        현재 우리나라를 포함하여 전 세계적으로 창조 경제와 공유경제의 패러다임이 국가경제의 혁신 및 발전의 원동력으로 주목받고 있다. 지식재산의 관점에서 창조경제는, 이미 인류가 축적해 온 유 ⋅무형의 자원에 터잡아 새로운 진보성과 창작성 을 부여함으로써 실현된다는 점을 고려할 때, 공 유경제와 상호 밀접하게 연관되어 있다는 점을 알 수 있다. 따라서 창조경제와 공유경제가 선순환 구조를 이루면서 지식재산의 창출을 장려하기 위 한 방안으로서, 지식재산권의 보유자들이 배타적 으로 보유하고 있는 그 지식재산을 라이선싱 하여 새로운 지식재산 창조의 밑거름이 될 수 있도록 공유하도록 하는 방안을 고려해 볼 수 있다. 그러나 근대민법의 근간을 이루는 사상적 기초 인 계약자유의 원칙을 고려할 때 지식재산권 보유 자에게 위와 같은 공익을 강조하면서 지식재산의 라이선싱을 강제하는 것은, 오히려 경제혁신의 유 인을 저하시키는 등의 부정적인 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 이와 관련하여 미국과 EU에서는 경쟁법과 지식재산권 관련법률을 각기 다른 방식으로 적용 하면서 지식재산권의 라이선싱에 관한 쟁점들을 규율해 왔다. 기본적으로 대륙법계 전통을 계수하 였으면서도 저작권법에서는 미국의 입법을 일부 반영한 우리나라에서 저작물의 라이선싱을 규율 하는 구체적인 방식에 관하여 위 미국 및 EU와 비교하여 살펴본다. 또한 경쟁법과 저작권법은 각각 저작권에 대한 외부적인 제한과 내재적인 제한으로서도 의미가 있는 바, 각 법률에 고유한 법리들이 저작물의 라 이선싱을 규율함에 있어서 적용되는 방식을 살펴 봄으로써, 창조경제와 공유경제가 균형있게 발전 할 수 있는 개괄적인 방향성을 제시해 본다.

        The main purpose of this paper is to determine refusal differences of people from different cultural backgrounds while using English. The data were collected from three groups of subjects - Americans, Koreans, and Japanese - to compare the ways they perform refusals in terms of three dimensional approaches in semantic formulas: order, semantic contents, and frequency. DCT (Discourse Completion Test) was given in conditions where the subjects had a different status such that the refuser is lower, equal, or higher to the refugee in social status. The research proved that differences in recognizing speech acts of refusals in different cultures could posit problems to L2 learners when producing speech acts in English. The result of the research shows that the refusals depending on the subjects from different cultures had a different order of semantic formula, semantic context, and frequency of apologies, excuses and thanks in refusal contexts. In conclusion, the research suggests that L2 teachers need to teach students to enhance their knowledge of the proper use of speech acts in English. Having enhanced speech acts in the target language in terms of sociolinguistic competence is necessary for avoiding communication errors as well as for establishing a productive ground for various interactions between native and non-native interlocutors of English.

        The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of food neophobia, nausea, and learned food aversion on food rejection and appetite. A total of 250 questionnaires were completed. Path analytic model was used to measure the relationships between variables. Results of the study demonstrated that the path analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The effects of food neophobia on nausea and food rejection were statistically significant. The effect of food neophobia on learned food aversion and appetite was not statistically significant. As expected, nausea had a significant effects on learned food aversion and appetite. Moreover, nausea played a perfect mediating role in the relationship between food neophobia and appetite. Nausea played a perfect mediating role in the relationship between food neophobia and learned food aversion. Learned food aversion played a partial mediating role in the relationship between nausea and appetite. Learned food aversion did not play a mediating role in the relationship between food neophobia and appetite. In conclusion, based on path analyses, a model was proposed of interrelations between variables. It should be noted that the original model was modified and should, preferably, be validated in future research.

        This paper proposes combination of a cognitive agent architecture named Soar (State, operator, and result) and ROS (Robot Operating System), which can be a basic framework for a robot agent to interact and cope with its environment more intelligently and appropriately. The proposed Soar-ROS human-robot interaction (HRI) agent understands a set of human’s commands by voice recognition and chooses to properly react to the command according to the symbol detected by image recognition, implemented on a humanoid robot. The robotic agent is allowed to refuse to follow an inappropriate command like “go” after it has seen the symbol ‘X’ which represents that an abnormal or immoral situation has occurred. This simple but meaningful HRI task is successfully experimented on the proposed Soar-ROS platform with a small humanoid robot, which implies that extending the present hybrid platform to artificial moral agent is possible.
