        In this thesis, it was considered that in durability characteristics of concrete pavements evaluation of strength characteristics as well as abrasion resistance is important as the domestic concrete pavements couldn't fulfill the public needs and cases of damage are increasing. In order to solve such problems, it is intended to compare the abrasion resistance in accordance with the mixing rate of admixtures (silica fume and polymer powder) which are incorporated in the upper layer of two-lift concrete pavement and find the optimum mixing rate for abrasion resistance by focusing on the high performance of concrete pavements through two-lift concrete pavements which use cellular sprayed concrete construction method. Both test results, which were performed based on ASTM C 779 B (dressing wheel abrasion test method) and ASTM C 944 (rotary cutter method) standards in accordance with silica fume and polymer powder mixing rate that was incorporated in the upper layer of two-lift concrete pavement, proofed that the abrasion resistance increased as the mixing rate of silica fume and polymer powder increased. However, it was also confirmed that if the mixing rate of admixtures is excessively increased it will not have an effect and it will rather decrease the abrasion resistance.

        Excessive body weight gain during the growth period of early life may predispose individuals towards obesity and metabolic disorder in later life. We investigated the possibility of using the food efficiency ratio as an early indicator for predicting susceptibility to diet-induced obesity and insulin resistance. Four-week-old, prepubertal, male Sprague Dawley rats were divided into obesity-prone and obesity-resistant groups based on food efficiency ratio values after five days on a high-fat diet. Metabolic parameters measured after 2, 6, and 10 weeks, and specific phenotypes were compared with each group. Obesityprone rats had higher increases in body weight and fat mass compared to obesity-resistant rats over the study period. Obesity-prone rats became glucose intolerant early in this study and remained so throughout the experimental period, with increases in fat weight and leptin levels occurring first, followed by increases in insulin level. Gluconeogenesis and insulin resistance significantly increased in obesity-prone groups in which activities of glucose-6-phosphatase and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase were increased and glucokinase activity decreased. Higher food efficiency ratio at an early age was closely correlated with body fat accumulation, hyperleptinemia, and hyperinsulinemia of middle and elderly age. We suggest a high food efficiency ratio in prepubertal subjects may be a useful predictor of future obesity and insulin resistance.

        본 연구에서는 화재시 매입형 합성기둥의 높은 축력비에 따른 내화성능을 알아보기 위해 유한요소해석 프로그램(ANSYS)을 통한 해석을 실시하였다. 온도에 따른 응력-변형률 곡선을 적용하여 ASTM E 119 가열곡선과 축력비 0.7, 0.6, 0.5에 따른 과도상태 열전달해석 및 정적구조해석을 실시하였으며, 해석조건과 동일한 조건에서의 재하가열실험을 실시하였다. 또한, 기준식(Eurocode 4)에 따라 가열시간에 따 른 합성기둥의 공칭압축강도를 산정하고, 축력비로 나타내어 해석값 및 실험값과 비교하였다. 해석 및 실험과 기준(Eurocode 4)을 통해 가열시 간에 따른 단면별 온도분포를 확인하고, 이에 따른 내화성능을 측정해 비교분석하였다. 유한요소해석 결과 축력비 0.5에서는 내화시간 180분 으로 실험값과 유사한 값이 도출된 반면, 축력비 0.6, 0.7에서 내화시간 150분과 60분이 도출되어 실험결과에 비해 다소 높은 결과가 도출된 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 기준식(Eurocode 4)에 따라 산정한 축력비에 따른 내화시간이 실제 실험값에 비해 다소 낮게 평가하고 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 그러나 축력비 0.7에서는 기준(Eurocode 4)이 실험값에 비해 다소 높게 평가하는 것을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 고축력에서의 매입형 합성기둥의 내화특성(시간-축력비 관계)을 확인하고, 도출된 매입형 합성기둥의 실험 및 해석데이터를 Eurocode기준의 검증의 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

        This paper evaluates the chemical resistance of mortar according to mixing ratios by using ferronickel slag fine powder which is an industrial by - product and various admixtures. The test results showed that the chlorine ion penetration resistance was the best when the ferronickel slag fine powder and gypsum were used as the admixture. The chemical erosion resistance was highest when ferronickel slag, quicklime, gypsum and calcium chloride were combined.

        Usually, columns are the key load bearing elements in concrete frame structures. They are typically weak, not to long distance explosive loadings, but to short distance loadings. In this study, the effect of blast loadings occurring within a short distance was examined analytically. Various aspect ratios of column sections with the same sectional area and reinforcement ratio were considered as variables in order to evaluate damage levels. It was found that ratio of residual strength to nominal axial strength of columns decreased as contact area of column to the blast loading became smaller.

        Concrete shrinkage is happened due to the cement hydration and water evaporation from early ages, and it induces crack of concrete. In this study, the crack resistance of remicon latex-modified concrete was compared with latex and admixture ratio. From the results, if admixture ratio is constant, cracking is delayed when the latex ratio is increased.
