Risk Assessment, a basis of health and safety management system, is an calamity prevention activity which regularly measure the level of a risk to passively improve potential hazard. A problem, the assessment not being improved to be applied to the construction work site where requires diversity and complexity, causes the assessment to be inefficient to bring quality results. A study on the investigates and compares the surveyed degree of recognitions of workers who works in companies executing the risk assessment By the investigation and comparison, it is expected to bring the better solution for early and efficient application for those companies which are not taking the risk assessment.
It calls for positive consideration of RFID technologies applying to the operation of the optimum VMI system for decreasing safety inventory. Based on the above-said considerations, the present author judges that the introduction of RFID into the consumer goods distribution industry is one of the important issues to be settled in the future. Conclusively, this study proposes that, for the sake of the operation of VMI system, the aforesaid problems should be positively examined and efficient methods promptly developed, so as to reinforce the competitiveness of enterprises.
In order to apply job performance records to the master craftsman examination, which is an examination to screen the top-rated technician and task manager, the domestic industry has introduced job performance records to the written test of the master craftsman examination. Surveys on master craftsman's field capabilities and applicability are being conducted, and various qualification methods are being tested so as to give satisfaction to consumers in industrial fields. However, these methods have many problems in assessing task managers' qualifications. In order to solve these problems, this research intends to verify the appropriateness of introducing master craftsman's portfolios assessment and the suitability of application methods by conducting interviews and surveys. One big conglomerate and one mid-sized company that has more than 500 employees and covers from 주조(酒造:brewing) 또는 to providing various services to consumers were selected for this research.
Project manager plays a very important role in the success of any project. The primary duty of the project manager is to combine the outcomes or results of the various processes and activities of project management into a systematic project management strategy or plan for the project. In the construction industry, a lack of motivation is an urgent problem for many project managers in construction and engineering projects. Lack of motivation affects the quality and productivity of jobs, reducing profits and growth for companies, businesses, contractors or organizations that rely on human resources. The reasons for this lack of motivation are diverse ranging from salary to culture to life and working environment, among others. Through surveys and data analysis using Cronbach’s Alpha reliability and EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis), our research scaled the factors affecting work motivation of project managers in the construction industry in Vietnam. The research results identified six major groups of relevant factors including (i) salary and benefits, (ii) work environment, (iii) promotion opportunities, (iv) organizational culture, (v) interest in the job, and (vi) relationship with the organization. From there, this paper contributed useful information as well as measures for businesses, companies, contractors or organizations in the construction industry.
