The purpose of this paper is to examine the overall effectiveness of the English immersion program of a Korean University. In order to achieve the ultimate purpose of the current project, researchers describe the educational principles and curriculum in detail and provide an overall evaluation of the program. The three-week English immersion program in winter 2008 was designed to help students satisfy their graduation requirement and improve their general English proficiency such as listening, reading and writing abilities, by providing them with an immersion English program. To check if there is any improvement after the program, students' achievement was measured by TOEIC both before and after the program. Students' responses from questionnaires were used to identify their needs and satisfaction toward the program. On the basis of the extensive evaluation of the program, it was found that students' needs are more complicated and a re-setting of the program goal is mandatory to reflect students' varied needs and wants as a better program in the future.

본 논문은 군 조직에 있어서 다면평가시스템의 특성이 개인의 수용도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이에 대한 반응변수로서 다면평가시스템의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 그리고 연구결과를 바탕으로 엄격한 상·하관계를 이루고 있는 군 조직에서 다면평가시스템에 대한 인식을 살펴봄으로써 장교근무평정제도에 대한 발전방안을 도출하고자 시도되었다. 이론적 연구를 통해 주요 변수는 다면평가시스템의 특성, 개인의 수용도, 효과성, 유용성 인식도로 구분했다. 다면평가시스템

비약적인 기술발전으로 인해 빠르게 변모하는 사회는 ICT에 기반을 두고 있다. 그 환경에서 주변에 쉽게 접할 수 있는 멀티미디어 기기로 TV, PC 그리고 스마트폰 등의 형태로 발전하며 이는 디스플레이를 기반으로 한 GUI를 기반으로 하고 있다. ICT환경과 상황에 맞는 디스플레이 기기를 이용하여 소비하는 행태를 보이는 것이 콘텐츠 소비 패러다임의 현재라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 이렇게 다르게 나타나는 GUI 디자인 개발 과정의 다른 점을 기본적으로 인식하고 서로 다른 UI 디자인을 사용자 평가방법을 기반으로 비교 검증하는 점에 초점을 두어 실증 과정을 거쳐 보다 사용자 중심적 인터페이스를 디자인하기 위한 평가모델을 구축한 선행연구를 평가모델로 선정하였다. 이를 통해 스마트 TV GUI 디자인의 체감적 문제의식과 개발평가 프로세스에 대해 알아보고 실험분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 DLCA 다면평가 선행연구 고찰을 통해 평가요소, 평가유형, 평가방법, 평가척도인 4가지 평가요인에 대해 알아보고, 현재 스마트 TV GUI 구조 현황을 조사 하였다. 이후 스마트 TV GUI 디자인을 DLCA 다면평가에 대입하여 4가지 평가요인에 대한 실질적인 데이터와 LCA 데이 터를 종합하여 DLCA 다면평가 선행연구에 대한 유효성을 검증하였다. 또한, 스마트 TV GUI 디자인 평가에 있어 DLCA 다면평가가 앞으로의 디자인 평가모델로써 기인하는 바를 시사점으로 도출하였다.

Green roof policies has helped to advance urban greening by creating green spaces on previously unused rooftops. However, there are no requirements covering matters such as greening methods, operation and maintenance obligations and many problems for sustainability and functioning of green roof and green space have been pointed out. This research is intended to clarify the contents and criteria of green roof policies currently implemented in Korea, Japan and other countries, compare them with the evaluation criteria for sustainable and public benefit rating systems and propose comprehensive indices for evaluating the multidimensional functions of green roof from the perspective of urban open space. As a result, it is found that obligation, grant, reimbursement, density bonus and tax credit are frequently used as green roof policies and 41 criteria including percentage of greening area, percentage of trees or shrubs, reduction of heat island effect, open space, landscape, and promotion of biodiversity are identified as criteria applicable to evaluating the multidimensional functions of green roof from the perspective of urban open space, respectively.
