According to the problems of production waiting and supply waiting, there is operational conflict between the supplier and manufacturer, which is the scheduling pattern. Base on analysis their scheduling objectives, the operational time and cost, built up the Stackelberg game model. The game balance shows that the supplier has the first-mover disadvantage, only the manufacturer coordinated the supplier’s scheduling can help. Then designed the reward mechanism for the supplier, the game model and the reward mechanism were validated by the numerical test.
The traditional production and distribution independently schedule, which is contradictory in the pull supply chain, and this contradictory make the supply chain couldn’t reach quick responsiveness with low cost.
Therefore, it needs to build up the coordinate scheduling of productiondistribution model for the pull supply chain. The paper uses the numerical test, firstly, describes the contradictory between the optimal scheduling of manufacturer and distributor; then analysis the scheduling cost of manufacturer’s major, which is widely used currently; on this basis, sets up the MILP model of coordinate scheduling of production and distribution; then come to the conclusion that the coordinate scheduling of production and distribution is better than the non-coordinated scheduling.
