This study was developed to recognize the occurrence of 250[m] of experimental distance, rain and nighttime as an educational and training device without any safety accidents by applying algorithms to optical filters and noise filters to be used in all weather environments and closest to actual shooting training using IR Laser. There are live-fire shooting using live ammunition, screen shooting using beam project and screen, MILES using IR Laser and sensor, BB shooting using compressed gas and BB bullet, and painting shooting using CO2 gas and paint bullet. Among them, the actual shooting training is not efficient in terms of management and operation because it requires considerable risk factors and large costs in preparation for the highest efficiency. Therefore, training that replaces these problems is needed, and various alternative shooting training is being implemented. Therefore, research and development was conducted to solve these problems by using it as one of efficient shooting training and education systems. This study was conducted to develop high-performance and low-cost precision shooting training equipment to contribute to strengthening the defense of the Republic of Korea.

When taking X-ray, Some of them are not only absorbed as they pass through the body, but some are scattered and blurred. To prevent this problem, 'X-Ray Grid' was placed between the body and the film. Conventionally, in order to manufacture an X-ray grid, a lead sheet and an aluminum sheet were adhered with epoxy or the like, cut to a predetermined thickness, and formed in a line at a predetermined angle. New grids are actively being developed to solve this problem. In this study, Laser beam was irradiated on a photosensitive glass having high X-ray transmittance to form an oblique lattice type channel. When the photosensitive glass is exposed to Laser beam, Previous studies have shown that laser exposure to photosensitive glass reacts with UV-Laserto form high-precision microstructures. The photosensitive glass exposed by the laser is heat-treated at a high temperature to crystallize the exposed part. When the crystallized patterns are etched with a hydrofluoric acid liquid solution, a structure having a depth is completed. The completed structure is filled with metals with X-ray shielding properties. The angle of incidence can be processed up to 18, which is the angle of incidence of ordinary X-ray, The upper surface line width of theetched pattern is 20um or less and The depth of processing after etching was found to be more than 100um, which means 'the filler can be deposited sufficiently'.

A new low melting inorganic binder, monoclinic , has been developed for Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) of alumina powder by dehydration process of boron oxide powder in a vacuum oven at . It led to better green SLS parts and higher bend strength far green and fired parts compared to other inorganic binders such as aluminum and ammmonium phosphate. This appeared to be due to its low viscosity and better wettability of the alumina particle surface. A low density single phase ceramic, aluminum borate (), and multiphase ceramic composites, , were successfully developed by laser processing of alumina-monoclinic powder blends followed by post-thermal processing; both and have whisker-like grains. The physical and mechanical properties of these SLS-processed ceramic parts were correlated to the materials and processing parameters. Further densification of the ceramic composites was carried out by infiltration of colloidal silica, and chromic acid into these porous SLS parts followed by heat-treatment at high temperature (). The densities obtained after infiltration and subsequent firing were between 75 and 80% of the theoretical densities. The bend strengths are between 15 and 33 MPa.
