        2020년 초 코로나가 온 세계를 휩쓸어 전 세계 경제에도 심각한 충격을 줬지만, 중국 전자상거래는 이번 사태에서 새로운 발전을 보여주고 있다. 본고에서는 코로나 이후 중국 전자상거래 새로운 소비 증의 발전, 신 유형 출현, 코로나로 인한 물류 발전, 중국 크로스보더 이커머스(cross-border e-commerce, 跨境電商)등의 측면에서 중국 전자상거래의 새로운 변화를 파악하고 코로나 시대 중국 전자상거래가 직면한 문제점과 시사점을 제시하였다. 예를 들어 전자상거래 플랫폼 관리의 미흡하다, ‘쭝차우(種草)’패턴은 소비자의 충동적 소비를 쉽게 유발한다, 신유형 전자상거래 모델이 성숙하지 않다, 콜드 체인 운송비용이 높다, 크로스보더 이커머스 물류체계가 미비하다. 농촌 지역 전자상거래 발전이 낙후된다, 전자상거래 전문인력이 부족하다. 이를 바탕으로 전자상거래 플랫폼 규제 강화, 건전하고 이성적인 인터넷 소비환경 조성, 전자상거래의 새로운 패러다임 육성, 농촌 전자상거래, 크로스보더 이커머스 인프라 강화, 스마트 물류의 커버리지 향상, 인재양성 중시 등의 대책과 건의 등을 제시해 중국 전자상거래의 장기적인 발전을 도모한다.

        The main purpose of this study is to find the factors affecting the consumer goods buyers’ choice on e-commerce sites in Vietnam. By using the quantitative method, the paper examines the theoretical research model and tests four hypotheses. The sample was drawn from the population of e-commerce sites in Vietnam comprising about 1,000 respondents. This study used the questionnaire method to collect primary data to test the hypotheses. Data analysis of the questionnaire was done using SPSS. The results show that there is a correlation between personal preferences of consumers on colors and brands and their actual final choice on e-commerce sites in Vietnam. The most important factor affecting the consumer goods buyers’ choice on e-commerce in Vietnam is the brand of E-commerce site, following by the color and position. Among all educational groups, respondents with a Master degree pay the biggest attention to the site’s color attribute, and those with a Bachelor degree pay more attention to the brand attribute. Women pay much more attention to the location of the products on the screen than men, as do consumers with a PhD degree, over respondents with a Bachelor or Master degree, and foreigners over Vietnamese consumers.

        This study investigates the gender differences in determinants of customers’ satisfaction when purchasing online beauty and cosmetics products in Vietnamese market. To do so, we construct a data set via online survey of 419 Vietnamese customers including both males and females, and examine such sample using t-tests and multiple regressions. Our regression model is constructed based on our five-construct model including online shopping experience, customer service, external incentives, security and privacy, and personal characteristics. The t-tests results reveal that the mean difference of customer satisfaction (negative coefficient) between the two groups of customers (females and males) is statistically significant. This suggests that the purchasing satisfaction of male customers is significantly higher than that of their female counterparts. Similarly, we also find that male customers are more satisfied with their online shopping experience, customer service and external incentives offered by the online sellers than female peers. Furthermore, regression results for full sample show that, on average, the online shopping experience, customer service and external incentives are significantly and positively related to customer satisfaction. Yet, such positive effect of customer service on customer satisfaction is more likely for males while females’ satisfaction is more positively influenced by security and privacy.

        This study examines the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty with the intervening role of customers’ satisfaction in the e-commerce industry. The research method uses a quantitative research design with a survey model. The sample used in this study is Tokopedia consumers who live in DKI Jakarta and have done online shopping at Tokopedia at least twice in the last six months. All variables used were reliable and valid and met the research requirements. The object of this research were the 200 customer respondents who had made purchases on the largest e-commerce platform of Indonesia, Tokopedia. Data analysis was done by using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that: first, the service quality and perceived value affect customer satisfaction positively. Second, there is a mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty. Third, service quality and perceived value directly affect customer loyalty positively but insignificantly. The result implies that the role of customer satisfaction is significant in creating loyalty. In the e-commerce industry, good quality and perception could positively influence customers but not necessarily form loyalty. For that, e-commerce players should pay a lot of attention on customer satisfaction.

        Purpose: As one of the most developed cities in China, the application of e-commerce is more mature, especially the promotion of ecommerce to foreign trade. After the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in 2013, the government issued a series of policies to promote the application of e-commerce in Shanghai's foreign trade. This paper takes Shanghai FTZ as an example to study how to develop the application of e-commerce in other free trade zones and how to innovate the international trade mode. Research design, data and methodology: This paper selects the latest data from 2010 to 2019, uses econometric correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the impact of e-commerce on the foreign trade of Shanghai FTZ. Results: At last, the conclusion is drawn that the establishment of free trade zone provides many advantages for the development of e-commerce in Shanghai, and the growth of e-commerce in Shanghai FTZ promotes the development of foreign trade of Shanghai FTZ. Conclusions: So as to promote the development of e-commerce in Shanghai Free Trade Zone, some suggestions are put forward, such as increasing network supervision, establishing e-commerce talent training system, logistics management and information management systematization.

        Purpose: Prior studies rarely investigated the effects of the Word of Mouse (WoM) information on consumers’ motivation and willingness to purchase a product. Furthermore, few scholars have studied how word-of-mouth information works and they fail to find consistent results. Research design, data and methodology: This study uses a multivariate regression model to investigate the influence of WoM on consumer attitudes and consumer decision-making. It categorizes the quality of WoM into source level and acceptance level, to analyze its influence from a new perspective. A total of 400 surveys were completed, resulting in 336 usable questionnaires for analysis. It was collected in 14 cities from all regions in China. This study constructs a theoretical model of WoM influence on consumers' purchase willingness based on a systematic review of the related literature on WoM quality, perceived value, customer trust, and consumers' purchase willingness. Results: Empirical results reveal that the Internet WoM (consumer's source level and acceptance level) indirectly affects consumer behavior by influencing consumer attitudes. Conclusions: This study provides practical significance and value for merchants to develop better WoM marketing and to establish the reliability of WoM websites. Companies should consider online WoM from the perspective of consumers, thereby improving existing marketing strategies.

        This study has four objectives: (1) Identifying factors that affect customer satisfaction on online service quality of Tiki.vn, (2) Measuring the level of impact of the factors, (3) Testing the difference in satisfaction among groups of customers with different characteristics in terms of gender, age, income, academic level, and occupation, and (4) Proposing some managerial implications to improve the quality of online services by interviewing directly and online 200 individual customers who have shopped at Tiki.vn E-commerce platform for at least the last six months, using the convenient sampling method. This study analyzes the reliability of the scale through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Exploratory factor analysis, and Linear regression analysis. The findings identified four factors that influence positively customer satisfaction regarding the quality of online services in Tiki.vn E-commerce platform in the order of descending strength: (1) Trust, (2) Customer service, (3) Web design and (4) Safety. In addition, the results show no difference in customer satisfaction according to different academic levels, but in terms of occupation and income, gender, and age. The results show that the factors influencing most customer satisfaction are Reliability and Customer Service. Some managerial implications are then proposed to improve the quality of online shopping services at Tiki.vn.

        Purpose - This study focuses on the continuance intention of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce. By literature review, this paper looks through the classical theories which are often applied to study use behavior and continuance intention on the electronic commerce area. Ultimately based on the expectancy theory, Technology acceptance model, success model as well as trust model, a model of the continuance intention of fresh products O2O electronic commerce application is established. Research design, data, and methodology - Among users Chinese consumers have been chosen who have use experience as the research objects. From October 2, 2018 to November 2, 2018, 685 questionnaires in total were collected by the online release and collection. Expect for the negative questionnaires, the remaining 650 pieces of data are statistically analyzed. The collected data were firstly be analyzed by SPSS Ver. 25 on its frequency, reliability and exploratory factors. Then AMOS Ver. 25 is applied to the Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Discriminant Validity and hypothesis testing of the Structural Equation Modeling. Finally, the following research conclusions could be obtained from the hypothesis testing. Results - Firstly, in the extended IS model, quality factor for hypothesis testing, service quality, information quality and delivery quality have obviously present positive influences on satisfaction respectively. Secondly, in the hypothesis testing part of ECM-ISC model and UTAUT model, all hypotheses have presented accepted results. Especially from expectation confirmation to usefulness perception, the influence factor achieves 12.603, In the hypothesis of continuance intention, the influence factor of social influence on continuance intention is 7.748 and also it is the most remarkable one. Conclusions - The results show that the service quality of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce has the greatest impact on satisfaction, while the perceived usefulness of consumers has the most significant impact on O2O fresh agricultural products for sustainable use intention. This thesis makes up for the blank of O2O fresh food e-commerce for sustainable use intentions, and provides a theoretical basis for consumers' sustainable use behavior, and practical enlightenment for the sustainable development of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce.

        Pushed by China's rural revitalization, agricultural e-commerce is developing rapidly. However, there are some problems in the application such as short supply chain, insufficient information integration, and little real benefits for small farmers. On the basis of systematically analyzing the environment and current situation of e-commerce in the trade of fresh agricultural products and using the theory of supply chain dynamic alliance, this paper proposes a process of P2C (Producers To Consumers) e-commerce mode in the trade of fresh agricultural products based on integrated platform to optimize the overall benefits of the P2 Csupply chain, thereby improving the organization and management production and distribution of fresh e-commerce, together with countermeasures for cultivating P2C e-commercesy stem. The combination of mature e-commerce technology and agricultural industry is the key to the success of agricultural e-commerce. It is of great theoretical value and application value to study the P2C e-commerce mode of fresh agricultural products based on supply chain dynamic alliance.

        Along with the economic globalization and network generalization, this provides a good opportunity to the development of cross-border ecommerce trade. Based on this background, this paper sets ASEAN countries as an example to exploit the determinants of cross-border ecommerce trade including the export and the import, respectively. The panel data from the year of 1998 to 2016 will be employed to estimate the relationship between cross-border e-commerce trade and relevant variables under the dynamic ordinary least squares and the error correction model. The findings of this paper show that there is a long-run relationship between cross-border e-commerce trade and relevant variables. Generally speaking, the GDP(+) and real exchange rate(-export & +import) have an effect on cross-border e-commerce trade. However, the population (+) and the terms of trade (-) only have an effect on cross-border e-commerce import. The empirical evidences show that the GDP and the real exchange rate always affect the development of cross-border e-commerce trade. Therefore, all ASEAN countries should try their best to develop the economic growth and focus on the exchange rate regime so as to meet the need of crossborder e-commerce trade development.

        최근 국경 간 전자상거래 수출은 중국 수출 비즈니스의 중요한 요인으로 성장하고 있다. 정보 기술의 발전과 함께 중국의 국경 간 전자상거래 수출은 급속하게 성장을 하고 있다. 그러나 중국의 국경 간 전자상거래 수출 기업들은 또한 몇 가지 도전에 직면하고 있다. 따라서 중국의 국경간 전자상거래 수출 기업들의 현황 및 당면한 문제들을 분석하는 것은 그 기업들이 딜레마를 벗어나는데 유용할 것이다. 본 연구는 PEST와 4P 전략을 포함한 마케팅 분석 도구를 사용하여 중국의 국경 간 전자상거래 기업들을 둘러싸는 내부 및 외부 환경을 분석하고, 그 마케팅 전략에 존재하는 문제들을 지적한다. 중국의 국경 간 전자상거래 수출 전략을 개선하기 위한 제안들이 본 연구에서 제안된다. 본 연구의 성과는 선행 연구의 갭을 채우는 것뿐만 아니라 또한 중국의 국경 간 전자상거래 수출 기업들로 하여금 그들의 시장을 보다 효과적으로 확대하는데 시사점을 주고자 한다.

        The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of informational justice on post-recovery satisfaction, and the effect of post-recovery satisfaction on behavioral intentions in e-commerce, including further investigate the moderating effect of service failure severity. Using quantitative method, the population of this research are online customers in Indonesia, with non-probability sampling that will be done by purposive sampling method based on predetermined criterias, which are customers who were doing transactions in the Business to Consumer (B2C) online sites, experienced service failure in the last 6 months, submitted a complaint, and received a response. Sample of 317 online customers were gathered and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study indicated that 5 hypothesis are supported with data. As a conclusion, informational justice and post-recovery satisfaction has positive effect, while service failure severity acts as a moderator between post-recovery satisfaction and behavioral intentions. As a managerial implication, online store management needs to ensure the informational justice to make a post-recovery satisfaction. Therefore, online store management needs to ensure the informational justice to make a post-recovery satisfaction, increase repurchase and positive e-word of mouth intention, also work harder to recover services, especially in high service failure severity condition.

        Price discount is one of the commonly used promotion strategies to increase sales and revenue. If a discount is perceived before the purchase (i.e., pre-purchase discount), consumers are likely to perceive it as a potential gain. If it is noticed after making a regular-priced purchase (i.e., post-purchase discount), consumers may develop negative emotions and attitudes. Based on the rising transparency and omnipresence of price and discount information through web and mobile platforms, we attempt to tackle an understudied topic on the negative effect of post-purchase price discount. Specifically, post-purchase discount information may increase consumers’ perception of monetary loss, which may affect consumers’ decision to return the product, potentially increasing the operating costs borne by retailers. Based on a close scrutinization of the current market environment and previous academic literature, we suggest a novel conceptual framework to understand consumers’ perception, attitude, and behavior (perception of loss, willingness to return) upon perceiving various formats of discount promotion (absolute value vs. percentage discount) posterior to the purchase of a product. We also look at the effect of price level (low-priced vs. high-priced). For marketing practitioners, we intend to suggest optimal promotion formats that can alleviate consumers’ negative perceptions and prevent additional operation costs.

        Under the "Belt and Road" initiative, China's bilateral trade with countries participating in the "Belt and Road" ("B&R") initiative is constant and growing. The implementation of the "B&R" has made the development prospect of cross-border e-commerce very broad. In order to realize the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, the cross-border e-commerce logistics that accompanies it plays a fundamental and supporting role. To make the cross-border e-commerce logistics smooth and efficient, it is inseparable from the coordinated development with other countries participating in the "B&R" initiative. At present, there are still many problems in cross-border e-commerce logistics cooperation between China and the countries participating in the "B&R" initiative, such as high logistics costs, long transportation time, low customs clearance efficiency, lagging logistics channel infrastructure construction and so on. Therefore, we should improve the mode of international transportation and accelerate the construction of cross-border e-commerce logistics overseas warehouses or border warehouses. Establish and develop a world electronic trade platform in countries participating in the "B&R" initiative to break the restrictions on China's participation in international trade such as the TPP.         With the advent of Internet era, e-commerce has become the focus of human's life. It leads a new direction of social development . As the representative of traditional industry, shipping industry is confronted with a series of difficulties, which have to break through the traditional and existing model to make their business for survival. With the increasing pricking up of market competition, shipping industry is now facing development bottle neck, but e-commerce provides a new way to solve the problem. This paper firstly describes the existing forms of the e-commerce shipping platform. Secondly analyzes the data for the situation of shipping industry in China, the data for expected functions of an e-commerce shipping platform and the data for how to choose a specific e-commerce shipping platform. Thirdly analyzes the potential risks of establishing e-commerce shipping platform in China. Based on the above researched, the paper provides a suggested model of the shipping e-commerce shipping platform in China.

        전자상거래의 급속한 발전에 따라 온라인쇼핑은 더 이상 대도시에만의 소비방식이 아니다. 시읍단위의 인터넷 소비는 전자상거래의 새로운 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 중소 도시의 전자상거래 함께 연계되어 있는 시읍단위의 물류사업은 당연하게도 여러 물류 기업의 중점 문제로 대두되고 있다. 전자상거래 환경속에 중국 시읍물류 관리는 제 3 자 방식 물류, 착지 배송, 자영+개방식, 일시적 연맹등의 여러가지 방식으로 나타나 고 있다. 그러나 물류 인재의 부족과 물류 자원의 동질화, 물류업계의 장려 정책등이 개선의 여지가 있고, 물류관리가 체계를 잡지 못한 등의 일련의 문제들이 중국 물류 발전을 저해하는 있는 주요 원인이다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 시각에서 중국 시 읍단위의 물류관리모델과 그 속에 존재하는 문제점들을 분석하며, 시읍단위 물류와 전자상거래의 협력발전을 촉진하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
