본 연구의 목적은 북한의 사회복지와 관련된 용어들을 역사 서술적인 방법으로 접근 하여 개념적 정의에 대한 통시적 동학을 추적하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서 분석대상 용어는 ‘사회보장’과 ‘사회보장제’등 이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 북한의 공식사전을 분 석기제로 하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 북한의 사전을 중심으로 시대적 구분을 통한 문헌조사기법을 통해 시계열적으로 추적하였다. 분석결과, 북한 사회보장(제)의 ① 적용 대상, ② 급여, ③ 재정, ④ 전달체계를 중심으로 그 동학을 추적하면 1985년을 기준으 로 양분된다. 주요 특징으로는 첫째, 이때부터 김일성과 김정일의 은혜와 배려를 동시에 강조하였다. 둘째, 이 시기 북한은 적용대상의 보편주의와 급여 종류의 구체적 진술이 나타난다. 셋째, 재정은 기존의 1970년대 내용과 거의 동일하였다. 넷째, 전달체계는 모든 시기에서 시설보호를 제외한 별도의 언급이 부재하였다. 다섯째, 실업보호와 관련한 직접적인 급여가 전 기간에 걸쳐 부재하였다. 반면 내용 중심으로 접근하면, 북한은 시간의 경과에 비례하여 1985년까지 발전적인 모습을 보이고 이후 정체되었다. 또한 북한은 시간의 경과에 대비하여 설명과 진술의 구체성을 중심으로 살펴보면, 1950년대의 소극적 진술이 시간에 비례하여 적극적인 진술로 발전하는 형태를 보였다. 하지만 1985년 이후 2002년까지 사실상의 큰 내용 변화가 없다. 아울러 이 과정에서 사회주의 체제의 보편성과 북한체제의 특수성이 동시에 나타났다. 사회주의체제의 보편 성의 경우 적용대상의 보편주의와 국가공로자의 우대로 대표된다. 특수성의 경우 북한 은‘사회보장’과‘사회보장제’에 대해 통치자인 김일성과 김정일의 시혜를 강조하였다.

The aim of the present study was to examine factors affecting Korean university EFL learners' English reading comprehension across two reading tasks (i.e., literal vs. inferential reading). To this end, five latent factors (linguistic, cognitive, affective, social, and English reading) were targeted, and the structural relationships among these five factors were analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. Results of the present study demonstrate that for literal reading comprehension task, linguistic, cognitive, and social factors made a significant and direct impact on Korean university students' English reading performances, whereas the effect of affective factor was not significant. Regarding the inferential reading task, only linguistic and cognitive factors were significantly and positively associated with Korean university students' English reading comprehension. Implications for pedagogy as well as for future research directions were also provided.

이 글은 데리다의 환대의 철학에 근거하여 다문화 사회에서 이방인에 대한 환대의 특징 을 검토하고, 환대의 철학이 다문화 사회로서의 한국에 주는 시사점이 무엇인지 탐색하려 는 목적을 가지고 있다. 데리다의 환대는 다문화 사회에서의 이방인이 가져온, 이방인에 관 한 질문들을 통해 이방인/비이방인에 대한 관념과 양자 간의 경계를 해체함으로써 기존의 환대에 내재된 한계를 극복할 것을 요청한다. 또한 데리다는 환대의 법제화가 수반하는 딜 레마를 극복함으로써, 환대의 법을 통해 궁극적으로 이루고자 하는 것이 정의를 실현하고 자 하는 것임을 상기시켜준다. 마지막으로 환대의 철학은 제한적이고 조건적인 관용을 넘 어 무조건적이고 절대적인 환대를 실천하기 위해 끊임없는 시도가 필요함을, 그리고 그것 이 곧 정의를 실현하는 것임을 강조한다. 데리다의 환대의 철학은 평등과 사회적 정의의 실현과 관련하여 한국 사회에 중요한 시사점을 준다.

In this study, the longevity index was suggested for researches about social and environmental effects to human immorality and criteria for defining longevity area were developed using statistical analysis. Candidates indexes based on researches about the tend of human death ratio were investigated. As a result statistical analysis, ratio of population over 85 yearn old and over 65 years was selected as a longevity index. Statistical analysis on the longevity distribution at each district showed that 'eup' and 'myun' are appropriate spatial unit to study social and geographical characteristics of longevity. The spatial analysis using the ArcViewTM with the suggested index shows the time dependent variances of degree of immorality and spatial relationship between degree of immorality and human migration.
