        선박 및 해양구조물에서의 생물학적 오손을 방지하기 위하여 나노크기의 MnOx-WO₃-TiO₂ 분말을 졸겔법으로 합성하여 특성을 제어하였고, 입자의 결정과 미세구조 등 분체특성 평가를 실시하였다. 자기마모형 방오도료의 안료에 적용하기 위하여 수지에 첨가 된 TiO₂계 나노분말 안료의 함량에 따른 표면특성 및 방오성능을 확인하였다. TiO₂계 안료의 분체특성으로 비표면적은 약 90 m²/g, 입자 크기는 약 100 ~ 150 nm을 보였다. 텅스텐 산화물은 망간산화물과 티타늄산화물과 상관관계를 통해, 삼원계 분체가 분체특성 및 표면특성이 우수하였다. 망간산화물의 첨가는 독특한 산화환원 특성으로 인하여 방오성능을 증가시키고, 텅스텐 산화물은 안료의 분체특성을 향상시킴으로, 안료와 수지의 비율을 조절하여 분산성, 표면특성 및 방오성능을 제어하였다. 그 결과로, 분산성 및 표면특성에 있어서 1, 5 wt. % 안료가 첨가된 것이 일부 우수하였으나, 5개월 동안의 해상침지시험에서는 2 wt. % 함유된 시편이 높은 방오성능을 보여 해양구조물의 방오안료 적용가능성을 확인하였다.

        본 논문은, 시설물안전법의 적용을 받지 않아 안전사각 지대에 놓여 있는 중소규모 교량들의 유지관리 전략 수립시 기초자료로 활용할 수 있는, 중소규모 교량 성능평가 우선순위 결정 방안을 제시하기 위해 실시하였다. 이를 위해 취약도와 영향도를 기반으로 하는 위험도 지수를 산출하고, 산출된 위험도 지수에 따라 이들 교량들을 성능평가 즉시실시교량, 단기실시교량 및 관찰교량으로 구분하여 제안하고, 실제 공용중에 있는 중소규모 교량에 적용하여 제안한 방안의 현장 적용성을 확인하였다. 연구결과, 여기서 제시된 방안은 향후 중소규모 교량의 유지관리 전략 수립에 적절히 활용되어 중소규모교량 사고 방지 및 유지관리 예산절감에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

        2018년 1월부터 시행된 ‘시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법’에서는 전부개정을 통하여 ‘성능평가’와 ‘제3종 시설물’ 을 도입함에 따라, 관련 분야와 업계에 일대 혼란을 주고 있는 상황이다. 국토교통부와 한국시설안전공단에서는 ‘성능평가 교육’, ‘시설물의 안전 및 유지관리 지원센터 운영’, ‘제3종 시설물 지정을 위한 실태조사 매뉴얼 마련 및 설명회 개최’ 등을 통하여 시설물안전법 전부개정에 따른 문제점들을 해결하고 있으며, ‘노후교량장수명화연구단’ 실증실험을 통하여 성능평가 검증과 중소노후교량에 적합한 성능평가체계를 마련함으로써 시설물 안전강화와 효율적 유지관리를 도모하고자 한다.

        The number of structures that make up the domestic social infrastructure has increased with the development of the national industry, and the social demand for safety due to the aging of structures has also increased. Accordingly, the law stipulating safety and maintenance management for major structures in the country has been revised and it has been implemented since this year. In this study, we will introduce changes to the safety and maintenance system for public structures under the law, analyze the results of inspection and diagnosis of public structures, and consider the status of safety and maintenance.

        Many countries are faced with the threats coming from aging of infrastructures and tries to find preparations. In that sense, comprehensive reports have published through performance evaluation on main infrastructures in the USA, Australia, and Japan etc. The government of South Korea shifted the policy from safety-oriented system toward performance-based system. The concept is included in the revised act, “Special Act on the Safety Control and Maintenance of Public Structures”. According to the Special Act, an annual comprehensive report will be issued in Korea. In this paper ‘Infrastructure Evaluation Report’ is analyzed as a reference.

        In this study, the integrated management code of damage information in bridges using the data from unmanned inspection equipment (i.e., drone with hybrid imaging equipment) was proposed. It was found that the integrated management code could be used in developing bridge management system based on 3-dimensional information model of bridge.

        Recently, Korea Bridge Design Code(KBDC) adapts to the Limit State Design method(L.S.D) in 2012 according to the liberalization of construction market and the flow of international standardization of the design criteria. However, Korea Infrastructure’s Safety Inspection Guideline(KISIG) are still following the bridge safety evaluation applying the A.S.D and U.S.D methods. In this study, introduction of PSC bridge safety evaluation with L.S.D considered the traditional safety evaluation compared to the ASD and USD methods.

        According to the available date sources, 1,814 bridges failures occurred over the past 210 years in the United States. The most frequent cause of bridges failures were attributed to external events such as: floods, collisions, scour, overloading and deterioration. Among these external events, Hydraulic factor caused the maximum number of bridges failures with 54% of the total failures. 20% of hydraulic factor was failed by scour. Thus, base on the result of reviewing design basis and safety assessment practices, criteria for determining safety assessment of bridge foundation scour is proposed. 25 bridges were reviewed for applicability to scour safety assessment of passing bridges in river channels.

        Recently, it is established to Limit State Design(LSD) method such as Eurocode, AASHTO LRFD, KBDC(LSD)2012 which is a design criteria of reliability-based according to the international standards. But it requires sufficient reviews of the bridge assessment method applied to this LSD method because current assessment methods are ASD and USD. In this study, in order to be compared with a previous diagnosis data and utilize to assessment methods studies based on the LSD, we have proposed the introduction of the way to improve the existing evaluation procedures.

        Recently, Large Diameter Shield TBM method is being adapted to several domestic construction sites. Therefore, it is really necessary for the maintenance technology about long-term serviceability and durability of shield tunnel. In this paper, it would arrange the basis for reasonable evaluation of tunnel by the data analyzing through the site investigation concerning the crack and leakage which can occur by the maintenance of domestic large diameter shield TBM method.

        The aim of this study is to evaluate performance of wind-resistant for existing bridges. For this purpose, It is examined the necessity of dynamic wind tunnel test for existing bridge by theoretical equations before implementation of the test, and the method of wind-resistant performance evaluation is presented so that wind tunnel test would be determined whether it needs to conduct.

        The aim of this study is to evaluate performance of snow-resistant for the existing building. For this purpose, it was to propose a way to evaluate whether facilities reach goal performance as performance level separated by immediate occupancy level and collapse prevention level. Preliminary evaluation was developed to conduct by using assessment index of five items of vulnerability and two items of impact for selecting the reinforcement priority of target facilities.
