        The purpose of this study was to measure the job aspiration and examine the relationship between that and job satisfaction for wage-earners using the fourth Korean Working Conditions Survey(KWCS). We use the stochastic frontier model for measuring the job aspiration and testing its effect on the job satisfaction. Fstochastic frontier model is introduced to explain that each company potentially produces less than it might due to a degree of job aspiration, measured by decomposing the residuals. In this model framework, it can be regard that the upper bound of the job satisfaction is the ideal frontier, and the bias between the ideal condition and the reality is the job aspiration. If this concept is applicable to the job aspiration, we can measure this bias and investigate a relationship with the job satisfaction. We find that there exists the job aspiration, and it is significantly negatively correlated with the job satisfaction. This result supports that if job aspiration increases, job satisfaction level decreases.

        The objective of this study was to investigate job understanding, performance, and job satisfaction of 150 school foodservice employees in Chungnam area from April 23, 2018 to May 18, 2018. The score of the relationship with colleagues was in the order of elementary school, middle school, and high school (p<0.05). Job understanding was ranked as follows: middle school, elementary school, and high school (p<0.05). Questionnaires on performance of food ingredients and working process management had 4.8 points for the cook and 4.6 points for the cooking staff (p<0.05). Based on the subjects’ position, the hygienic safety management performance was higher in cooks than in cooking staff (p<0.05). Job satisfaction showed higher points in elementary school and middle school subjects in all items as compared to subjects of high school (p<0.05). Cooks showed more job satisfaction compared to cooking staff (p<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation (r=.253, p<0.01) between job satisfaction and job performance. Job understanding showed a significant positive correlation with job performance. Job satisfaction had a positive correlation with performance for hygienic safety management (r=.275, p<0.01).

        The primary purpose of present study, to take appropriate measures to prevent occupational accidents in the food service industry, was to evaluate characteristics of working condition and occupational safety and health. In order to fulfill our objective, profession and working environment, safety recognition and education, safety activities, physical conditions and accident experience were surveyed. To collect information and opinion in the field, face-to-face interviews were, using a structured questionnaire, carried out. Also, food service industry's accidents reported by Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency at 2014 were statistically analyzed. In the resulting of analyzing data from a questionnaire survey of food service industry employees, safety/health train and management were increased.

        The purpose of this study is to draw employee support program at the company level through field survey of foreign laborers' satisfaction level of working life. To analyze the factors that determine working life satisfaction, regression analysis was conducted. Satisfaction level of working hours(t=2.469), living environment(t=2.140), post offices/banks (t=3.024) showed a statistically significant. Also these variables, working hours, living environment, post office/banks are verified to be very important for improving the level of their working life. Through these findings we can understand that employee support activities, providing user-guide of bank and post office, compliance with standards for working hours, improvement of the living conditions (accommodation, meals, etc.), the leisure time program support, the children care support and active utilization of foreign workers and strengthen the educational program, are necessary to improve the satisfaction level of foreign laborers' working life in Korea. It is recommended that managers need to recognize that careful consideration of living and working condition could contribute to stable settlement and increase working life satisfaction for the foreign workers at company level.

        The purpose of this paper is to provide the optimal grinding conditions of metal components of a spectacles. The main elements of grinding conditions are composed of grain size, grade, structure, grinding wheel velocity and shifting components velocity. The conditions are co- related and influenced at each other. The precision of grinding surface was controled the each grinding conditions, mutual relations and reciprocal actions. It was studied the co-relations of grinding conditions those machining time-grain size-roughness, grade-roughness, machining time-characteristics of structure- roughness, number of production-roughnessgrinding wheel velocity, number of production-shifting velocity-grinding wheel velocity. The optimal grinding working condition satisfied the demanded surface accuracy 0.5 ~ 1.5μm. Based on these results, the optimal conditions were that the grain size was 60, the grade was middle of HIJK and LMNO, wheel velocity was 25 m/sec, shifting velocity was 15 m/min.

        This study is performed for the investigation of management of personnel, wages, welfare, communication, labor, safety, treatment improvement according to assigned working places(primary, middle and high school). This study is based on the final analysis summarized on the 285 questionnaire answered by employee for school foodservice in Buchon city after distributing total 500 questionnaire. The conclusion of this analysis of study is as following. This report says the reason of this mind is caused by hard work. This investigation says they feel to be compensated with low wages on the contrary their hard working and this caused them to demoralize and increase to give up their jobs. The long tenn vacation like childcare vacation is newly established by present improvement of working condition but this improvement action is ineffective. Many of them are feeling to a fatigue and ill health and the condition of occupational disease as hard work. The present improvement of irregular employee treatment like above cases is not effective. So the rewards and payment shall be considered according to their hard work and the working condition must be improved practically for the settlement of their job without leaving.

        The purpose of the present study is to identify potentially hazardous factors which can contribute to the outbreak of foodborne disease and to represent more practical management methods in terms of environmental sanitation and facilities for the kitchen. 230 Korean-style restaurants in Seoul were assessed and analyzed by the restaurant total area. Facilities and sanitary check-lists were developed to evaluate the facilities and sanitary conditions of sampled restaurants. The sanitary condition of kitchen, guest room and other area were assessed by the sanitary score. The basic cooking machinery and utensil were properly facilitated but automation machinery were equiped below 10% sampled restaurants. The kitchen area were not properly sufficient to total area. Sanitary condition of kitchen, guest room, cooking appliance and stored foods were evaluated as the unsatisfactory state with potentially hazardous. Concrete guidelines should be made in terms of following item; establishment for the kitchen space expansion, facilities for the improvement of the working environment and sanitary condition of foods cooked. Additionaly, it need to practice the effective education and training program for the foodservice manager and employees.

        본 연구는 개별 선원들의 다양한 복지 욕구를 충족시키는데 중요한 역할을 담당하는 해운기업의 복지후생 실태를 조사해 보기 위하여 선원의 인적 특성과 승선근무 특성에 따른 복지후생 프로그램의 이용도를 분석하고, 이들 프로그램의 만족도가 회사에 대한 조직몰입도와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 현재 승선 중인 선원 459명을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과, 선원의 연령, 결혼여부, 직급, 승선기간, 회사 근속기간 등의 인적 특성과 승선근무 내성에 따라 복지후생 프로그램의 이용도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 해운기업의 복지후생 프로그램의 이용에 따른 만족도가 높을수록 선원의 조직몰입도와 직무만족도가 높아지는 것으로 검증되었다.
