This study investigates secondary school English teachers’ perceptions and psychological burdens involved in the implementation of the speaking and writing tests of the National English Ability Test, which is being developed by the Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. The study surveyed 138 secondary school English teachers in Seoul. Although more than half of the teachers were aware of the new test, 18% of the surveyed teachers were not aware of the fact that speaking and writing skills would be assessed in the new test. Also, 22.7% of the teachers were opposed to the productive skills test. More than half (56.2%) of the teachers felt some psychological burdens toward the inclusion of the speaking/writing tests. Although the teachers admitted that serving as raters for the new test would help improve their teaching, the majority of them were reluctant to participate in the actual rating process. The teachers felt that the difficulty of subjective rating and the lack of time for the speaking and writing tests were serious problems in implementing the new test. The teachers were sensitive toward the students’ test anxiety. They also indicated that they feel a strong psychological burden when making judgments on the students' performances. Implications and suggestions are made based on the findings.
본 연구는 핵심자기평가, 셀프리더십, 심리적 임파워먼트, 그리고 조직유효성과의 관련성에 대하여 종합적으로 실증분석을 하였다. 제안된 연구모형을 살펴보면 핵심자기평가는 조직유효성(직무만족 및 조직몰입, 혁신행동)에 영향을 미치며, 이 과정에서 셀프리더십과 심리적 임파워먼트가 매개변수로 사용되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 가설의 검증을 위하여 울산광역시에 소재한 은행업, 증권업, 보험업, 공공기관, 교육기관, 제조업, 기타 서비스업 등 총 7개 업종에 근무하고
종래 농촌개발전략은 농업 및 농민에게 중점을 두고 도시의 편리성을 지향하는 정책이었다. 그러나 농업에 의한 농촌발전의 한계성이 드러나고 도시를 지향하는 농촌의 정주정책은 농촌경관의 획일화를 초래함에 따라 농촌다움이 상실되는 문제점을야기하여 왔다. 이로인해, 농촌다움의 상실은 농촌 자체 매력의 상실을 가져왔으며, 이는 소비자인 도시민으로부터 외면당하는결과를 초래하였다. 이에 따라 농업과 농촌이 가지고 있는 잠재적인 기능과 다면적인 기능에 대한 재평가가 이루어지고있으며 이의 활용을 통한 농촌의 활성화를 모색하는 대안이 제기되고 있다.따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 농촌경관 자원으로서 그 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 활용가능한 자원으로 인식되고 있는 농업생산경관의심리적 특성을 분석함으로써 농촌계획에 있어 활용가능한 심리적 인자를 제시하고자 하며, 이후의 농촌계획 및 경관영향평가에 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 평가기준을 마련하고자 한다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study were the evaluation and effects of mindfulness· acceptance, commitment(MAC) approach on psychological flexibility and golf performance in elite golfer. Methods: The participants of this study was the three golfers registered by KLPGA. All of golfers received the same measures given at pre- and post-7 treatment : Acceptance & Action Questionnaire-16(AAQ-16: Bond et al 2000), golf performance (scores average, putting average, birdies average, GIR %, par save% par break%, recover average). MAC strategies of this study were mindfulness, acceptance, defusion, commitment, and value. Results: during 7 treatments of mindfulness⋅acceptance commitment, acceptance & action (psychological flexibility) and golf performance of three golfers was improved. Conclusion: MAC training is evaluated to contribute to improve the psychological flexibility and golf performance. Therefore, it is necessary to experience the MAC training for the psychological stability and continuous performance improvement of the golf players. In particular, it is recommended to learn psychological flexibility to focus on current awareness, non-judgmental acceptance, decentralized attention of mindfulness, and commitment for value behavior. The details of the results are discussed.
