        This paper deals with steel braced frame as increasing the lateral strength and ductility in order to seismic retrofit of existing buildings and discusses the designing criteria and calculation method of retrofitted buildings. The addition of steel braced frame can be effective for increasing the lateral strength and ductility of existing buildings. However, There is a problem in utilizing this method. It is the approach to provide an adequate connection between the existing RC frame and the installed steel braced frame, because global strength by failure mode(three type) depends on detail of connection and strength of existing RC frame. So, the designer must be confirmed if it satisfies the required performance or not. Failure mode of type I is the most appropriate for increasing the lateral strength and ductility. Seismic performance evaluation and strength calculation of seismic retrofit are performed by guideline by KISTEC(Korea Infrastructure Safety & Technology)’s “seismic performance evaluation and rehabilitation of existing buildings” and Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association. Buildings are modeled and non-linear pushover analysis are performed using MIDAS program.

        The wireless sensor prototype was developed and the field test result, natural frequencies of each mode in stay-cable, showed 0.5% difference compared to the wired sensor. Also, the cable tension derived by the vibration method was 1.177% difference. As a sensor for managing cable tension, the applicability to bridges was confirmed. In the next study, LoRa LPWAN technology will be applied to various sensors used in structures.

        In this study, Criteria for common duct reviewed through comparing of other design standards and criteria specifications whether it is for duplication or contradiction. As a result, It was performed to analysis either to move other codes or to be applied as common duct code according to the classified code system.

        In Korea, the anchor pull-out tests apply overseas standards because there are no suitable standards for domestic. Therefore, according to the standards, parameters of ground and anchor force appear differently. In this study, we've compared the field tests conducted in Korea with the field tests of Europe, Hong Kong and Japan and established a pull-test standards being suitable for domestic. Also, we've proposed a research plan using analysis results.

        Surface of slope have occurred necessarily in regard to constructing road in South Korea which consist of 70% of mountain. Recently, large cut slope's formation increase because of increasing construction of the wide width road. therefore, the importance of maintenance have risen because the bigger scale of slope, the higher risk of collapse and damage increase. Korea Government have designated the large scaled cut slope to manage the slope which have the length of over 200 meters and the height of over 50 meters in accordance with 「Special law regarding facility safety management」. In this study, of the total number of 146's large scaled cut slope which is located at general national road in south korea, the slope dropped safety grade according to time flow was classified as joint, crushing and weak rock slope. moreover, weakness factors which influence the falling down safety grade were analyzed defending on the kind of rocks.

        The natural hazard occurrences such as landslides, debris flows and natural/artificial slope failures were mainly caused by typhoons and extremely heavy rainfall. In order to reduce these natural hazards the efficient countermeasure methods were need to reduce the landslide and debris flow caused by variations of precipitation patterns. The positively countermeasure coping with the debris flow hazards should have to estimate mainly progress to construction of barrier facilities based on the predicted results of potential hazard types and its scales as well as establish and enforce actively maintenance of the barrier facilities. In addition we also emphasized the necessary to the types of barrier facilities and institution improvement in order to positively hazard reduction of debris flow.

        최근 많은 연구를 통해 비탈면의 우기시 안정성 검토 방법이 기존의 해석 방법에 비해 강우를 고려한 침투해석이 보다 경제적이고, 현실적이라는 주장이 제기되고 있다. 최근 개정된 건설공사 비탈면 설계기준에서도 보다 현실적인 안정성 검토를 위해우기 시 강우를 고려하여 침투해석을 실시할 수도 있게 개정되었다. 그러나 침투해석 과정에는 지반의 불투수특성과 강우강도등 고려되는 인자들로 인해 그 과정이 복잡하다는 애로사항이 있다. 본 연구에서는 침투해석을 이용한 보다 효과적인 안정성 검토 방법을 제시하기 위해 흙의 종류와 지속강우 특성에 따른 침투 조건을 변화시켜 일반적인 침투양상을 파악하였다. 그 결과를 이용하여 지표면까지 포화된다는 가정하에 해석을 실시할 수 있는 조건을 제시할 수 있었다.

        교량에서의 바닥판은 통행차량의 쾌적하고 안전한 주행성 확보하는 역할을 가진다. 동시에 교통하중의 충격 등에 의한 마모 및 전단에 저항하여 상부 구조를 보호하거나 빗물 등의 기타 기상작용이나 화학약품 등 상판의 악영향으로부터 바닥판을 보호하는 역할을 한다. 현재 일반국도상 교량은 총6,248개소로서 이를 효과적으로 관리하기 위하여 현재 차량탑재형 GPR시스템의 도입이 검토되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교량 및 터널 현황조서 및 기타 국토해양부의 자료를 바탕으로 교량의 재령별, 상부구조형식별, 지역별, 경간장별 바닥판 상태평가등급을 분석하였다. 결과적으로 교량 바닥판 조사 우선순위 결정인자로는 바닥판 상태평가등급, 상부구조 형식, 재령, 연장이 주요 인자인 것으로 도출되었다.

        Infrastructure safety and maintenance management(ISMM) is one of the most important parts for improving level of people's welfare. The government needs to set up their own improvement strategy for ISMM system. This study was initiated to suggest the strategy to improve ISMM system with long term perspective. In order to investigate the current status and problems of ISMM system, this study reviewed various literature related to the issues of the foreign ISMM systems and conducted the interview with ISMM experts. The strategy would be expected greatly to improve the safety and maintenance management system for domestic infrastructure.

        The purpose of this study is to build data base showing new basis about diagnosis equipment through the analysis of diagnosis equipment and establishes a system of classification for efficient management of it. To grasp present state of diagnosis equipment, we collected data by the questionnaire diagnosis company and in order to establish classification system of diagnosis equipment two kinds of classification system are suggested.
