Looking at the recent market trends in the cafe industry, a new business culture called smart cafes is emerging as fears of face-to-face contact have increased due to the pandemic of the new virus infection (COVID-19). Unlike the existing cafe operation method in which store employees receive orders from customers and serve, smart cafes are operated without store employees by smart control technology in a 24-hour non-face-to-face space (untact space). However, smart unmanned cafes, which are currently in the early stages of supply, have not shown satisfactory operational performance due to various problems compared to the existing cafe industry. Therefore, this study aims to derive operational status and problems through a survey of facility managers and store operators of actual smart unmanned cafes and suggest new marketing activation measures to improve them. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be of great help in establishing and revitalizing a new cafe business culture.

문화의 산업화 또는 문화융성을 위한 3대 전략으로써 문화 참여확대, 문화예술 진흥, 그리고 문화와 산업의 융합을 들 수 있다. 특히 문화와 산업의 융합이 성공하면 적어도 경제활동을 활성화 및 문화 분야 의 활력을 찾는 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 문화 창작물에 대한 수요는 필요에 의해서 발생하는 것이 아니라 사람들이 좋아해서 발생한다. 그러므로 다른 나라에 비해 문화 향유의 형태가 TV시청이나 영화관람 등으로 협소하게 제한되어 있는 우리나라에서는 문화와 산업의 융합이라는 전략은 일반적으로 추진하기에 매우 어려운 과제라고 할 수 있겠다. 정부의 지원으로 창작이 이루어지는 대신 시장에서 경쟁력을 갖춘 문화상품이 제작, 유통, 소비되면 문화예술인의 자생력이 높아지게 될 것이며, 특정 계층의 한계를 벗어나 더 많은 대중이 문화상품을 소비 할 수 있는 체계가 갖추어져 사회적으로 문화 향유의 기회가 확대되는 전기를 마련할 수 있게 될 것이라 사료된다. 문화예술이 풍부해지려면 무엇보다 필요한 것은 브리콜라주(bricolage)와 앙트러프러너십(entrepreneurship) 이다. 활력이 넘치는 조직을 만들려면 조직내 지행격차(knowing doing gap)의 수준을 좁혀야만 한다. 지행격자의 수준이 높은 조직에서는 아무리 많은 강점을 가졌어도 그 강점을 활용하지 못하는 상태에 빠져 조직 배태성이 낮아질 수밖에 없다. 기업 내부에는 기업 스스로도 알지 못하는 잠재력이 있다. 자신이 원하는 목표를 이루기 위한 본인의 강점이 무엇인가에 대해 체계적으로 성찰할 기회를 제공하며, 자신이 원하는 목표가 얼마나 근사한 것인 가에 초점을 맞추는 것이 아니라, 자신이 원하는 목표를 달성하기 위해 내가 얼마나 대체 불가능한 인물이 될 수 있을 것인가에 초점을 맞추게 한다. 다른 기업, 다른 부서, 다른 사람과 비교할 필요가 없다는 경영철학은 경영의 현장뿐만 아니라 사회를 근본적으로 바꿀 수 있다. 경쟁과 비교를 조장하는 기업문화와 정부정책은 이제 변화되어야 한다. 줄 세우기식 금전적 지원과 외형적 성과주의에 천문학적인 예산을 낭비하는 정부와 기업의 지출 패턴도 중단되어야 한다. 사람들이 자발적으로 창의적인 노력을 하도록 유도하는 것은 어려운 일이지만 결코 불가능하지도 않다. 이것이 모두 승자가 되는 길이라 확신한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of the already established rural theme park, draw the weak and strong points, and come up with an efficient performance plan for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park through the benchmarking of the best overseas case. According to the analysis, it is necessary to introduce a facility and a program for family customers as a plan for promoting Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. It is required to secure safety through public operation and management, improve scalability of the facility through the establishment of multi-functional complex facility, and come up with a plan for operating a special program associated with local resources. Therefore, this study drew three activation factors: the establishment of operation and management system, the development of operation contents by facility, and the establishment of operation in each area. First, to establish the operation and management system, it is necessary to classify the organization of the theme park into the operation business area and into operation & management area by job function. Secondly, it is necessary to establish a special program in consideration of space and facility, suggest a differentiated plan for operation contents, and create a facility operation plan and program for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. Lastly, to operate and manage Changwon Persimmon Theme Park smoothly, it is necessary to set the theme park space as open collaboration space which the local residents can share and participate in by avoiding the conventional administration-based business performance and operation. This study suggested the plan for establishing an operation and management system for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park and its operation, the establishment of a special program, a business performance strategy, and the use of internal and external spaces of the theme park.

In this study, the effectiveness of the method for the promotion council to make rehabilitation community development plan with rural villages to continue community development is investigated in Ota-district, which is affected by chuetu earthquake. Initially, Ota-district made the acting contents of the plan based on the village's request, which is considered resident life and problems in village. Next, Ota-district made the vision of plan based on the acting contents. This plan procedure has been effective to compliment the village community facilities and running on village event, in addition to setting the village's community to continue to manage community facilities and event. As a result, this way has helped good management of village event using the facilities and interchanging among residents. Also, the use of acting contents by request of the promotion council and village's community, while respecting both, has been effective in that the promotion council assists the village event after the rehabilitation community development plan is finished.
