        본 연구에서는 단감의 저장성을 향상시키고자 polythylene 필름 포장방법에 따른 단감의 물성 및 품질의 변화를 조사하였다. 저장방법에 따른 단감의 품질 변화는 농가에서 사용하는 5개씩 포장하여 저온저장시에는 저장 120일가지 저장성을 유지하였고, 1개씩 포장한 경우에는 저장 150일가지 저장이 가능하였고, 품질면에서 아주 우수한 것으로 판정되었다. PE 필름 두께에 따른 품질의 변화는 일반 농가에 사용하고 있는 0.06mm PE 필름으로 포

        The research was conducted to measure the effect of temperature on respiratory and quality characteristics of 'Tsugaru' apple(Malus domestica Borkh) during storage at 4C, 10C and 20C. Respiration rate of the apple just after harvest was 7.57 mL CO/kg/h at 20C. It was decreased rapidly and was 2.86 mL CO/kg/h after storage for 45 days at 20C. The apples showed the highest ethylene production rate at 10C and 20C after 14 days, and at 4C after 28 days during storage. Weight of the apple was reduced by 2.9% after 120 days at 4C and by 6.1% after 45 days at 20C. Color difference of peel and pH increased with the temperatures but titratable acidity and flesh firmness showed the reverse trends during storage. According to the subjective quality test, it could be suggested that the shelf-life of the apple is 86 days at 4C, 65 days at 10C and 37 days at 20C, respectively.

        양파의 저장조건을 저온(2-4, 80% RH), 움식(3-15, 75-85% RH), 실온방열(10-23, 75-98% RH) 및 상온(2-, 62-72% RH)으로 구분하여 저장 중 물리적 및 화학적 변화를 조사하였다. 저장 중 양파의 발아율은 저온 저장된 양파를 제외하고는 모두 높게 나타났으며, 저온 저장된 양파에서는 저장 11개월까지 거의 발아되지 않았다. 양파의 부패율은 실온방열 저장된 양파를 제외하고는 7개월까지 낮았으나 7개월 이후에는

        The present study intends to investigate the transient response of an atmosphere/ocean general circulation model to a gradual increase of atmospheric carbon dioxide. To detect the climatic change of the surface air temperature due to gradual increasing carbon dioxide for 100 years, two runs of GFDL CGCM for 1 % CO_2 run with increasing CO_2 and the control run with fixed CO_2 are compared. From results it is noted that the transient response of surface air temperature is more increased over the Northern Hemisphere than the Southern Hemisphere. However, in Northern Hemisphere the transient response of the surface air temperature due to the gradual increase of atmospheric carbon dioxide is slowly increased with latitudes and is clearly larger over continents than oceans. The annual global mean temperature is continuously increased with 0.03552 per one year with strong S/N ratio and distinguished from the natural variability. The time dependent response of the gradual increasing CO_2 has the strong seasonal variability with small change in summer and large change in winter, and the strong regionality in the Asian and the American continents. It has been suggested that the direct and the feedback processes in the climate systems should be investigated by the detailed sensitivity runs to get the meaningful estimate of the CO_2 forced variability.

        The effect of drying temperature (30, 40, 50, 60) on chemical components of Shiitake mushroom(Lentinus edodss) was investigate. When compared proximate composition on pileus and stipe of raw and dried materials, all of them were found to be higher in the stipe part than in the pileus part. The major components of organic acid were oxalic, citric, malic, malonic and pyroglutaric acid. The contents of free and total amino acids in pileus and stipe were 3458.4, 7640.2mg% for pilueus; 2298.0, 6171.5mg% for stipe on dry basis, respectively. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in the changes of crude ash and organic acids content of Shiitake mushroom among drying temperatures. But the amount of crude fats was increased and that of reducing sugars was decreased with increase of drying temperature. The contents of crude proteins of pileus part of dried materials were increased with increased drying temperature, but those of stile part were gradually decreased. The contents of free amino acids decreased with increase in drying temperature, but those of total amino acids were gradually increased.

        Quality changes of Korean native-bee honey were investigated during processing and preseration at different temperature. There were no changes of HMF(Hydroxy methyl furfural) and proline contents, color and diastase activity in Korean native-bee honey, when the honey separated from honey combs at 20 and 40. However, at 50 and 80, browning of Korean native-bee honey was shown, HMF content was increased rapidly and proline content and diastase activity were decreased. There were no changes of chemical composition in Korean native-bee honey during storage at 4 for 6 months. But color was darken and HMF content was increased slowly in Korean native-bee honey during storage at 20. During storage at 30 and 40, HMF content was increased highly, proline content, diastase activity and total acidity was decreased rapidly. It is recommended that Korean native-bee honey is separated from honey comb and purified at less than 40 and stored at 4 through 20.
