본 논문은 CFD 해석법을 이용하여 사고 선박의 손상부 형상에 따른 기름 유출량 변화를 예측하고, 이론 추정식에서 이를 고려 할 수 있는 방출계수 도출 결과를 소개한다. Froude수와 Reynolds수 상사를 만족하는 조건에서 다상유동 해석법을 사용하여 모형선 크기의 기름 유출 문제를 다루었다. 수치해석 결과는 알려진 실험 결과와 비교하여 검증하였다. 수학적 형상들로 정의한 손상부 형상의 변화와 함께 손상부 가로세로비와 기름탱크 두께의 변화가 기름 유출 유동에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 보다 현실적인 상황을 고려하기 위해 손상부의 찧어진 철판의 영향에 대한 해석도 포함하였다. 수치해석 결과를 통해 사고 선박의 손상부 형상에 따른 기름 유출량의 변화를 확인하였으며, 다양한 손상부 형상이 가지는 점성 영향을 방출계수로 정량화하여 추출하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 방출계수에 대한 검 증을 위하여 알려진 기름 유출량 주정식에게 적용하였으며, CFD 해석과 좋은 일치를 얻었다.
본 논문은 CFD 해석법을 이용한 단일선체 및 이중선체 선박의 손상에 따른 기름 유출량 추정 결과를 소개한다. 수치해석 기법 으로 다상유동 해석법을 사용하고 기름 유출 유동에 대한 다양한 수치해석적 조건의 변화에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. 좌초 또는 충돌에 의한 다양한 손상 조건에서의 기름 유출량의 변화를 해석하였으며 실험 결과를 통해 검증하였다. 본 논문의 수치해석 결과는 단일선체와 이중선체의 기하학적 특성을 따라 실험 결과와 잘 일치하였다. 특별히 물과 기름의 복잡한 상호작용이 나타나는 이중선체의 기름 유출 상황도 실험과 동일하게 타당하게 예측하였다. 본 연구를 통해 사고 선박의 기름 유출량 추정에 필요한 CFD기법을 정립할 수 있었다.
Ultrasonic vibrator is an equipment which atomizes and homogenizes the oils by breaking the oil particles with ultrasonic vibration cavity, and possibly improves the properties. There are various parameters on the effect of ultrasonic irradiation. Especially, this study intended to investigate the matrix structure of sludge oils and the erosion damages for horn disc SS41 according to the variation of the oil temperature and the immersing depth of horn disc. Sludge oils were irradiated with ultrasonic vibration and then observed the aspects of the change of oil particles. From these, the recycling feasibility of sludge oil for useable oil to be burnt was determined. The erosion damages for horn disc SS41 were examined with weight loss, weight loss rate and the irradiation time to max. erosion rate. These data will be useful to the development of ultrasonic breaking systems to recycle sludge oil and to consider a countermeasure for the prevention of erosion damages.
Many investments and works being continued to preserve green ocean in each countries of the world. Especial1y, the researches on the prevention of marine oil pollution being strengthened. It is not easy to disclose sludge oils that were produced necessarily in the ships operation, so that they are transferred to shore treating facility after collected inside the ship's sludge tank mostly. However, this shore transferring method is not only costly and time consuming but also entails risk of oil pollution. In this regard, it will be the best way to manage the sludge oils inside ship itself. The purpose of this study is to device an ultrasonic breaking systems which recycle the sludge oil from ships into usable oil to be burnt. In this paper, the first place, matrix structures of sludge fuel oil(SFO) and sludge lubricating oil(SLO) with the irradiation time for ultrasonic vibrator were interpreted. And, erosion damage for vibrator horn tip which is one of important part of ultrasonic breaking systems was examined under such an environment of the sludge oils. The material for horn tip is being made of SS41 steel and its erosion phase was investigated with variation of the vibration amplitude of 50μm and 24μm as well as the change of temperature in the oil environments. It is suggested that the experimental results can be helpful to the development of sludge oil disposing systems for the vessel.
The marine structures with sea water cooling system always expose to the oceanic atmosphere. Therefore, the protection of the equipments is very important. To investigate the effectiveness of advanced composite materials for the application in offshore environments, the tensile test, hardness test, undercutting property test, permeance test and the friction and wear test were carried out by using various applicable coating materials. The main results obtained can be summarized as follows; 1. The micro-hardness of the Archcoat 502B showed the highest value. 2. The coefficient of friction of the Rigspray coating at the speed of 2.21m/sec showed the lowest value, and that of the Archcoat 502B coating at 1.08m/sec and 0.18m/sec indicated the lowest values. 3. The wear mass at the speed of 0.18m/sec and 1.08m/sec in dry condition showed the smallest values. 4. The Archcoat 502B coating is fitted to the dynamic instruments in the range of low speed and middle speed. Rigspray coating is fitted to the dynamic instruments in the range of high speed. 5. The wear mass of five kinds of coating materials at the range of low speed was very small, and those of the Archcoat S02B, Archcoat 402B and Rigspray coating at high speed range were quitely smaller than those of the Modified Epoxy and Tar Epoxy.
최근의 선박은 설계 단계부터 그 수명을 다할 때 까지 여러 가지 환경적인 측면이 중요하게 고려되어 제작되고 있다. 이 중 유조선의 좌초충돌에 의한 기름 유출사고는 심각한 해양오염의 일으키는 주요한 원인이 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선박의 층돌해석코드를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 선박이 어떠한 손상을 입게 되는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 105k 탱커모델을 구성하고 일련의 시리즈해석을 LS-Dyna3D로 해석을 수행하였다. 연구수행은 먼저, 요소크기의 수렴성을 확인하여 요소크기를 결정하였고, 좌초시나리오를 구성하여 해석한 후, 결과를 분석하여 나타내었다.
Damage stability is generally very important as a part of rescue technique of damaged ship and also in connection with the requirements of MARPOL73/78[2]. Damage stability calculation program has been developed and suggest, which can be used on an onboard computer for any operating drafts. The program is based on lost buoyancy method for calculation of final drafts, and also based on added mass method for calculation of residual righting arm. The numerical method suggested by Hamamoto-Kim[6] is adopted for calculation of intact righting arm(GZ). The model experiments on damage stability are also carried out in a small tank with tanker model 2.385 meters long. The experimental results are compared with the calculations by the suggested method.
