세계적으로 고무의 소비가 늘어남에 따라 생산량도 증가하 고 있다. 캄보디아는 고무나무재배에 유리한 환경조건으로 신 흥고무 생산국이 되었고 외국자본이 유입되면서 그 규모가 커 지고 있다. 그러나 주변국보다 생산성이 낮고 유통과정이나 제 도적 측면에서 미비하다. 캄보디아 천연고무산업의 현황과 저 해요인을 짚어보고 개선방안과 발전전망에 대하여 살펴본 결 과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 재배현황-국가적 혼란(크메르루주 치하) 이후 저조하던 고 무산업은 2005년부터 재배면적이 증가하기 시작하여 2011년 에는 213,104 ha를 기록했다. 2011년 주별 총재배면적은 Kampong Cham 주가 가장 넓었고 생산자별로는 소규모 자작 농 고무 플랜테이션이 전체의 45%를 차지했다. 2010년에는 천연고무 생산국 중 총생산량이 17위, 수량은 7위였다. 2. 유통 및 가공-농업인이 라텍스를 추출하면 수집상이나 도 매상이 사들여 고무 공정공장으로 보내거나 곧장 외국무역상 에 판매한다. 대규모 회사의 경우 자체공정공장에서 직접 가 공한다. 건조 고무가 2010년 캄보디아 주요 수출품목 3위를 차지했고 8천만 달러 이상의 외화를 벌어들였다. 압도적으로 수출액 1위를 달성하며 수익성과 캄보디아 경제에 미치는 영 향력이 입증되었다. 3. 발전저해요인-재배적 관점에서 질 낮은 품종의 불가피한 선택, 초기투자비용 부담, 재배지식 부족 그리고 수요에 맞지 못하는 고무의 생산 등이다. 유통의 관점에서는 인프라부족, 수출경험부족과 열악한 수출 여건 등이었고 제도적 관점에서 는 품질인증제도 운영부실, 토지보유권 보호 미흡, 수출비용 과다부과 등으로 나타났다. 4. 금후 발전과제-세계수요에 대응할 전략이 필요한 시점이 다. 국제기구의 협력을 얻어 수출국을 확대하고 유통과정을 간 소화하여 비용을 낮춰야 한다. GDR(General Directorate of Rubber)은 고무연구 및 개발에 힘쓰고, 농민들을 위한 무상교 육을 해야 한다. 허울뿐인 고무품질인증제도를 개선하고 토지 침범에 대한 즉각적이고 엄중한 조치가 요구된다. 고무나무 부 산물을 이용해 부가적인 이익도 창출할 수 있다. 고무 자작농의 확대는 가계수입을 창출하고 고용을 증대함 으로써 농촌경제에 이바지하고, 국내외기업의 투자는 국가 경 제 활성화에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 환경조건과 노동력을 갖춘 캄보디아의 고무 플랜테이션에는 기술과 자본의 투입이 절실 하다. 투자자 입장에서 저비용으로 장기소득을 낼 수 있는 친 환경적인 농업이다. 국민들의 생활 수준이 높아지고 삶의 질 에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 천연제품을 찾는 사람들이 늘고 있다. 천연고무는 합성고무로 대체 할 수 없는 본연의 이점을 지니기 때문에 더욱이 천연고무산업의 전망은 매우 밝다고 볼 수 있다.

Seismic isolation has been considered and utilized in various industries as a way to prevent huge damage on to structures by large earthquakes in various industries. The laminated Laminated rubber bearings is are most frequently used in seismic isolation systems. The structural Structural safety could not be assured unless the performance of the rubber bearing is not guaranteed for the life time of the structure under the consideration that the bearing is a critical structural member to sustain vertical loads in the seismically isolated structure. However, there are few studies on the deterioration problems of rubber bearings during their service life. The long term performance of the rubber bearings was not considered in past designs of seismically isolated structures. This study evaluates the long term performance and creep characteristics of laminated natural rubber bearings that are used in seismically isolated buildings. For the this study, a set of accelerated thermal aging tests and creep tests are were performed on real specimens. The experimental results show that the natural rubber bearings would have a stable change rate of change for durability under severe environmental conditions for a long time.

천연고무/폴리스티렌계 semi- 및 full-IPN의 동적성질을 IPN 조성과 가교도의 함수로 조사하였고, 23˚C에서의 탄성율을 선택하여 복합모델과 비교하였다. Full-IPN이 semi-IPN에 비해 상분리를 억제시키는 효과가 컸으며, 23˚C에서의 탄성율에서도 Davies 모델에 더 근접하였다. Coran-Patel 모델해석에서, 상전이의 중심이 되는 조성은 full-IPN의 경우 φ2=0.75-0.8이었다.

China has become the second largest economy since 2010. China’s economy is supported by the rapid growth of its automobile industry. The rapid growth of the automobile and tire industry will increase the natural rubber (NR) demand as its primary raw materials. Although as a significant producer, China cannot fulfill the consumption by its domestic production. Thus China relies heavily on import from Southeast Asia countries as the primary producers of natural rubber in the world. China and Southeast Asia are dependent on their economy in terms of the availability of natural rubber as raw materials. But the economic slowdown in China since 2008 is expected to affect the international trading between China and Southeast Asia countries. This research aims to analyze the determinants of NR export from Southeast Asia to China using panel data analysis. The results show NR price, exchange rate, and China’s economic slowdown significantly affect NR export to China, while Southeast Asian NR production has no significant effect. China as the main importer of NR from Southeast Asia has a big role in growing NR export in Southeast Asia. If China's economy doesn’t improve soon, it will affect the economy in Southeast Asia.

In this study, it secured the seismic performance of the tank to store oil, LPG and water etc. by applying Natural Rubber Bearing and performed shaking table test to verify.
