This study analyzed the effects of consumer confusion on shopping fatigue and negative purchasing behaviors in an internet shopping environment. Further, the effects of shopping fatigue on negative purchasing behaviors were analyzed. The survey was conducted among consumers in their 20s and 40s in the Seoul metropolitan area who had experience of purchasing fashion products through internet shopping. A total of 392 questionnaire were analysis, with frequency, reliability, factor, correlation, and regression analysis completed using the SPSS statistics program. The results of the study showed that consumer confusion and shopping fatigue in internet shopping environment affected negative purchasing behaviors. First, consumer confusion comprised overload confusion, similarity confusion, and ambiguity confusion. It was found that overload confusion and similarity confusion significantly affected shopping fatigue. Second, shopping fatigue significantly affected negative purchasing behaviors, and an increased level of shopping fatigue result in, increased purchase delay and non-purchase behavior. Third, consumer confusion (overload confusion, similarity confusion, ambiguity confusion) significantly affected purchase delay behavior, while similarity confusion and ambiguity confusion significantly affected non-purchasing behavior. These results will provide useful data for e-CRM and marketing directions of internet companies and will contribute to rational decision-making of internet consumers and improve the quality of consumer life.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has gained enormous popularity in various fields of industry. An IoT shopping environment is considered an effective tool for convenient use by consumers. Perceived values (including convenience and privacy risks) of IoT shopping can be the main factors that influence consumers’ shopping intentions. The current study proposed a research model based on a value-based adoption model, which integrated perceived benefit and sacrifice, shopping attitude, and shopping intention in an IoT shopping environment. As potential customers, participants in their 20s and 30s were recruited through a marketing research firm. Responses collected via an online questionnaire validated the proposed research model and hypothesis. The results confirmed significant, positive relationships between perceived benefit, including both remote control and access convenience, and consumers’ positive attitudes toward IoT shopping. The association between perceived privacy risk and consumers’ shopping attitudes was not significant. The indirect effects of two benefits of IoT shopping on shopping intention were also significant and positive. From a practical perspective, this study can help marketers and service providers manage their IoT shopping platforms or applications more effectively to attract consumers. The implications and limitations of this study are discussed. Directions for future research and development of IoT shopping environment are suggested.

과학 발전 및 인류 경제생활 수준이 높아짐과 동시에 중국의 피아 노 문화 시장은 점차 대중성ㆍ다원화성ㆍ다양성 등의 특징을 보이고 있다. 피아노 레슨의 사회적 수요가 나날이 늘어나고 있기 때문에 피 아노 교육학과 학생들은 광범한 피아노 문화 시장의 수요에 만족하 기 위한 준비를 해야 한다. 엘리트 수업의 단일 교육 모델을 깨고 인터넷 플랫폼을 이용한 대 중을 향하는 피아노 교육 방식이 현재 대세이다. 이는 여러 과정의 종합수업 모델 하에서 ‘실용 피아노’의 교수방법과 특징을 활용하여 피아노연주ㆍ기초악리지식ㆍ작곡기초이론을 전통적인 이론 수업과 유기적으로 통합시켜 ‘교과 이념의 시대화, 수업내용의 혁신화, 교수 법의 다양성, 교육평가의 다원화의 특징을 구현하였다. 이는 고급성 ㆍ전문화ㆍ실천성 등 특징을 갖게 된다. 인터넷의 혁신적 성과를 ‘실용 피아노’ 교육에 깊이 있게 융합시 키는 것은 피아노 교육의 대세로, 피아노 실용형 혁신 인재의 배양에 큰 도움을 주게 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to categorize intention of comment writers by analyzing frame of swearing comments in response to internet news articles. To accomplish this purpose, this study looks into the general trend of the studies regarding swearing comments and finds out the concepts of frame and framing especially useful for the news comments studies. And then, a model for frame analysis and intention categorization about the comments are made. This study particularly focuses on the comments about the internet news articles for “animal welfare” and “climate and weather” and uses the frame of the swearing comments provided by NAVER are analyzed. The findings show that the fame of “family, life respect, social welfare, economic feasibility” is evoked in the animal welfare, and the frame of “hardship of life, regional emotion, weather agency, money loss,” in the climate and weather. This study also shows the intention category of comment writers, “blame, disgust, curse, grumble, ridicule,” grounded in respective frame analysis.

The Internet changes the social communication. It indicates the democratic political innovation. The research on the network democracy and electronic democracy becomes the important politics science issue. Some scholars think some of the isolated countries such as The People's Republic of China, The Democratic People's Republic of Korea will inevitably move towards democratization road under the impact of the Internet. This paper is as this background to reveal the new media which represents by Internet bring changes in China's political environment. The paper considers that the internet is provided with early democracy characteristics in China. It influences China's political environment, and has brought the following changes: to promote the construction of the interactive relationship between the government and people; to promote the transformation of the traditional political culture to modern political culture; to expand the channel of social supervision; to recover the defect of supervision system in the transition period. In brief, the Internet is rapidly penetrated into all aspects of China's political life. It is as"the fourth mouth piece" to be rebuilding the modern China's political environment. Chinese citizens’ participation in the internet has made great achievements in past 20years, although the results can not cover up "digital divide", "network despotism", "populism tendency" and so on existing issues in current network politics. However, it cannot be ignored that Chinese citizens play the role in network political participation, along with network order is constantly governance.

스마트 폰(Smart phone)의 등장을 비롯하여 인터넷전화(VoIP), 인터넷 TV(IPTV), 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud computing), 스마트 그리드(Smart grid), OTT 등 인터넷 프로토콜을 기반으로 한 신규 응용서비스들의 등장은 인터넷 통신망에서 의 폭발적인 데이터 트래픽 증가를 가져왔다. 위 와 같은 이른바 관리형 서비스(QOS, quality of service)의 등장은 인터넷망 사업자의 망 증설비용 증가를 초래했고, 인터넷시장의 가입자 포화는 인터넷망 사업자의 수익정체로 이어져, 당초 선순 환적인 상호보완관계에 있던 인터넷망 사업자와 컨텐츠, 서비스, 어플리케이션 사업자 간의 관계는 점차 갈등관계로 변화하게 되었다. 그 결과 인터넷망 사업자는 트래픽 관리를 시도하거나 망증 설비용 분담을 요구하기에 이르렀고, 컨텐츠 사업자 등은 인터넷상의 모든 전송행위는 네트워크 상에서 동일한 속도로 전달되어야 하고, 이를 부당하게 차단하거나 차별해서는 아니된다는 이른바망중립성(Net Neutrality)의 원칙을 주장하게 되었다. 차별금지의 원칙, 차단금지의 원칙, 투명성의 원 칙 등을 주요 내용으로 하는 망중립성의 원칙은 우 리나라에서는 이른바 하나TV 사건, NHN 사건, 삼성TV 사건, 카카오톡 mVoIP 차단사건 등을 통해 조명되었고, 미국의 경우 일찍이 2003년경 Tim Wu 교수가 개념을 언급한 이래 Madison River 사건, Brand X 사건, 2010년 Comcast 사건을 통 해 논의가 본격화 되었다. 특히 2014년 1월 미연 방항소법원은 Verizon 사건에서 연방통신위원회 (FCC)가 인터넷망 서비스를 통신 서비스가 아닌 정보 서비스로 분류한 만큼 여기에 통신법상의 Common Carrier로서의 의무를 지우는 것은 위법하다고 판시하였고, 이로써 망중립성 논의는 새로운 국면을 맞이하게 되었다. 우리의 경우 전기통신사업법에서 인터넷망 사업 자를 기간통신사업자로 분류하면서, 설비 등의 제 공⋅공동이용⋅상호접속 등에 있어 불합리하거나 차별적인 조건 또는 제한을 부당하게 부과하는 행 위를 금지행위로 규정하고 있다. 이처럼 우리는 인 터넷망을 정보 서비스로 분류한 미국과 달리 망중 립성 규제의 일반적 법률근거를 마련해 두고 있다. 그렇다면 망중립성에 대한 논의는 어떤 경우에도 차별 및 차단이 금지된다거나, 혹은 차별이 허용되 어 언제나 규제가 불가능하다는 절대적 차원에서 접근할 것이 아니라 어느 경우에 합리적 차별 내지 차단에 해당하는지를 구체화하는 작업에 초점이 맞추어질 필요가 있다. 실제로 방통위와 미래부는 망중립성 및 합리적 트래픽 관리에 관한 가이드라인의 마련을 진행해 오고 있다. 한편, 인터넷망은 통신 사업자(Network Provider), 컨텐츠 사업자(Contents Provider), 플 랫폼 사업자(Platform Provider), 제조 사업자 (Device Provider) 등 각 영업 주체들의 핵심적 수익기반이 되고 있고, 방송⋅통신의 융합과 사업 간 영업장벽의 붕괴는 각 사업자 간의 이해충돌을 심화시키고 있는바, 망중립성을 둘러싼 논쟁 역시 이러한 맥락에서 이해할 수 있다. 특히 망중립성 논의는 입법⋅사법⋅행정의 각 국면에서 다루어질 수 있는데, 이때 각 분쟁의 일면 혹은 행위주체의 단편만을 볼 것이 아니라 정보통신 생태계 전체를 아우르는 통합적인 시각에서 각 행위주체간의 이 해조정과 상호간의 형평을 고려한 균형 있는 접근이 필요하다 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 환경의 변화에 맞추어 참여형 GIS의 구성방안을 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 주요 내용을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷 환경의 변화에 따른 참여형 GIS의 발전과정을 살펴보았다. 1990년대 PPGIS로 시작된 관리자 중심의 참여형 GIS는 Web 2.0 환경에서 자발적인 지리정보로서 참여형 지리정보(Volunteered Geographic Information)로 발전하였으며, 최근에는 공간정보 빅데이터를 구성하는 사용자 중심적인 참여가 강조되고 있다. 둘째, 참여형 GIS의 사례로서 복지분야의 자원봉사네트워크에 대한 참여형 복지 GIS 모델의 구성방안을 제안하였다. 복지 GIS는 자발적 참여가 중심이 되기 때문에 참여형 GIS를 적용하기에 적합한 분야이다.

본 연구는 가정의 심리적 환경과 대인관계기술이 청소년 인터넷 게임중독에 미치는 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 중․고등학교 남․여학생 313명이었다. 본 연구의 자료 분석은 상관분석과 중다회귀분석이 사용되었다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정의 심리적 환경은 인터넷 게임중독에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 하위변인에서는 친밀도가 게임중독에 상대적으로 더 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 가정의 심리적 환경은 대인관계기술에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 하위변인에서는 부모존경과 존중이 대인관계기술에 상대적으로 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 대인관계기술은 인터넷 게임중독에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 하위변인에서는 만족감이 게임중독에 상대적으로 더 많은 영향을 미쳤다.

The purpose of this study is two-fold. Firstly, it is to examine the perceived effectiveness of using portfolio in the Internet environment. Secondly, it is to explore students' opinions about online English materials and learning experiences. For the purpose, a questionnaire survey complemented with qualitative interviews was conducted. The participants were 211 university students taking the general English courses as a requirement for graduation. The findings show that unlike the expectation, use of portfolio in the internet environment is not effective to teach the general English courses. It has been also found that the students are not satisfied with such courses due to the failure to provide the necessary condition for an effective use of portfolio in the language classes. Based on the findings, the study argues that for the use of portfolio in the internet environment to be effective, it must be practiced in the right condition. Some pedagogical implications are provided on how to incorporate the internet into college EFL classes.

We also develop to user a statistical system which is programed with ASP for user to handle easily in manufacturing system.

This study centers on how the electronic democracy which is expected to be a political system of information society may increase civic participation and develop political system. On the other hand, critics of internet voting claim that the technology required to properly authenticate voters and assure the accuracy and integrity of the election system either does not exist or is not widespread enough in society to be equitable and effective. In order to capture the potential that this new technology offers, it must be implemented correctly, upon a well-conceived framework of standards and procedures. At the same time, government must seek the advice of industry leaders as well as social activists so as to avoid the many obstacles that will undoubtedly arise.

As the transmission of 3D shape models through Internet becomes more important, the compression issue of shape models gets more critical. The issues for normal vectors have not yet been explored as much as it deserves, even though the size of the data for normal vectors can be significantly larger than its counterparts of topology and geometry. Presented in this paper is an approach to compress the normal vectors of a shape model represented in a mesh using the concept of clustering. It turns out that the proposed approach has a significant compression ratio without a serious sacrifice of the visual quality of the model.
