Various optical devices are utilized to fire artillery in Korean Army. To transport and store the optical devices, some cases are made up for a set. The covers of cases are made of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic(GFRP) and resin. Because of materials of case, it has a disadvantage in productivity for manufacturing covers and assembling components. In this study, ABS resin is presented for alternative and verify possibility through FEM analysis. Comparing with GFRP, max stress-ratio of ABS is decreased 19.6% for bottom, 8.2% for side and 25.4% for edge. Also each strain is changed 17.3%, 180.3% and 17.7%. According to the research results, ABS resin is considered possible for alternative. And the number of components is decreased for around 73.8%.
Our environment is faced with serious problems related to the air pollution from automobiles in these days. In particular, the exhaust emissions from the diesel engines are recognized main cause which influenced environment strong. In this study, the potential of biodiesel fuel and oxygenated fuel (ethylene glycol mono-n-butyl ether; EGBE) was investigated as an effective method of decreasing the smoke emission. The smoke emission of blending fuel (EGBE 0~20 vol-%) was reduced in comparison with diesel fuel and it was reduced approximately 64% at 2000 rpm, full load in the 20% of blending rate. But torque and brake specific energy consumption (BSEC) didn't have no large differences. But, NOx emissions from biodiesel fuel and EGBE blended fuel were increased compared with diesel fuel.
Additives in plastics are capable of migrating from the packaging materials into the foodstuffs, thereby presenting a source of contamination and a potential health risk to the consumer. The migration from packaging materials into foodstuffs is first of all regulated by examining the amounts of global and specific migrated components. Besides, there is worldwide still a need for practical methods for measuring and monitoring migration from polymers, especially for the testing of migration into fatty foodstuffs. Therefore, these studies were undertaken to investigate the safety status of domestic plastic packaging materials with respect to migration. Another objective of this study was to examine the applicability of ethanol as an alternative fatty food simulant substituting for olive oil and n-heptane. The evaporation residues for various domestic plastic samples determined as described in Korean food laws were in the level from 4.3 to 14.5 mg/l, which were much lower than the limit value of 150 mg/l. The global migration values into 95 % ethanol showed to be comparable to those into n-heptane, while the olive oil migration values were comparably higher than those into ethanol or n-heptane and moreover they were not reproducible. The kinetic migration behavior of additives in polyolefin samples into 95% ethanol showed a Fickian diffusion process. The results of these studies on global migration and kinetic testings demonstrate that the ethanol could be successfully substitute for the olive oil and n-heptane as an alternative fatty food simulant, at least in contact with polyolefins.
원예치료 및 주요 대체 치료법의 논문을 대상으로 프로그램 및 평가 도구 중심으로 특성울 분석하였다. 각 대체치료법 프로그램 중 원예치료에서는 꽃장식(33.3%), 작업치료에서는 입기(25.2%), 미술치료에서는 그림활동(31.0%), 음악치료에서는 음악감상(31.1%)이 가장 높았다. 대체 치료법의 치료횟수는 전반적으로 25번 이하의 비율이 44.0%(작업치료) 이상으로 나타났다. 치료 평가 도구를 조사한 결과 원예치료 자아존중감측정지(26.4%), 작업치료 관찰일지(60.5%), 미술치료 관찰일지(18.8%), 음악치료 불안척도(28.1%) 각 치료에서 높았다. 대체 치료법 평가도구 중 관찰일지(35.1%) 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다
The purpose of this research was evaluated economical effect to apply alternative external carbon source. Conventional activated sludge process in municipal wastewater treatment plant was adapted and introduced to Biological nutrient removal processes to meet the newly enforced effluent quality standard for nutrient removal in Korea. Low COD/NH4+-N ratio and higher nutrient concentration of influent characteristics force to inject external carbon source for denitrifying recycled nitrate. In the most case, methanol was used as external carbon source. But Methanol is expensive and very dangerous in handling. So we could find cheaper and safer external carbon source substituted methanol in last study. This alternative external carbon source is named RCS(recoverd carbon source) and a by-product of fine chemical product at chemical plant. When RCS was applied real municipal wastewater treatment plant, average 55~65% of T-N removal efficiency, 8.8mg/l of effluent T-N concentration, 11.3mg/l of effleunt COD concentration were obtained without effluent COD increase as against used methanol. To apply RCS in municipal wastewater treatment plant obtain approximately 74.5% expenditure cost reduction in comparison with methanol dosage cost.
