식을 갖고 접근할 수 있는 방안을 본 연구를 통해 수행하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 모델기반 시스템공학 기법중 보편적인 언어인 공통 언어를 통해 기존 연구를 통해 제시한 통합설계 프로세스 모델을 구현에 관한 연구 수행을 통한 접근 방안에 관하여 논의하고 있다. 본 연구를 기반으로 향후 추가 연구를 수행한다면, 국내 대형복합시스템의 설계단계에서의 안전성을 동시 고려한 시스템 설계 신뢰성 확보를 위해 도움이 될 것으로 기대 된다.

The issues raised so far in the development of safety-critical systems have centered on how effectively the safety requirements are met in systems design. The systems are becoming more complex due to the increasing demand on the functionality and performance. As such, the integration of both the systems design and systems safety processes becomes more important and at the same time quite difficult to carry out. In this paper, an approach to solving the problem is presented, which is based on an integrated data model. To do so, the data generated from the inputs and outputs of the systems design and systems safety processes are analyzed first. The results of analysis are used to extract common attributes among the data, thereby making it possible to define classes. The classes then become the cores of the interface data model through which the interaction between the two processes under study can be modeled and interpreted. The approach taken has also been applied in a design case to demonstrate its value. It is expected that the results of the study could play a role of the stepping stone in extending to the architecture development of the integrated process.

Recently, we have witnessed the definitely negative impacts of large-scale accidents happened in such areas as atomic power plants and high-speed train systems, which result in increased fear for the potential danger. The problems appear to arise due to the deficiency in the design of large-scale complex systems. One of the causes can be attributed to the design process that does not fully reflect the safety requirements in the early stage of the system development because of the substantially increased complexity. In this paper, to enhance the systems safety an integrated process is studied, which considers simultaneously both the system design process and system safety process from the beginning of the system development. In the conceptual system design phase an integrated process model is constructed by analyzing the activities of both the system design and safety processes. As a case study example, an inner city train system is described with the application of the developed process. The computer simulation of the example case is followed by the result discussed. The results obtained in the paper are expected to be the basis for the future study where a detailed process and its associated activities can be developed.

본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 식물공장의 재배환경에 필요한 요소들의 센서 네트워크를 구성하고 자동으로 감지하여 적응형 뉴로-퍼지 추론시스템을 통하여 환경변화를 추론하여 식물공장의 재배환경을 적절하게 제어할 수 있는 새로운 자동제어시스템의 프레임워크를 제안하고, 이를 설계하였다. 유비쿼터스 식물공장 환경을 제어하기 위하여 식물공장의 재배환경에 영향을 미치는 환경요소인 실내온도, 근권온도, 습도, 광도, CO2 농도를 측정할 수 있는 센서 네트워크를 구성하고 측정된 환경요소의 변화에 따라 램프, 환기, 습도, CO2 농도, 온도를 제어할 수 있는 장치를 자동으로 제어할 수 있는 식물공장 자동제어시스템을 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 센서를 통하여 받아들이는 입력값을 퍼지소속함수로 변화하고 적응형 뉴로-퍼지시스템에 따라 추론하고 평가하여 보다 정밀하게 식물공장을 자동으로 제어할 수 알고리즘을 개발하였고 이를 구현하였다. 개발된 자동제어시스템을 상추 식물공장에 적용한 결과 만족스러운 시험결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 향후 연구로는 식물공장에서 재배하고 있는 작물별 생장모델의 적합도 검정 및 개선을 위하여, 작물별 재배규칙을 보다 상세히 도출하는 것이 필요하고, 작물의 재배에 필요한 지식을 보다 정량적으로 표현하고 지식상에 내포하고 있는 불확실성을 해결하는 것이 필요하다. 더 나아가 식물공장에서 환경인자간의 상호관련성을 보다 정밀하게 수식화하고 이를 추론할 수 있는 정밀하고 과학적인 자동제어시스템의 개발이 필요하다.

대규모 국방획득사업의 성공측도는 사업 일정과 비용을 효과적으로 관라하여 작전요구성능을 만족하는 것이며，사업의 효과적 일정 및 비용 관리를 위하여 사업성과관리체계(EVMS，eartned value management system)가 도입되었다. 사업성과관리체계(EVMS)는 실비용(AC, actual cost)의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 기업의 경영정보시스템(MIS, management information system)으로부터 원가정보블 제공받도록 발전하였으며，사업성과관리체계의 축적된 실비용 정보를 원가정산시 훨용하고자 하는 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 기업의 경영정보시스템내 원가정보의 강제적 제출은 영업비밀에 속하는 지적재산권 분쟁의 소지가 있다. 본 논문은 사엽성과관리체계와 원가정산 사스템 통합에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 지적재산권음 고려하여 분석하였다.

Survival and development of manufacturing business depends on how the companies make competitive product and put out on the market. In other words, the core competitiveness of manufacturing business is "product" and companies’ competitiveness and sustainable growth could be guaranteed by management from product deveIopment to release onto the market. However, there are few examples about establishing successful system yet. The purpose of this study is to analyze on how PLM affect the performance. In particular, findout how iIlegal copying of PLM system that contains know-how gives company negative effect and emphasize why companies should recognize the importance of iIIegaI copying.

최근 보고에 의하면 국내 노인의 인구 비율은 2000년에는 7.2%이었고, 2019년에는 인구의 14.4%가 노령인구가 되는 초고령화 사회가 되며, 이는 노인들의 치매, 섬망, 우울 또는 가성치매, 편집상태, 건망 증후군 등으로 인한 천문학적인 사회 비용이 지출되고 있다. 이중 노인치매의 경우 인지기능뿐 아니라 본인의 삶과 가족을 황폐화시키는 결과를 초래하는 병으로 국내뿐 아니라 전 세계적으로 치매예방을 위한 많은 연구와 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원거리 도서민의 치매예방을 위한 게임요법으로 음악요법과 운동요법을 활용한 실버댄스게임을 개발하여 치매를 사전에 예방하고, 체력을 향상시키며, 체계적인 관리가 가능한 통합관리시스템을 개발한다.

The Chicago Convention in 1944 made important contributions to aviation safety improvement, building an aviation safety monitoring system for its signatory countries. As ICAO is now on the verge of changing its supervision system from self-reporting to preventive Continuous Monitoring Approach(CMA) in 2013, we also expect our own safety system to make a progress accordingly. The government is pushing ahead with plans to build an integrated safety management system at government level that satisfies international standards and reflects domestic features. To this end, this report proposes the most effective system-building model, by analyzing the current status of the system that is in use and meets the requirements of international aviation agencies.
