With the foundation of the WTO in 1995, the era of boundless and unlimited competition between many of the countries around the world has begun. In order to elevate the competitiveness in the international market, we have incorporated the QMS and the EMS system, establish by the International Standardization Organization, and the process has been operated under the authorization. However, many Korea companies' separate enforcement of the QMS and the EMS system is causing the dissipation of the labor force and the invested capital. As we can see through studying the contents on this paper, the number of documents has been reduced down to 54% (From 139 of them to 64 of them), and the conflict and the chaos that could have happened between the documents has been prevented. Its' outcome is attributed to the foundation and the embarkation on the Integrated Management Systems of the KS, QMS, and EMS. Not only that, it has also reduced the waste elements up to greater than 40%.

Business organizations are trying in various ways to survive and grow up in the rapidly changing environment. A lot of organizations have introduced management innovation skills and attempted to change, but most of them have failed to realize their aims. The reason is that the members of the organization including the chief executive officers did not understand the paradigm of the change management of an organization, and gave weight to the partial efficiency instead of the change management of the organization. In this study, guidelines and principles are suggested to apply the quality management system to the change management of business organizations.

This study reviews the revisions and updates to the Release 3.5 version of the TL 9000 Measurements Handbook. This paper introduces the new organization of QuEST Forum Work Groups(WGs) and how to apply TL 9000 standards in software product lifecycle.

More and more countries are pursuing the improvement of their companies international competitiveness, quality improvement and increase of productivity by adopting the technology and management standards for information and communications industry as a national standard. This trend based on international standards contributes to promotion of international trade in information and telecommunication industry. Thus, the products of the companies which dont select and comply with the adequate standards are hard to obtain confidence and the companies are losing the opportunities to compete in the market. As information and communication industry becomes more complicated and its competition environment changes rapidly, the market requires more reliable products than ever and management of the entire lifecycle from development of software to its disuse. Besides, the service quality improvement of suppliers and rapid and clear communication between suppliers and customers are also required. The purpose of this study is to clearly understand the theoretical details of TL 9000 by researching the literatures and materials on TL 9000. Also, the paper studies the status of QMS building based on TL 9000 by researching and analyzing the positive cases of QMS established by companies on the basis of TL 9000 standards.
