본 연구는 도시지역에서 시행되고 있는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스의 예방적 돌봄 기능을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 부산지역 수행기관의 전 담사회복지사 및 관리자를 대상으로 중요도-수행도 분석(IPA)을 실시하 고, IPA 결과의 해석과 맥락 이해를 보완하기 응답자 중 일부를 대상으 로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 병행하였다. 연구 결과, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스는 안전·안부 확인과 정서적 지지를 중심으로 한 1차 예방 기능이 안정적으 로 수행되고 있었으며, 이는 독거노인 비율이 높은 부산의 도시적 특성 속에서 중요한 보호 체계로 작동하고 있었다. 그러나 서비스의 목적을 살릴 수 있는 전략과 운영의 미비, 특화서비스 제공의 구조적 한계 등의 문제도 함께 도출되었다. 결과를 기반으로 도시지역 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 의 예방적 돌봄 기능 강화를 위한 정책적·실천적 개선 방안을 종합적으 로 논의하였다.

본 연구는 노인맞춤돌봄 특화서비스 우울형 이용 노인을 대상으로 집 단프로그램의 효과성을 혼합연구방법을 통해 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 노인맞춤돌봄 특화서비스 제공기관인 J시 H기관의 특화서비스 이용 노인을 대상으로 실험집단 24명, 통제집단 20명으로 구분하여 사 전·사후 검사를 실시하였으며, 양적 자료는 공분산분석(ANCOVA), 질적 자료는 포커스그룹 인터뷰(FGI)를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 실험집단 은 통제집단에 비해 우울감과 자살생각이 유의미하게 감소하였다. 또한 질적 분석에서는 자기돌봄 역량 강화, 대인관계 확장, 정서적 안정의 경 험이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 노인맞춤돌봄 특화서비스 우울형 대상자를 위한 집단중재의 실천적 효과를 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the roles and tasks of dietitians working with the elderly in customized home visiting health services at public health centers. Methods: This study conducted a literature review, meetings with 3 experts, and a two-round Delphi technique with 9 experts. Results: The analysis of dietitians’ roles and tasks revealed 5 roles, 10 duties, and 30 tasks. The dietitians’ roles included registration and management of nutrition service clients, nutrition service management, internal and external linkage management within public health centers, document and supplies management, and development of job competencies. The ten duties included registration and management of nutrition service clients, nutrition assessment, nutrition service planning, implementation of nutrition and dietary education and counseling, administration of food support services, development of nutrition education and counseling programs and materials, evaluation of nutrition programs and services, internal and external linkage management within public health centers, administrative management, and professional development. Conclusions: The findings indicate that the government should ensure an adequate number of dietitians to deliver universal preventive health services for the elderly, along with a job training program to support their effective performance in these roles.

Purpose: In countries with a large elderly population, the integrated visiting health care program for the elderly in communities was effective in preventing frailty and reducing medical expenses. Customized preventive health service is essential in a super-aged society. The purpose of this study is to estimate the number of professionals who perform visiting health care for the elderly. Methods: The statistics for the elderly from Statistics Korea and the Visiting Healthcare Performance Report from Korea Health Promotion Institute were employed in the analysis. The elderly were divided into four groups: healthy, pre-frailty, frailty I, and frailty II, according to their health level. Through the focus group interview, the ratio of nurses, physical activity experts, and nutritionists was set at 8:1:1. Results: Three scenarios were classified into minimum, medium, and maximum according to the number of visits. In the case of Seoul, the number of essential professionals was calculated at least from 719 to a maximum of 1,837. Conclusion: Since this study has a limitation in calculating visiting health care experts only by the ratio of nurses, physical activity experts, and nutritionists, future studies should consider experts or professionals in the field of social welfare, oral health, and visiting treatment.

With the development of maritime ICT, the introduction of e-navigation and the MASS (maritime autonomous surface ship), the types and scope of maritime communication networks are expanding, and the need for digital AtoN services is increasing. However, due to problems such as the aging of fishing crews, coastal backlight, weather conditions, and inexperience with regard to the use of advanced navigation equipment on board, the visual and electronic perception of AtoN is degraded, and it is difficult to ensure safe ship navigation. In this study, in response to the introduction of the MASS, a plan for the development of an active customized virtual digital AtoN service system in consideration of ship operating conditions and geographic conditions is proposed. The proposed service system may facilitate electronic identification of AtoN and contribute to preventing marine accidents by ensuring the safe navigation of ships.

In recent years, research has been tried in various ways to incorporate sensitivity (emotion, feeling) in music content service. At home and abroad in a number of commercial music services, concept of user sensitivity has been incorporated in order to make their users feel more friendly and comfortable. However, the number of emotion words applied to those services was too small to express the varied and complex emotions user wants. In addition, the number of emotional contents was not sufficient. In this paper, we proposed the music sensitivity model and evaluation method, as a key component of customized service which provides personalized content search and social recommendation features. The proposed model provides a number of emotional words, built based on a musical vocabulary freely expressed on the Web, and intuitive classification of emotional words including mood (human feeling), emotion (content feeling), situation, and property categories. The proposed evaluation method provides an intuitive user interface for users to easily express their sensitivity, what they feels after listening music contents. The experiment was performed on 20 subjects, tested for lexical classification and sensitivity evaluation tasks, and the results showed the proposed method are meaningfully close to user intuition.

본 연구는 생애주기별 맞춤형 치유농업서비스를 적용하기 위하여 아동을 대상으로 하는 치유농업서비스 프로그램에 사용할 수 있는 아동 용 느낌말을 알아보고자 수행하였다. 조사는 2016년 4월 27일에서 5월 10일까지 서울, 전주 초등학교 4,5,6학년 학생 450명을 대상으로 조시를 실시하고, 조사에 정확하게 답한 392명을 대상으로 분석을 하였다. 조사내용은 한국비폭력대화센터에서 제시하고 있는 느낌말 목록(162개, 욕구가 충족되었을 때 71개, 욕 구가 충족되지 않았을 때 92개)으로 제시하고, 정확히 알겠다. 보통정도다. 정확히 모르겠다의 3점 척도로 조사하였다. 조사결과 욕구가 충족되었을 때의 목록 중 초등학생 80%이상이 알겠다고 답한 느낌말은 고마운, 즐거운, 행복한, 사랑하는, 감사한, 기쁜, 반가운, 신나는, 감동받은, 편안한, 재미있는, 따뜻한, 뿌듯한, 평화로운, 든든한, 여유로운, 용기나는, 가벼운, 당당한, 자신감 있는, 만족스 런, 차분한, 힘이 솟는, 진정되는, 활기찬, 안심이 되는 , 흥분된, 두근거리는, 긴장이 풀리는, 상쾌한, 포근한, 흥미로운, 기운이 나는, 살아있 는, 느긋한, 감격스런, 개운한, 짜릿한, 잠잠해진, 고요한, 흐뭇한, 평온한, 통쾌한, 들뜬으로 44개 느낌말로 나타났으며, 20%의 학생만이 알 고 있는 느낌말은 원기가 왕성한, 누그러지는으로 조사되었다. 욕구가 충족되지 않았을 때의 목록 중 초등학생 100-80%가 정확히 알겠다고 답한 느낌말은 무서운, 걱정되는, 화나는, 힘든, 심심한, 슬픈, 놀란, 부끄러운, 짜증나는, 외로운, 겁나는, 답답한, 억울한, 두려운, 안타까운, 떨리는, 실망스러운, 지루한, 그리운, 서운한, 귀찮은, 불편한, 속상한, 긴장한, 우울한, 괴로운, 피곤한, 불안한, 지겨운, 민망한, 지친, 쑥쓰러운, 섭섭한, 열받는, 어색한, 질린, 신경쓰이는, 서러운, 오싹 한, 분한, 약오르는, 조마조마한, 멍한, 좌절한, 초조한, 절망스러운, 혼란스러운, 찜찜한, 허전한, 따분한, 섬뜩한으로 51개의 느낌말로 조사 되었다. 암담한, 곤혹스러운, 겸연쩍은은 20%미만의 학생들만 알고 있다고 답하였다.
