        High strength PM aluminium alloys Al-Zn-Mg-Cu (7075 type) were studied by using commercially available powder blends and the sinter-forging technique for component production. Principal areas of focus include the response to PM processing, micro structural assessment and material properties of Aluminium sinter forged products. Green preforms are successfully sintered to near full density by solid-supersolidus liquid phase sintering. Sinter forging method can produce components with net shape and mechanical characteristics of the material have improved greatly. Properties of this new PM Al-alloy were found to be reproducible in an industrial production environment.

        A new approach to sintering loose packed, coarse aluminum alloy powder to full or near full density is presented. A controlled amount of water vapor is introduced into the sintering atmosphere, which disru pts the oxide film and allows metallurgical contact between particles. In addition, supersolidus liquid phase sintering is used to sinter the part to full density. Since the method is particularly applicable to uncompacted powders, it is potentially useful for sintering aluminum powder preforms manufactured by 3DPrinting and powder injection molding.

        본 논문에서는 프리스트레스를 이용한 가시설 공법(IPS)에 적용되는 띠장의 거동의 해석 및 설계절차에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 띠장에 초기장력이 도입되는 구조계는 탄성지반위에 놓인 보이론에 의하여 부재력이 산출되고, 토압에 의한 부재력은 장력을 부정정력으로 취하여 부정정 구조해석을 통하여 띠장의 축력 및 휨모멘트를 계산하였다. 지반은 압축력 전담요소, 케이블은 인장력 전담요소를 사용하여 등분포 토압 및 편토압을 받는 띠장의 전산해석을 수행하였다. 기존의 가시설 설계에 적용되는 토압을 적용하여 IPS 띠장설계를 실시하였고, 긴장력과 설계토압에 의한 축력과 휨모멘트를 계산하여 축응력과 휨응력을 도출하고 합성응력검토를 수행하였다.

        This study aimed to investigate the influence of spiritual leadership on innovative work behavior and the effect of knowledge sharing on job crafting. Furthermore, the roles of knowledge sharing as a mediator for the impact of spiritual leadership on innovative work behavior, and job crafting as a mediator for the relationship between variables, were also examined. This research employed quantitative analysis, including the PLS-SEM approach; SMART-PLS, a measurement and structural equation model was employed to explain the relationship between variables, and the effect of mediation. The population study consisted of all lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics and Business at the PTKIN in East Java, Indonesia, comprising 220 randomly-selected samples. The result showed spiritual leadership does not directly influence innovative work behavior, while knowledge sharing directly affects job crafting. The findings indicated knowledge sharing mediates the impact of spiritual leadership on innovative work behavior, and the role of job crafting as a mediator for the relationship between variables was accepted. Therefore, this research confirms a positive influence of knowledge sharing on job crafting, and indicates both factors play an important role in mediating between variables, and are important for lecturers’ innovative work behavior.

        This research seeks to explain factors and relationship models of entrepreneurs capable of building service innovations in Andaman coast with the ultimate aim to ignite sufficient development of regional tourism, increase working potentials, and provide a guideline for tour operations. Initially, document examination and discussions with five experts were conducted to build in-depth interview questions. 19 entrepreneurs were interviewed to examine factors involved and we consulted later with the five experts and six successful entrepreneurs in the regions, as well as with the representatives of the Association of Thai Tour Operators and Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) of Phuket, Krabi, and Trang. The results were analyzed according to the theory of resource-based and innovative entrepreneurs. The factors obtained were generated from systematic causes: Nature of Entrepreneurships and Organizational capabilities, the mediator variables of Service Innovation Capability; and Organizational Performance (non-finance). Moreover, the external factors needing to be adjusted regarding the environmental changes were described. The tour operators are suggested to build networking to increase tourism potential with sustainability by providing the entrepreneurs opportunities to be involved in tourism development, accessing the knowledge, technology and innovations resulting in sustainable tourism, quality livelihood, and sustainable ecological management of communities.

        Purpose: It suggests that making a policy and strategies in a way of AI and its impact of commercialization on economic efficiency, social custom ethics. Research design, data, and methodology: The paper has analyzed the data based on the proposed model when derived as AI vs. FI job, etc. It is very different for each professional evaluation, which is artificial intelligence or robot job. One concept case was selected as a substitute job, with a relatively low level of occupation ability, such as direct labors, easily replaced. By the induction data has resulted in modeling. Results: The paper suggests that AI at high level become something how to make real decisions on ethical value modeling. Through physical simulation with the deduction data, it can be tuned to design and control what has not been solved, from human senses to climate. Conclusion: For the exploiting of new AI decision-making jobs in markets, the deduction data is possible to prove to AI’s Decision-making that the percentage who can easily have different leadership as is different for each person. what is generated by some information silos may be applied to occupation societies. The empirical results indicate the deduction data that if AI determines ethical decisions (VC) for that modifications, it may replace future jobs.

        The purpose of the study is to explore the psychological empowerment of the worker as a moderator to explain the link between knowledge sharing and innovative work behaviour within the telecommunication sector of Saudi Arabia. This study is based on a quantitative approach, having collected data through a series of questionnaires developed on previous studies. This study has applied Smart-Partial Least Squares (PLS) for the data analysis. The results revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behaviour. The knowledge sharing increases the competencies of the workers, bringing about more creativeness and perfection. Furthermore, this study elaborates that psychological empowerment plays an important role as a moderator in making a strong relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behaviour. This study concluded that the innovative work behaviour in any organisation depends on the practice, experience, and capabilities of the workers and, most importantly, the interdepartmental knowledge shared amongst them. The sharing of knowledge psychologically empowers the worker to bring creativity, modernization and excellence in the work that affects the marginal productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction at a great extent. These factors provide long-run sustainability to business in a highly competitive market environment.

        Xu Jingda is undoubtedly an animated director with the most "paradigm" meaning in the history of Chinese animation, beginning in the 1980s. He was praised by Tewei as an "unusual talent." The animation he directed are simple, humorous, subtle and whimsical. Different from the previous generation of animators' understanding and exploration of the "nationalization" of animation, Xu Jingda's animation works mostly explore and analyze the national cultural psychology from the perspective of human nature, and make new insights into the nationality and inter-nationality. To a certain extent, his films expanded the road of Chinese animated creations, and even promoted and surpassed the artistic pursuit and academic connotation of the "Chinese Animation School" at that time. Although his animated works can't be compared with the European and American animated films at the time, the national cultural connotation and human thoughts contained within them, as well as the aesthetic enjoyment brought to the audience are immense. This is not only due to the cultivation of the predecessors and their own efforts, but also the artistic style of the foreign animation has a deep influence on him. A research on Xu Jingda, an innovative animation director, focuses on the artistic style and creative concepts in these animated films. This paper starts with Xu Jingda's influence on the artistic style of Zagreb's animation school, and conducts an in-depth analysis and research on the development of traditional story themes, the exploration of animated film language and the excavation of national cultural psychology, and explores Xu Jingda's unique style. The creative art creation style and its importance and innovation in the process of nationalization of Chinese animation. All of this helps achieve a look into the development and innovation of the current "nationalization" of Chinese animation.

        Purpose – The study aims to substantiate the approaches and principles of forming a model of social and labor relations adequate to the modern conditions of economic development. Research design, data, and methodology - The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of social and labor relations in the labor market of Kazakhstan; describes the current model of labor relations and its basic parameters; determines the external and internal factors; specifically, the influence of the new labor law on its further development in the direction of democratization and the establishment of social partnership as a regulatory institution in the labor relations field. Result - Result is the model of the system of social and labor relations proposed by the author, which allows us to cover the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon, to unite the influence of the external environment and the internal complex of their mutual relations and interdependencies. Conclusion - The creation of an effective model of social and labor relations should proceed from the multifaceted nature of their manifestation. This means that the theoretical and methodological basis for their formation should be a comprehensive approach to solving the problems of transformation and interaction of social and economic components.

        The purpose of the study is to analyze the main approaches to assessing human capital and develop proposals for its most objective assessment of it at the different levels of manifestation - individual, microeconomic and macroeconomic. The article considers the basic approaches to the evaluation of human capital, used in practice: retrospective (costly) and prospective (income based). Cost based methods involve measuring the value of human capital based on the total costs associated with its formation. The proposed additional evaluation criteria, in particular, the use of the expert approach and the developed indicators of a qualitative assessment of the human capital of the enterprise will allow development that is more efficient and use of available human resources. Human capital is becoming a major factor in the formation and development of an innovative economy and knowledge economy. Accordingly, the proposed additions to the assessment of human capital at the country level are aimed at assessing it from a new angle, taking into account the current global trends in the formation of an innovative economy and digitalization. They meet qualitatively new requirements for human capital as the main productive factor in the creation of new highly efficient technologies that promote the active development of the social sphere, science, education, health, etc.

        Purpose - Research on the ability of domestic public institutions to conduct business is being conducted. Research on government support policy for public technology projects, emphasizes technology creation. Public agencies are encouraging evolutionary barriers at the stage of realistic business. This paper presents the policy possibilities by presenting policies and strategies based on corporate public policy. Research design, data, and methodology – In this study, we surveyed the actual state of public technology commercialization based on the data on state of technology commercialization of public institutions. We collected and analyzed the literature data to enhance the competitiveness of technology commercialization by identifying success cases of public technology commercialization. In Korea, there are not many research papers that provide policy alternatives for technical commercialization of public research institutes. Therefore, in this paper, we review various government policies and check the status of technology commercialization to increase its value. Results – As a result of this study, it is suggested that various policy development is necessary for the commercialization of public technology, because it is important to increase the value of technology users, suppliers, investors and customers through various network activation. In particular, it is necessary to establish differentiated Korean public technology commercialization model for the proliferation of public technology commercialization by presenting methodical model of technical commercialization. Conclusions - Through this study, it is important to raise the competitiveness of domestic public technology commercialization, to create economic value, and to improve the performance of technology commercialization. Therefore, it is necessary to contribute to the creation of research achievement, research method of excellent technology, and method of commercializing technology, and to create achievement of technical commercialization in the future. In addition, from the viewpoint of commercialization of technology, strategies for creating value through utilization of public technology should be prepared, and a plan for mutual prosperity among domestic companies should be prepared. Policy alternatives of various public technology commercialization to build national competitiveness have been developed, and various examples of performance for the performance of public technology commercialization should be derived.

        The competitive nature of enterprises requires organizations to foster an environment that encourages employee innovation that leads to profitability and customer satisfaction. Organizational innovation is influenced by several factors with employee behaviour being one of the important factors. Employees contribute in the innovation process and thus, it is important for organizations to understand employee expectations to demonstrate innovative work behaviour in order to create and maintain an innovative work culture. In the present study, a conceptual model based on culture, reward and program, training, compensations, leadership and systems was tested to assess that impact on employee expectations leading to innovative work behaviour. The study was conducted in the context of city-state of Singapore due to its significant emphasis on promoting and nurturing employee innovation. The model was tested using empirical data collected through a survey of employees in Singapore. The results indicate that while culture, rewards and training programs have a direct relationship on employee expectations to demonstrate innovative work behaviour, when considered together, leadership and systems are significantly and positively associated with employee expectations. These factors are usually under the control of organizations and can be enhanced through systematic interventions, thereby providing practice managers an avenue to improve employee innovation behaviour. The other implications of the findings and future scope are discussed.

        An innovative material using the thermal insulation concrete (TIC) mixed with a sufficient volume of glazed hollow beads (GHBs) is described and discussed. The effects of glazed hollow beads on the mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and, microstructure of the TIC were first investigated. The study results show that with the increase of the replacement ratio of GHBs, the density, compressive strength, elasticity modulus, and thermal conductivity coefficient of concrete decrease. The optimal mixing amount of glazed hollow beads in the concrete is 15-20%. Then, the properties related to the bonding between the TIC and rebars in freeze-thaw environment were investigated. A total of 132 pullout specimens and 216 cubic specimens made of the TIC were tested, which cover three concrete strength grades, three rebar diameters, and six anchorage lengths. The compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, bond strength, slip, and relative dynamic modulus of elasticity were studied. The research results indicate that the bond performance of the TIC is mainly affected by the rebar diameter and anchorage length, rather than the concrete strength. The TIC is found to be satisfactory in terms of frost resistance and may be utilized in engineered structures in cold regions. Lastly, the effects of recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) on the compressive strength, thermal conductivity, and microstructure of recycled aggregate thermal insulation concrete (RATIC) are presented. The pore fractal dimension was established by using the mercury-injection test data. The average fractal dimension was used to characterize the thermal conductivity of RATIC.

        Purpose – The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of the European Union’s (EU) focus on innovation and consumption, after the EU Eastern enlargement, on trade, investment, and technology cooperation patterns of Korea to formulate a pan-European marketing strategy, with a special emphasis on the mobile phone industry. Research design, data, and methodology – This study compares the intersection of the pivotal areas in the markets in the "post-new normal" era to identify outlets to commercialize development and innovation in this region. The EU would like to realize potential trade and investment opportunities with the Central European Economic Community (CEEC) from this enlargement. Results – The study analysis suggests a positive impact for innovation and consumption from the EU Eastern enlargement on trade, investment, and technology cooperation patterns of Korea to formulate a pan-European marketing strategy with a special emphasis on the mobile phone industry or motorcar e-strategy. Conclusions – Due to the evolving close interdependencies some hubs have emerged between regional, small markets and the central, larger ones such as Germany and France.

        Carbon nanotube(CNT), carbon nanotube-fiber(CNT-fiber) and graphene are representative nano materials which gained much attention by the research community owing to their excellent mechanical, electrical and heat conducting properties surpassing the existing materials by far. The utilization of these properties in construction materials is being actively studied. This paper summarizes the previous studies conducted by the authors regarding the utilization of nanotechnology into construction materials.
