The main objective of the present paper is to conduct a depth analysis of the structural relationship among cooperation of manufacturing corporations, their development of new products and performance in view of an empirical study. The findings of this study could be summed up as follows: First, from the analysis of relationship between cooperation of manufacturing corporations and development of new products, it was found out that there is a positive relationship among such factors of new product development as development process, organizational culture and substructure when cooperation among corporations becomes intensive. Second, the analysis of relationship between development of new products and financial outcomes showed that the factors of new product development like organizational culture and substructure do influence financial performance, while the development process don't. Third, in terms of relationship between factors of new product development and non-financial performance, it was analyzed that non-financial performance can be affected by such factors of new product development as development process, organizational culture and substructure.
신규 제품 및 설비 투자에 앞서 그 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 경제성 분석이 많이 사용되어지고 있다. 일반적인 경제성 분석은 투자에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 비용들을 최우선적으로 고려한 NPV, IRR, ERR 등을 활용하는 방법이 있다. 하지만 이러한 분석 방법은 간접적인 외부 요인 및 미래의 불확실성 이 고려되지 않아, 짧은 제품의 수명주기와 고객의 needs가 다양하고 복잡성을 띄고 있는 현 시장의 상 황에서는 전통적인 경제성 분석만으로는 그 한계성이 있다. 즉 외부의 요인이 고려되지 않은 경제성 평 가는 정적인 미래상황에 대한 투자 타당성의 자료로는 활용은 할 수 있으나, 동적인 미래상황에 대한 투자 타당성의 자료로 사용하기에는 부적절하다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 최근에는 투자에 직접적인 영향을 주는 전통적인 지표뿐만 아니라 외부의 간접적인 요인에 대한 지표까지 평가할 수 있는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)와 같은 기법들이 점차 널리 사용되어지고 있다. 따라 서 본 연구에서는 RFID 칩을 적용한 회수용 다단상자의 개발 타당성 검증을 위하여, 전통적인 경제성 분석기법과 AHP기법을 활용하여 시뮬레이션 모형을 개발함으로써 투자의 타당성을 검증하고자 한다.
With the change of industrial structure and the advancement of industrialization process in developing countries, product trade has become an important industrial trade between developing countries and developed countries. The level of trade has also become an important indicator to measure a country’s economic development and industrialization level. The development of international trade in the new era has also entered a new stage. Trade is an important part of a country’s economic development, especially the trade of cultural products under the background of modern society. With the official signing of the China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement on June 1, 2015, China and South Korea officially completed the system design of the construction of the China-South Korea free trade area and will soon enter the implementation stage. In order to better realize the great goal of “China and South Korea linkage the world, opening up and creating prosperity”, it was very necessary to explore the development trend of cultural product trade. The following part of this paper mainly focuses on the development of cultural product trade between China and South Korea in the new era.
유전자를 통해 개인의 질병 · 신체적 특징 정보를 분석하는 "유전자 혁명" 시대가 열리고 있다. 최근 유전자 분석 기술의 발전으로 가격과 분석 기간이 급속도로 줄고 있기 때문이다. 인간은 DNA 내 30억 쌍의 염기서열에 유전자를 담고 있는데, 염기서열을 분석하는 컴퓨터 성능이 크게 발전한 덕분이다. 이러한 시대에 맞춰 정부에서도 유전자 검사에 관한 새로운 상품 및 서비스에 맞는 인증, 허가 기준을 위한 산업융합 규제 샌드박스 제도를 실시하게 되었다. 규제 샌드박스는 신산업・ 신기술 분야에서 새로운 제품이나 서비스를 출시할 때 일정 기간 동안 기존 규제를 면제하거나 유예시켜주는 제도이다. 우리나라에서도 이러한 비용 절감이 우리생활에서 쉽게 할 수 있는 유전자검사로 이어졌고 지난 2016년 6월 ‘생명윤리 및 안전에 관한 법률’이 개정되면서 민간 기업이 일반인을 대상으로 한 유전자 분석 서비스, DTC(Direct to Consumer, 소비자 직접 의뢰) 상품시장이 열렸다. 이에 의료 · 제약업체들이 유전자 검사 서비스를 속속 출시, 다양한 유통채널을 통해 판매하고 있는 모습이다. 이에 국내에 제공되고 있는 개인 유전자 DTC 검사 키트 상품을 경험디자인적 관점에서 분석하여 검사 신청에서 실질적인 검체 채취와 반송에 이르기 까지 가장 적합한 유전자검사 키트 상품 제안은 의미가 크다고 하겠다. 사용자의 경험을 기반으로 한 유전자검사 키트 상품 개발은 앞으로 효율적이고 대중적인 개인 유전자 검사보급에 기초 적 자료 활용이 가능할 것이며 새로운 의료 문화형성과 국민보건의료 향상에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
New food material "Rosa rugosa petal" with strong anti-oxidant activity
We have recognized that administration of the flower of R. rugosa reduced the odor of mouse's feces. Thus, we supposed that it must be effective for human, and the effect was proved by the experiments of volunteer. Moreover, it was proved to be effective for aging odor of human. The effects must be due to anti-oxidative activities of R. rugosa.
Ear wax was collected from volunteer, 50 year old or more, and the ether extract of the wax was analyzed by GC-MS for detection of 2-nonenal. 2-Nonenal was detected in the ear wax of few volunteers, but the administration of 2 capsules containing 100mg of R. rugosa per day reduced the 2-nonenal under detection limit. These results were patented in Japan(JP No.4008369), and a new company, Harunire bio laboratory Co., was established in Kitami Institute of Technology in 2003 for development of new products. The active constituents in R. rugosa supposed to be polyphenols, hydrolysable tannnins, such as rugosin A, tellimagrandin, and the contents of these polyphenols exceed more than 20% in dry flower of R. rugosa. The flower of R. rugosa was also shown to inhibit many enzymes, such as α-amylase and α-glucosidase, and prevent intestinal disorder. Various physiological activities are evaluated using isolated polyphenols now.
Product development of new functional foods from onion (Sun Onion)
The amount of onion production in the Abashiri-Kitami area is about 30% of Japan.
Thus, the research for development of functional foods using onion was started for the increment of onion consumption. The following new results were obtained (JP No.3697524). The flavonoids in the juice and the squeezing residue resulted in process of onion juice manufacture were analyzed, and large amount of quercetin and its glycosides were shown to remained in the squeezing residue. The amounts of flavonoids in the residue are 5-10 times of those in the juice. Moreover, the squeezing residue contains insoluble dietary fibers, and it must be expected to improve of intestinal disorders.
The irradiation of light (2500lux) on onion in artificial weather machine increased the amount of quercetin eight times. Thus, the new food material using the squeezing residue after the irradiation of sunlight, stronger than artificial light was developed.
The amount of flavonoid (total quercetin) was shown to exceed 800mg/100g, and the amount of the pectin was about 10g/100g, these contents were extremely higher than those without irradiation. Moreover, α-glucosidase inhibitor was isolated from onion irradiated by sunlight, and the activity of irradiated onion was shown to be twice of that of without irradiation.
Breeding of new onion rich in functional constituents
We analyzed flavonoids by HPLC in 15 kinds of onions cultivated in Hokkaido Kitami Agricultural Experiment Station, and 15 kinds onions cultivated in Sapporo Agricultural Experiment Station. Total flavonoids contents of edible part of these onions were 24~293mg/100g, and those in outer peel were 265~5,613mg/100g. The onion breed with high flavonoids contents was discovered. The cultivation characteristic and the processing characteristic are now under investigation.
In a human clinical trial, the R. rugosa petal was proven to decreased neutral fat (triglycerides). The R. rugosa petal must to be commercialized as the functional food and cosmetic product. In the case of sunlight onion, applications for vegetable juice and function food are under investigation.
